Damon’s POV
I was busy signing all the papers that I have to sign while I was sitting on my swivel chair inside my personal office here in the hotel where I stayed for a while when someone suddenly knocked. “Come in.”
The door opened. It was Edward.
“Sorry to interrupt you, Mr. Furlord.”
“It’s alright. What is it?” I asked him as I put my pen on my table before looking at him.
Edward walked towards me, holding an envelope in his hand. “Someone sent this here, Mr. Furlord.” He said as he handed me the envelope.
“From who?”
“It doesn’t have a name or address where it came from, Sir. It only has your name,” he replied.
I took the envelope and opened it. It doesn’t really have a name on it, but they wrote my name in the upper right corner.
It surprised me when I saw who the person in those photos was. It was Sunny and Jared. They were smiling at each other while eating cotton candy. They were staring at each other in the other photo and in the last one they were so near to each other as if they were going to kiss.
My hands started shaking as I crumpled those photos. “What the hell is this? What does that woman think she’s doing with that asshole?!”
I was about to put that envelope inside the trash can, but a sticky note suddenly showed.
‘Look at your girlfriend, flirting with Jared. Aren’t they sweet? Looks like they are already in love with each other.’
My blood boiled.
“That woman… how can she flirt with some other guy like that?!”
I looked at Edward. “Edward.”
“S-Sir?”
“What’s my schedule tomorrow? Tomorrow is my last day, right? Let’s do it all much earlier, I’m coming back home.”
He nodded. “I-I understand, Sir.”
Sunny’s POV
People kept on staring at me as soon as I stepped inside our University. They were all glaring at me as if I did something wrong. Some were even mumbling to each other and stop as soon as I walk past them.
What the hell is wrong with them?
Do I have something on my face?
I walked even quicker, ignoring all of them until I was finally able to reach our classroom. This is what I hate the most. Getting all the attention around me. “Sunny! Have you watched the news?! Have you read the newspaper?!” Natalie came running to me as soon I sat on my chair.
“I don’t watch nor read the news. Why? What’s about it?”
Natalie moved closer to me after looking around. “You and Jared! Your photos with him are all over in the internet and news!”
“W-What?!”
“Yes! Did you go somewhere yesterday?”
“Y-Yes, he asked me to go with him to the amusement park.”
“I knew it. Maybe the paparazzi were able to follow the two of you.” She took her phone out of her bag and showed it to me. “Look at this article.”
She showed me the article and I immediately saw the photo of me and Jared when we were staring at each other because he saved me from the ball that almost hit my face. There was a title written above those photos saying; Jared Knight found a new girlfriend?!’
“W-What the hell… W-Where did they get those photos?”
“I don’t know…. Maybe someone saw the two of you and decided to take some pictures,” said Natalie.
So that’s the reason people kept on looking at me the moment that I stepped inside the University.
“For sure everyone’s going to talk about this. You will surely be chased by the paparazzi too, Sunny.”
“B-But I’m not Jared’s girlfriend… We did nothing wrong…”
“I believe you, Sunny. Don’t worry, we’ll tell Jared about it.”

“Miss Sunny? Is it true that you’re Jared’s girlfriend?”
“Miss Peruvian, tell where you met Mr. Knight!”
“Miss Peruvian, did you plan on hooking up with Jared Knight while having a relationship with Damon Furlord?”
Just like what Natalie has told me earlier, so many people holding cameras in their hands greeted me as soon as the bell rang for dismissal. I lowered my head as I kept on walking but they just won’t stop following me while asking different questions about my relationship with Jared.
“Miss Peruvian, please answer us!”
“Miss Peruvian!”
I need to get out from here.
I shoved through them, walking as fast as I can when someone suddenly pulled my hand which made me stop and lose my balance. I fell to the ground and instead of helping me, the paparazzi kept on asking questions.
“P-Please let me go… I-I’m not Jared’s girlfriend… Please…”
‘You’re not his girlfriend?’
‘Then what is your relationship with him, Miss Peruvian?’
‘What were you doing at the amusement park then?’
“N-No please let me go…”
‘Miss Peruvian!’
‘Miss Peruvian please answer our question!’
“N-No, please—
“Stay away from her!”
They all stopped asking me when someone suddenly yelled. We all looked to the same direction and we saw Jared running towards us. “Sunny, are you alright?” he asked as he reached for my hand and helped me stand up.
I nodded. “I-I’m alright, Jared.”
“Let’s go.”
“O-Okay.”
‘Mr. Jared, is she your girlfriend?’
‘Do you have a relationship with her?’
‘Is this means that you two are going out?’
Jared was covering me from them. He put his arm around my shoulder while covering me from those people. But still, they didn’t stop.
I was surprised when Jared suddenly stopped walking and faced them. “Do you really want to know the truth?”
“Jared…” I mumbled.
“Then I’ll tell you the truth. Yes, this girl is my girlfriend.”
My eyes widened. “Jared, what are you—
“She is my girlfriend, so don’t you dare go near her again. Stop following her around if you don’t want me to sue all of you!” he yelled before looking at me again. He held my hand and we walked away from the paparazzi.
