"I'm sorry." He whispered as his man opened the car's door.
We were on the back seat, my head on his lap, "I'm really sorry." His eyes reddened with tears slowly falling to my face.
I held his cheeks and stared at him for a long time. He cried because of me.
I didn't know what to do with this man, but he always had his way to win my heart all over again. Not just that, but surely he was knowing how to make me crazily in love with him.
He would always got me even when we were apart.
He lowered his head as his eyes were staring at my lips. I also raised my head to make it easy for him to reach what had captured his attention.
I parted my lips as he got closer. His arm wrapped around my waist, as he pulled me in, claiming my mouth greedily like he had been starving for the taste of it.
I felt butterflies was flying in my stomach. His lips felt so soft and wet over my mouth.
He bit my lower lip making me gasp. His tongue entered and met mine, competing with each other with unstoppable passion.
I opened my eyes when we were craving for air. His eyes darkened, looking at me with lust and passion.
I pulled his neck back until his lips kissed me again, sucked my lower lip until it taking over my tongue.
I moaned as he started kissing my neck, sucking it, grinding his teeth every now and then, leaving hickey in several parts.
His hands began to sneaking under my dress, gently caressed my thighs. However, I stopped him as his hands wanted to take off my dress.
"I'm sorry." He said breathlessly, noticing we were still in the car.
"Hmmm." I hummed as I kissed his lips back, wanting more.
"I miss you." He said between our kisses.
My hunger always came at the wrong time. My stomach sounded so loudly that we both stopped, then stared at each other. A second later we laughed out loud.
Barra got up from the previous position, he gently pulled my hand until I was in a sitting position.
I scratched my back neck shyly. My stomach really did not knowing which was the right or not the right time.
"I'm hungry too." He commented like he knew I was embarrassed because I was caught starving.
I laughed because I wasn't knowing what to do. It was weird, even though before things like this happened a lot but I didn't feel so embarrassed, so why is it awkward now?
Is it because we have separated, as well as some makeout that's almost ... Oh my God! My mind was already so dirty.
He raised an eyebrow seeing me thinking hard. He didn't know that there was a big battle going on in my brain.
"So?" He asked, breaking the silence between the sound of each passing vehicle.
"So ..." Stupid! Why did I even repeat the question?
He chuckled then held his chin between his fingers, "So let's just eat."
"Oh." I snapped, "Yeah, yeah... of course." Why did I sound so formal? Damn.
Barra ordered his driver to go to the restaurant he wanted. I didn't know what restaurant it was, the name sounded strange to my ears. I had never heard of it before.
It was an outdoor restaurant next to the beach. And that was the first time I saw a restaurant offering the beach as a view.
The restaurant had its own personality. The building wasn't like a restaurant in general, it filled with blue lights symbolizing sea water. There were also lights in the shape of fish, crab, starfish. Literally looked so lit. Some people even took photos because of the impressive scenery.
"Happy now?" Barra asked who had just got out from his car and asked the driver to parking his car.
"Happy? Are you crazy?" I shook my head still amazed by the restaurant, "If there was suitable word to describe my feelings right now I would've used it. And, I'm sure it's more than happy."
I turned to Barra because I didn't hear his response. He was already looking at me with a smile on his face, "I'm glad to know." He said again.
Crap! His smile made my heart beat faster. The blue light now shone on him. He looked so damn amazing in his suits.
I looked at the menu and couldn't choose. I freaking wanted all of it.
Barra laughed seeing me had trouble choosing. Several times he told me to order all the foods on the menu, but I was afraid the taste of the food didn't fit on my tongue taste.
"I give up." I closed the menu book and saw Barra was busy looking at his menu book.
"Okay, I'll order first." I glared at him.
"You can't order if I don't order." I growled to him. He closed his book menu and glanced his eyes at mine, "Then order what you want. Any menu is allowed."
Yep, back to our old characters.
I shook my head. One serving of each meal was downright expensive. It was a shame if I couldn't eat it all.
Barra had clicked on his choice and waiting for me to choose my choice once again. I put on a puppy eyes, pouting. He looked at me as if he knew what I was going to say.
"Wanna go to KFC?" I voiced my voice like a five year old girl begging her mother to eat at KFC's and meet the iconic clown there.
"Are you kidding me?" He frowned.
I shook my head, still on my puppy eyes gaze. "I'm deadly serious mister."
"So many women I've met, and you really are the most different from them." He snorted, stood up, and gave out his hand to me. I reached for his hand and smiled cheerfully.
"Thank you, my knight in shining armor."
"Stop being dramatic." He groaned.
At the end of the day, we were just sitting in the car, enjoying the food we had ordered at KFC's.
"Why are there so many paparazzi here?" His eyes scanned the outside, seeing which one I meant.
"Are you paying them?" I asked again as he shook his head in response.
Instantly, the message from my new phone came in. My eyes widened. "He paid them." I told him then took one more bite of my Burger.
"Who?"
"Haytham."
"How did he know we are here?"
I shrugged my shoulders. "I didn't tell him." He pulled my phone and forced me to open the lock, "Hey, what are you doing?"
He fell silent. "He installed a tracker in your phone." What the...
I shouldn't have picked up this new phone, but because I needed to notify my mother about me so, I accepted.
It was unexpected that Haytham had already put the tracker location there.
That meant he also knew that before, I went to Barra's mansion. And he just let me...
Wow, it was incredible.
He really kept his word that he wanted me to reach out to the man I love.
I was busy with my own thoughts until I didn't realize the paparazzi continued to photograph us from a distance.
"We're going home now." He said dryly.
"No, we don't need to." My hand stopped him when he wanted to convey something to the driver.
"It's not always what Haytham did wrong, I think this is his way of telling the public what happened between us."
His eyes saw me full of affection and softened, "Then tell me what our relationship is?" He asked with a teasing tone and several times a smile appeared even though he tried to hide it, he still couldn't.
"We ..." I realized what I had said. My face was heating up automatically, especially my cheeks, it felt like I just wanted to hide it from his deep gaze that didn't look away from me at all.
"I love you, Jazzlin Ozza."
I glared uncontrollably. This was his biggest statement that making me couldn't hold back my tears. It was so shocking, I couldn't believe it.
"Are you serious?" I wiped my teary-eyes.
"Hey, hey don't cry." He rubbed my cheeks gently then I looked up to get a view of his amazing whole face.
"Say it again. I can't believe this!" My cry evaporated for a moment I hit his chest lightly.
"Do you want me to say it while screaming outside so all the paparazzi can hear it?" I held him so he couldn't come out. He could no longer hold back his laughter seeing my panic.
"No, don't! I believe you. Really!" I hugged him tightly, which made him stop and froze before finally hugging me back.
"I really do, Jazzlin. I love you since we were a babies."
I huffed, "Babies?!" He was joking.
"Sorry. I'm truly loving you since we were kids, since you were always there for me, since you managed to make my death heart started to beating again."
My next move made him glare, but I didn't care. I pulled his neck closer until I got full access to claim his entire lips.
He was dumbfounded for a moment then returned my kiss. We kissed again as if we were trying to dominate the kiss.
"Tell me you love me too." He tried to speak in between our kiss.
"I love you, Barra." I said full of passion and love.
I could feel his lips turned into a smile as he kissed me deeper.
