Chrystal's pov:
I pick up my shoes and socks from the floor where I dropped them and headed to a chair to put them on. Dad and granny were still in the kitchen talking about what was coming up for me. Usually I pay attention to things like that but not today. Today I am finally having company on top of my mountain, and I am really hoping it is Terry. What will I say to him? I do not know, but I am sure I will come up with something when the time is right. I hope he does not know it is me that brings him to us at night. If he knows I hope he is not mad at me for doing it. I close my eyes and pray to my mom the moon goddess to make sure he is not mad at me when he finds out it was us that messed with his sleep all these years.
I get up from the chair and head for the front door and yell telling them I am going out now. I head to the mats and the gymnastic equipment and pick my clothes I had dropped and then head to my tiny house to put my cd's back in their cases.
I start looking around to see what I want to do today. Do I want another workout or do I want to lounge on the deck and watch movies? Deciding on having a lazy day and watching movies I go to my movie stand and start rummaging through my collection to see what I want to watch. I go ahead and decide on having an action movie day I pick out Independence Day, Wonder Woman, and lastly but not least Die another Day. I mean really who does not like a good James Bond movie.
I get my movies and head out the door. I step out and stop dead in my tracks. The wind blew in my face and I smelled a scent, I know that scent I start racking my brain to see where have I smelled that before. Kia starts getting excited inside me right now. I put the movies down on the table and I walk to the middle of the clearing to see if I can get a better scent. I close my eyes and take a deep breath in and let it out then I put my nose up to the sky and take a big whift of the air around me.
I got it I start jumping up and down, like Kia is doing in my head right now screaming "they are here, they are here" over and over. My dad and granny come running out of the house to see what all the commotion is about and I just turn to them still jumping up and down and yelling. I give my dad a pleading look with my eyes and he smiles at me and nods his head yes.
That's all I needed and then me and Kia started running off for the woods and down the hill they are here. My friends from other countries are here to see me. They have never been to America before I am so excited. I did not bother to shift into my wolf form I had not time to stop, I probably couldn't have stopped even if I wanted to right now. I was using my wolf speed and going downhill at the same time, it was hard enough trying to miss the low limbs and sticker bushes. I know I will probably be scratched up and a few bruises but I don't mind they will heal fast enough, my friends are here to see me.
With my hair flying behind me, oh crap my hair is down, well going to have all sorts of stuff in it when I get out of the woods not to mention the tangles. But you know that's okay because my friends are here to see me.
I get out of the woods and stop and put my nose up to the sky again and take a deep breath in to pin point where they are, I got them. Before I take off I look around and notice a few people and kids looking at me. I can just imagine what I look like right now, but you know what I do not care because my friends are here to see me. Oh how I have missed them.
I do a small curtsey and put on my best smile and tell them "good morning." They smile back at me and tell me "good morning" back, and then I take off running again in the direction of my friends. I went through a couple of twists and turns but I could smell them getting closer. I finally turn the last corner and there they are at the end of the block my three best friends. I can make out Angie who is from Ireland and she is a silver lycan, then there is Kim who is from Scotland who is a witch, and finally we have Tabitha who is from the Amazon forest she is as Amazon warrior and she has a brown wolf.
We have been friends since I was five years old and came into my witch powers and we started traveling together for my lessons. We are inseparable when we are together, needless to say when one gets in trouble we all do. Our parents learned a long time ago, not one of us does anything without the others. So they stopped asking who done it and just punished us all. It's not like we was going to tell on each other.
I get a little closer and I can tell they are talking to four guys but that does not stop me because I let out one of our famous screeches to let them know I was here.
