Mara and Daniel were still looking for Annabel as they followed the road which she had followed earlier, together with two of Mr. Evidence Men.
On their way to the restroom, they had noticed some hidden places that might be used for holding a person captive and then decided to check there. It looked like an abandoned building. They searched each and every place that looked suspicious or hidden just to be sure that her dear Annabel wasn't there.
"Wait! Mara said. "over here." she pointed. "Let us check here" she pointed again towards a hidden place that she thought Annabel must have been held captive. They searched and searched but couldn't find her.
"where could she be? Are you with your phone? Mara asked Daniel.
"Oh, yes I am." She collected his phone and dialled Annabel's number. she called Annabel line three times but it isn't connecting.
'What could have happened to her?' Mara wondered. She tried calling again but this time around, the phone rang but no one picked up the call. She called again and the same thing happened. She then remembered that Annabel had left her phone in her purse, she also remembered that she had left her purse and that of Annabel on that table they sat. Since they hadn't gone far, she thought of going back to pick them up so that nothing gets missed as they continue their search. Each place they pass and see a suspicious place, they would go to that area and search all over the place just to be sure she wasn't there.
"Do you know any one that has experienced something terrible here? I mean have you witnessed someone being embarrassed in this area?"
"I don't know anyone but i have seen and heard lot of been who are victim. I have seen the scenes so many times and i don't have to know them before i believe that here is dangerous for a lady. Even, it is also dangerous for a guy. Some group of men do attack men as well. They follect their valuables, beat them up or something strip them and ask them to run home.
"Strip them?" She swallowed and asked as she widened her eyes in curiosity.
"Yes, they do strip them. In most cases, they do kill them and dump their bodies on the way or somethings at the waste bin."
When Mara heard kill, her heart started to skip. She got scared and started to worry the more about her friend. She never stopped wonderimg if her friend was still alive or dead. She was damn scared!.
"What have the police done about it? And also, what have the owner of these place done about it? He must be a very rich man and i am sure he can put a stop to this."
"He had tried his best but it never stopped and can never stop. Police and other security service already knew about this place. Once you tell them to come here, they will instantly tell you they haven't fuel in the police van to drive to your location or they would say something else. It was obvious that they were all scared of this place."
They kept walking and talking and now, they were closer to the restroom. They heard a noise coming from that female restroom and then they decided to go and check what the noise was all about and lo and behold they found Annabel and some men lying unconscious. The scene that welcomed them was when Annabel gave that man who she was holding a punch, non-stop, letting him fall to the floor as she forcefully turned towards the man that tried to choke her. She kept punching him and screaming, punching him and screaming as she channeled all her frustrations on him while the other five men were still lying helpless and watching the scene before them. They thanked their God that they weren't the ones experiencing such. They were so happy for the kind of beating they received and were excited that their beating wasn't the kind of beating she was giving to that man who tried to strangle her. In fact, they were grateful that their beating wasn't severe. Mara and Daniel Stood Still in a confused and shocked State as they watched the scene before them. Both of them couldn't approach her because of the shock state they were in. They kept looking at Annabel as she kept punching him and then decided to leave him as he fell to the floor with a large thud.
The five men were unconscious as they watched their men drop unconscious to the floor.They all watched Annabel walking towards their direction as they wished they could stand up and run but it appeared that they had lost all their energy.
Now, Annabel was standing in front of them as they trembled in fear.
"We are sorry, it won't happen again." One of them pleaded with his last energy while the rest of them just nodded.
Annabel just stood, still wearing her silver gown on-stained, was still looking good with her heels on as she placed her two hands on her waist and listened to their apologies as she started to breath fast.
She dusted her hands as if she was satisfied and then walked straight into the restroom and eased herself. Few minutes later, she came out of the restroom, walking towards the two speechless people. Mara and Daniel were still standing without saying a word as they imagined if she was the only one that brought down six men without the help of anyone.
When they saw Annabel coming from the restroom, Mara and Daniel looked at each other in awe as they surveyed her body only to see that she wasn't hurt, Without any form of injury on her. They were still in their dazed state when Annabel was now standing in front of them without their notice.
"Why are you quiet?" Annabel asked as they both snapped out of their dazed state.
