Nick just got inside the house when he heard what his wife said. "Is James here, honey?" he asked before kissing Stacey then their daughter Amara. "Hi Heather." He greeted her.
"Hello." She greeted back as she settled on the couch.
Stacey laughed and Nick sat next to her. "No he’s not here honey. I was just joking.”
"What are you two up to?" he asked frowning slightly.
Step # 5: Show him that there are plenty more fish in the sea.
“We are making Blake jealous.” Stacey told her husband.
She had told Nick about Heather and Blake before they got back to the country. She didn’t give all the details though. She told Nick that she wanted Heather to stay with them for a few days to have a bonding time with her and at the same time for her half sister to avoid Blake since the two had a lover’s quarrel. Nick was happy that she and Heather were finally okay .He said that her sister was very much welcome to stay with them anytime. He was even willing to buy Heather a car but the latter refused. They discovered that the car she was using was from Blake. Since her sister asked Eve to return the car, and she didn’t want Nick to buy her one, they decided to let Heather use her old car minus the tracking device of course.
"Honey, can Heather and I go with you and Billy at the bar? I know you will not let us go by ourselves.” she said with a pout.
Nick got Amara from her. "Okay." He replied as he kissed their baby's forehead.
Heather and Stacey exchanged looks and they both smiled. Heather missed Blake so much but she trust her sister and Eve’s plans. She just had to do what they told her.

Eve thought she wouldn’t be able to stop her cousin from going to Stacey and Nick’s house to see Heather. As she expected, he was furious. But since everything was planned, they had to calculate everything that would and could happen. Now they were having coffee at his kitchen.
“You can’t get her back that way cuzz! Stacey will get angry with you too. You can’t afford to make Heather angrier she might go back to Australia without you knowing so calm down a bit okay?”
"I’ll go to Australia to follow her if she did that! I think that will be even better so I can meet her parents. I will talk to them about their daughter.” Blake said out of the blue.
She raised a brow. “Did I hear that correctly? You will talk to her mom and dad? Are you serious?”
"Fuck! Why did I just say? I don't even know what's happening to me! I can’t seem to control myself from doing or saying things! " he rasped as he combed his hair with his hand.
She just looked at him intently. "What do you exactly feel for Heather? You can tell me anything you know that cuzz.” she said.
"My body badly craves for her. I only want her! Just her! No matter how hard I tried to be with other women, I still think about her." he confessed.
Eve shook her head in disapproval. "So what are you saying? You are letting your body dictate you? Then why not jerk off while you look at her picture if no other women could satisfy your sexual needs?”
Blake cursed and angrily ran his hand through his hair again. "That's not what I meant!"
"Then stop saying your body craves for her! Only her! You always seem to think about sex with her so what do you expect me to think? Geez Blake!”
"I just told you that I don’t even know what I am saying anymore! SHIT! All I know is I want to beat up all the men who desire her! She is mine! I will give her two days to really think about us. After that, whether she likes it or not, she will go back to me! If not, I think I will go crazy and I might do the unthinkable!”
"You can't do that! Let her come willingly to you. Woo her. One of women’s weaknesses is when men do extra efforts to pursue us. Do it the old-fashioned way. Ask her out on dates and shower her with flowers.” she suggested.
Step #6: Make him see sense.
His forehead creased so she rolled her eyes. "I know that it has been ages since you last really courted a woman. Come to think of it you never gave flowers or chocolates to anyone. When you wooed Stacey you just asked her out on a date. This time , you have to do all of the above and maybe more. But first we have to do something about your jealousy and possessiveness."
Blake made an ugly sound from the back of his throat.
"You can’t always beat men when you get angry and jealous! You can't win Heather that way! Be fair! You can’t keep her in a box you know! She is very good-looking and like you, other men will naturally find her attractive ."
"You don't have to rub that in! Dammit!!" Blake’s face was red.
She narrowed her eyes at him. "Will you just listen to me? It was you who said that all this is your fault! You had her but you let her slipped away! So the least you could do is start from the beginning. Show her that you are willing to do anything and everything to get her back. Let her meet other men. Let her decide who she wants to be with. Anyway if it’s you she wants she will go back to you…” She wasn’t able to finish what she was saying when Blake’s fist landed on the table.
"No fucking way! I am willing to do anything to woo her! But I can't just watch other men drool over her! I was cheated but I didn't do anything about it because I didn't feel this way with Kristel. We are talking about Heather here! And this time, I will do everything and anything just to guard and protect what's mine!" He hissed.
Eve just heaved a sigh and rolled her eyes. She felt there was no cure for her cousin’s possessiveness.

"You missed him don’t you?" Stacey asked her as they get ready for their night out.
She was brushing Heather’s hair while the latter was sitting on the vanity chair.
These kind of things they weren’t able to do before because Heather was really a bitch to her older sister. Now she was enjoying being a younger sister. She didn’t appreciate Stacey’s effort to be a big sister to her in the past but it wasn’t too late. She nodded as an answer to her half sister’s question. Stacey just patted her shoulder . Eve just told her that Blake was broken and was regretful with what happened between him and Heather. He loved Heather though he still couldn't or didn't acknowledge it yet. But he needed to make a lot of effort to show it. Base from what she heard, he got her sister using his style. Now he had to make an effort to have her back.
"Everything will be okay. Give it time." Stacey gently said to her before leaving the room. She would check on Amara before they go.
Heather was left staring at herself in the mirror when she heard her message alert tone. Blake sent a message. With a sigh, she opened her inbox.
Sweetheart, I terribly miss you. I know I said I will give you space for two days but sorry, I can’t stop myself from texting you. I know you don't want to talk to me yet and that’s okay. I won't call you. I just want to express what I feel. I really miss you so much. I feel empty without you. Please forgive me. Give me another chance.
She bit the inside of her cheek. Blake didn’t like texting but he made an effort now. She couldn’t help crying. She was having a hard time too. She was hurt by him but it’s normal to feel pain when you love someone. She was dying to talk to him. She was praying that Stacey and Eve won’t get angry with her. She wasn’t going back to him, she just wanted to talk to him and see him.

Blake was in his office. As usual, he released all his emotions by working out. He lifted weights and did strenuous exercises for a few hours and now he felt tired. Eve was right. He couldn’t drown himself in alcohol. He would just tire himself physically so he would just sleep and stop thinking about Heather when he went back to his unit. She was always in his mind. He promised himself that he would follow his cousin’s advice. He would court Heather properly. His face broke into a wide smile when he heard his phone ringing and his tigress’ name was flashing on the screen. He almost dropped his phone from excitement. "Sweetheart?" he greeted.
"B-Blake.."
He leaned his back on the chair when he heard her sweet voice. "I miss you.." he whispered.
"Can we talk?" She asked.
His face lit up and he got up from the chair. "Sure sweetheart! When? Where?” He asked excitedly. He was gripping his phone as he waited for her answer.
"I am going out with Stacey. I will text the place to you later. I will meet you there." she said.
He shut his eyes for a moment and said a silent thank you. He felt very happy. "Okay. I will definitely come sweetheart.."
He would move heaven and earth just to be with her.
