Chapter 48
It was already dark when Trevas and I arrived at the training camp and we were noisy because all the mages and wizards were invited to Trevas' camp who were also with us when we attacked the barbarians.
Every passerby stopped to give way before saluting Trevas and I noticed that they suddenly smiled every time they saw Trevas's hand wrapped around my waist again.
We walked over to the very center of the camp where a large tent was set up which was the source of the louder noise of music and people. Most of the guests here wore only combat clothes and robes, different from the grand ball held the previous day.
If at the grand ball; that celebration should also be the coronation of Trevas, is pompous and almost all the guests are nobles and come from wealthy families, The celebration today is not so pompous but full of laughter around and you can tell the smiles of thelabi nila.
We found Lina at one of the round tables inside the large tent and with her there were Lieutenant Jared and Sergeant Min and they were currently laughing at those sitting at the other table.
The celebration was fun that just started when Trevas and I arrived and I can say that Lina has a talent for organizing an event. There was dancing, singing, games, dining and what not and loud laughter echoed throughout the camp and no one noticed the time passing quickly.
When the meal in the big tent was over, we went to the big training grounds of the camp but the training equipment was no longer there. All that was there was the big bonfire and poles hung with fairy lights.
Trevas and I joined those in the air around the bonfire who were currently laughing and singing while someone was playing the ukulele and I couldn’t help myself to smile as I watched them. They looked happy, every member of this camp seemed happy with their jobs as if they ignored the danger of being a warrior.
The strong, cold wind blew. I was unaffected by the cold but I stopped when I saw Trevas hugging himself while looking out at the bonfire in front of us.
"Cold?" I asked him so he turned to me. His eyes reflect the light coming from the fire and I can’t help myself from drowning in his stares that he just uses every time he looks at me.
"Quite," Trevas said with a smile.
"Do you want to borrow my robe?" I'm wearing a white dress so I can lend him my robes so he won't get cold.
"Who's the man in us?" he asked which made me laugh. I just stopped laughing when he came up to me and hugged me before placing his chin on my shoulder.
"Much better" he whispered in my ear and I just let him hug me because I also want to.
I grabbed his hand wrapped around my waist before I leaned my head on his head and gasped. “I wish we could stay like this forever”
"Let's go then" I slapped his arm and annoyed turned to him.
"That's not what I meant" He just laughed before pushing himself harder on me. “What I meant is, I hope it's always like this. We’re just happy, peaceful and trouble -free ”
“Me too” he said. I didn't say anything anymore and so did he but even if we didn't say anything I knew we were both thinking the same thing.
No matter how much we wanted to stay in this situation, we both knew there was trouble coming. Yes and we will lose the problem of Vivian and the other ministers and generals who are her accomplices but we still have many problems to face. Alastor is still there, unconscious for almost a few months and although many have already voted for Trevas, there are still people who do not agree with Trevas being the crown prince.

The woman with white white hair let go of Vivian so she fell on the floor.
"Fre-" the king didn't continue what he was saying when the woman with white hair confronted us but I was shocked when instead of King henrick he looked at me.
He also probably stared at me for a few seconds before he suddenly disappeared with the black magicians surrounding him.
