At Crystabel's home…
Birds, flying around the sky, making some beautiful sounds that sounded like music. It was obvious that the birds were happy to see a brand new day. The weather was favorable as the early morning sun shone brightly towards them. They flew around, searching for food to eat and searching for Shelter. It was a new day, so they needed to look for their daily bread.
It was already 7:00 a.m and Crystabel and Anita were still sleeping. While they slept, a Cock Crow. Which made Anita realize it was already morning. Her eyes were still closed as she rolled around her bed, spreading out her legs and her hands wide open and feeling the cool atmosphere and the Air that came from her opened window.
Affter a while, she opened her eyes as she tried looking at the ceiling but then, she struggled to get a better view. She stood from her lying position and sat on the bed. Stretching her body and rubbing her eyes with her hands and when she was done, she looked out from the window and all she could see was a bright light that shone brightly on her face as she immediately covered her face with her hands so she could restrict the early morning Sun's reflection from going into her eyes. She continued to rub her eyes but a few moments later, it seemed like her sleepy sight were already gone. She could see properly now. She stretch her body for the second time and walked out of her bed, walking towards her bathroom so she could wash her face and mouth and after she was done, she's sluggishly walked into crystal bedroom to see if she had already woken up but then, what she saw maveled her as she flashed back in how tired Crystabel was last night.
She never stopped thinking about what had happened to Crystabel, making her this tired that she had to sleep up to 7am. Anita was convinced that the Crystabel she knew always wakes by 6:00 a.m. She had never failed not for one day but today was so different.
While those thoughts ran through Anita's mind, she stood at christabel's door but since the door was already opened, all she did was walk in. She walked towards Crystabel who was still sleeping on the bed and when she got there, she stood for some time as she stared at Crystabel.
In disbelief and disappointment, Anita spoke.
"Hey! Wake up, it's morning."
Said Anita as she tried waking up Crystabel by tapping her body continuously.
"I said, wake up."
She spoke again but when she realized that Crystabel, whom she was waking up to, wasn't given any sign that she would be waking up soon, she got angry and in frustration, she spoke again.
"You are such a log. I wonder what kind of alcohol you took, which made you sleep until this time."
Said Anita as she pushed Crystabel, trying to push her body out of the bed to see if she would wake and suddenly, the sleeping log moved her body. She rolled her body around the bed as she stretched her body while her eyes were still closed. After some time, she changed her sleeping position and continued to sleep.
Anita, unto seeing what Crystabel just did, she sighed and walked towards Crystabel's bathroom and when she got there, she took a little water into a bucket and walked back to Crystabel and as she was about to sprinkle the water on Crystabel, Anita heard someone talk.
"Wait… I'm awake."
That was Crystabel.
Said Crystabel and as soon as Anita heard Cystabel's statements, she smiled and walked back into the bathroom to drop the bucket of water as she walked back towards Crystabel.
"I thought you won't wake up. So, tell me... why are you sleeping this way? what happened last night? you looked stressed last night and now. You couldn't even take a shower. You didn't even eat, neither did you undress. You just came back looking devastated and before I could come out from the restroom, you were fast asleep already. what happened?"
Anita asked as she sat at the edge of the bed and the moment Anita sat closr to Crystabel, Crystabel yawned. She sat upright as she stretched her body. Cracking her fingernails and neck as they made some sounds. Some cracking sounds. while Crystabel was cracking her nails, Anita sat impatiently waiting for Crystabel's reply but she never got any.
The atmosphere was calm for a period of time and after some time, Crystabel leaned her head on the bed rest as she rubbed her eyes to clear the sleep off her eyes and finally, she spoke.
She sighed.
"Last night? Last night… was hectic. A lot of things happened."
Said Crystabel. Anita, hearing Crystabel's words, got curious as she sat upright to take her balance and was ready to listen to what Crystabel had to say to her.
In curiosity, Anita asked.
"Hectic? Why? What happened? Did anyone hurt you? Did you fight with any of your one night stand customers? Or you didn't get a good customer last night?"
Anita curiously asked and as Crystabel heard Anita's questions, she gazed at Anita without saying a word and then, she yawned again.
"None of the above. Something else happened. You know Mr Evidence?"
Crystabel asked as Anita tried to think if she could remember the Mr. Evidence Crystabel was talking about because his name actually sounded familiar to her. She wasn't too sure yet. She just needed to think and after sometime,it seemed like she had remembered and then, she curiously spoke.
"Wait! Wait! Wait! Do you mean Mr. Evidence Anderson? The owner of the Evidence condom companies Limited? The youngest billionaire? is that whom you are talking about?"
she asked and Crystabel nodded.
"Yes, he is." Crystabel replied.
"Hmmmm… So, what about him? What happened?"
Anita asked.
"I met with him yesterday." Said Crystabel.
Anita, hearing that, was shocked and surprised as she could now feel her ears stand to hear more.
"Aaah? You met him today? Wait… he is alive? Like seriously? Aaah!"
Anita curiously asked.
"Yes he is." Crystabel replied as Anita spoke something crazy.
"You finally met with your sex partner? Someone you loved with your whole heart but never confessed your feelings towards him and the worst was that, Mr. Evidence never noticed You!!!"
Said Anita as she gave a wicked and annoying laugh. She laughed so loud that it was enough to get Crystabel angry but because Crystabel already knew Anita to be a fool, she overlooked the annoying laugh she gave as she continued her statement.
"When I met him yesterday, I wasn't surprised though because months ago, I once saw someone that looked like him when I went to a hotel but then, I wasn't too sure he was the one. When I investigated, I realized he was. Since then, I've been looking for a way to meet with him. But when I saw him yesterday, he wasn't in good health. I wonder what had happened to him. I can't seem to understand anything but I'll soon."
Said Crystabel as she yawned the third time. Anita, hearing what Crystabel had just Said, got curious more and then, she asked stupidly.
"But wait… you saw him yesterday or you met with him yesterday?"
She stupidly asked.
Crystabel, hearing Anita's question, got angry and wondered if Anita suddenly developed a hearing problem.
"Like seriously? Where were your ears since I started talking? You know What? Forget it. I'm not talking any more. I'm tired. I need to freshen up and I also need food. So, please, excuse me."
Said Crystabel who was already frustrated unto hearing Anita's question as she stood from her seated position on the bed and started walking into the bathroom to take a shower. while Anita still sat on the bed as she spoke.
"Don't get upset. Ok, I'm sorry. Sorry for asking you a stupid question."
Said Anita as Crystabel, who was already almost reaching the bathroom, replied.
"Sorry for yourself."
Upon hearing Crystabel's reply, Anita burst into laughter.
"Hahahahaha. Like seriously, you are already angry so early this morning? I already said I'm sorry."
Anita partially apologised as she tried controlling herself from laughing before she stuttered out some words.
"I Said, I'm sorry."
She partially apologised again as she waited in anticipation to see Crystabel's reply and reaction.
"I already know you are a fool. So, getting angry at someone like you is a waste of time. Sweetheart, I'm not angry."
Said Crystabel.
"Thanks."
Said Anita.
Anita, unto hearing Crystabel's statements, sighed as a stupid smile left her lips before she finally stood from the bed, walked out of Crystabel's room as she walked into her room and located her bathroom to also have some shower.
