Author's POV
Skyler tilted her head up bringing her out of her world.
"I asked you something... Who did this?"
He demanded.
Rosetta looked at him and removed his hand from her chin.
"Mom..."
She replied blankly.
"What?"
Skyler frowned.
"She is giving me training so it happens sometimes... This is not the first time..."
She lied.
Skyler hummed with disagreed face. He touched her shoulder.
"Is it hurting?"
He asked gently.
Rosetta shook her head.
"Why does it matter to you?..."
She mumbled looking into his eyes.
"Why you were worried about me?... Why you took care of me.."
Skyler kept inspecting her shoulder, it was looking fine but he wasn't satisfied with the progress, he can see little swelling.
He gently held back of her head and pulled her in a hug. Rosetta was taken off-guard by his sudden action but she couldn't push him away. His fresh smell was binding her to him, not to forget that he was only in towel.
"I don't know... You tell me!... Why you are affecting my life like this..."
He mumbled.
Rosetta gulped at the proximity but she has started liking his touch. She haven't realised it yet that she is attracted towards him.
Her hands were resting on his chest. She slowly roamed her hands on his chest taking feel of his hard muscles. She was touching him curiously like she is in daze.
She hands travelled downward.
"Don't go there if you don't want to take it further"
Skyler's voice snapped her out of her daze. He was trying to control himself but she was testing his patience.
Rosetta looked at him with crimson red face.
"I am sorry... I don't know what happened... I was just___"
She blabbered.
Skyler Smirked at her.
"You don't have to apologise... I am your husband, you can do whatever you want to me..."
He teased and she blushed hard.
He chuckled and walked towards the closet.
Rosetta rubbed her face embarrassingly and locked herself in bathroom.
She took quick shower and wrapped the towel around her body. She came out but she couldn't find her luggage anywhere. She was standing there confused with wet hair and half naked.
She tried to look for skyler but he wasn't in the bedroom. She took her phone to call him but her battery was dead and she couldn't find her charger.
She checked the closet and only found skyler's luggage. She had no choice but to wear his clothes until she finds hers.
She took one of his white shirt which was long enough to reach her upper knees. She had no bra and panties on so she wore his gym shorts. She dried her hair with towel but it was still wet.
She walked outside confused thinking why her luggage is not there. The house was specious and beautifully decorated but it was empty.
She finally saw one maid and called her and asked her if she has seen skyler.
"Good morning Mrs. King... Yes, Mr. King is talking on the phone. He will join you in few minutes for breakfast. Please take a seat..."
Rosetta nodded but she noticed how maid was looking at her clothes while smiling.
Rosetta cleared her throat and sat at the dining table, she picked up one of the magazine placed there and started reading it. Her lips twitched upward in smile when she saw skyler's photo, he was holding her. It was clicked on the airport.
"He was indeed holding me like a baby..."
She smiled looking at the gentleness and worry on his face. It felt good to have unfamiliar feeling.
She was reading when skyler walked in. He looked at her amused. She was wearing his favourite shirt, if someone else would have done that then he wouldn't have like it but he felt good when he saw her like this.
Her wet hair has made her nipples visible. The shirt was very big for her but she has managed to pull on sexily. Her sexy legs will put professional model to shame. Her wet hair was doing nothing but tangling skyler's heart making it beat faster.
"Fuck my patience"
He mumbled.
Rosetta looked at him nervously.
"I am sorry... I couldn't find my luggage. You didn't forget it, did you?"
Skyler shook his head.
"No!... Mom personally packed your luggage. It must be somewhere in the house. Don't worry... Maids will bring it to you..."
He assured.
"By the way, you can wear my clothes. I don't mind..."
He Smirked.
Rosetta looked away blushing while flipping her wet hair.
"Don't do that"
Skyler Said.
"Do what?"
She asked confused.
"Don't do that with your hair... You are already looking sexy in my clothes. You are making me excited..."
He said looking at her intently and Rosetta tried to suppress her smile.
Their sweet teasing movement got disturbed by the beautiful feminine voice.
"Finally!... Finally you decided to grace is with your presence Skyler king."
The girl Said with big bright smile like she has won the world.
Rosetta looked at her with blank face. The girl was blonde, almost with the same height of Rosetta. She was wearing short black dress with boots and her makeup was flawless. Anyone could tell that she Pampers herself.
She completely ignored Rosetta and ran towards skyler, engulfing him in tight bear hug. Skyler hugged her back.
"Nice to see you Elena.."
He said patting her back.
Rosetta's jaw ticked, she didn't like the scene in front of her. New feeling of jealousy filled her heart.
"I am so happy you finally came, Skyler... I missed you so much..."
Elena said pouting and Rosetta rolled her eyes. She got the feeling when we meet some person and just with the annoying voice we can tell that you are not going to like this human.
"Mee too... Meet Rosetta, my wife..."
Skyler introduced them.
"Rosetta, this is Elena. My childhood Friend."
"Hii.."
Rosetta said nonchalantly.
"Hello"
Elena's excitement died when she saw Rosetta.
They sat at the dining table and started talking.
"Did you liked the interior... I personally designed it."
She started talking to him, completely ignoring Rosetta.
"Yes it's beautiful... Isn't it Rosa?"
Skyler smiled at both of them.
"Tiles doesn't match with the paint of walls... Looks too dull..."
Rosetta said nonchalantly.
Elena clenched her jaw.
"Do you know anything about architecture... Or interior designing"
"She knows... She has handled many projects... She is very good at it... And I think she is right. Paint is too dull..."
Skyler said honestly. Rosetta smirked at elena's offended reaction.
"Where is her luggage Elena?... You were responsible for that..."
Skyler asked.
"Ohh... That... I told maids to keep her luggage in different room. As you don't like sharing room with anyone, afterall it's contract marriage..."
Elena said and Rosetta frowned at skyler. How could he tell this to anyone just like that.
"Don't worry Rosetta... Your secret is safe with me. Skyler shares everything with me..."
She Smirked at her.
"You can change clothes, your room is on ground floor... Skyler don't like when people mess with his clothes..."
Rosetta can clearly see that Elena has something for skyler, she is trying to show her authority. Elena's wickedness is clearly visible.
"I don't think he mind... Skyler?"
Rosetta looked at him.
Skyler chuckled.
"Of course not..."
Rosetta Smirked at Elena.
"Shift my luggage to skyler's bedroom... I'll be staying there with him. Because Even it's agreement we are still husband and wife... And we have to act like couple..."
She could see elena's face turning furious.
Skyler looked at Rosetta with amusement. He smirked seeing her jealous behavior.
"Skyler won't like it"
Elena countered.
"Do it Elena... She'll be staying with me in my room..."
He ordered not taking his eyes off of Rosetta.
Skyler excused himself when his phone rang.
Elena scoffed at Rosetta.
"Don't keep your hopes high... This is just an agreement... I can't understand what you are expecting from this marriage..."
"You don't need to understand either... It's our personal life. Between wife and husband. Childhood friends has no role in it..."
Rosetta stated.
Their eyes locked giving each other murderous look.
