I rolled my eyes. “I have to go now, I still need to do my homework so please don’t you dare call me again in the middle of the night just to buy you an ice cream!”
“Wait, I’m not done with you yet, nerdy!”
“What else do you want?!”
“H-Hey! Don’t talk to me like that!”
I looked at him. “What else do you want, young master?”
“Drink that coffee first.”
“What?”
“I don’t know if you put some poison in that coffee so you have to tastes it first.”
“If only I could do that, I’d love to.” I said as I reached for his mug.
“Damon my loveeeesssssss!!!”
Then the door of his office went open. Because of surprise, the mug slipped through my fingers and fell to the floor. A red-haired woman suddenly appeared wearing a short black dress that almost showed her soul. I knelt down to the floor to pick up the pieces of broken glass while watching the woman ran towards Damon.
I wonder who she is.
“Damon!!! I missed you so much!!!” the woman cooed while hugging Damon.
“H-Hey Kayla! Let go of me!” Damon said while trying to push the woman away.
The woman then moved away and looked at him. “You haven’t showed up after what happened between us. Don’t you miss me, honey, huh?! Don’t you miss me??”
Honey? Pffft.
Looks like this woman is one of this bastard’s victims.
“Look Kayla, I don’t like you, okay? I am not your boyfriend and I will never be your boyfriend. We just had a one-night stand and that ends right there, okay? For sure you enjoyed that too so stop chasing after me now.”
“W-What?”
“I don’t like you. Please leave me alone and never come back here again.”
Poor woman. For sure she’ll regret falling in love with this asshole. This man really has no soul. I wonder where is he getting that awful attitude from.
The woman’s eyes started to fill with tears. “Damon… you told me you like me too, right? Why are you doing this to me? I love you so much, Damon. Please don’t do this… I can’t live without you!!”
“Well, that’s not my fault anymore. I didn’t promise you anything, so stop acting like it’s my fault. Now go. I don’t have time to waste on you anymore.”
“No, Damon please! I love you so much!!” the woman kept on holding onto Damon’s legs while pleading.
“Kayla! I said stop! I already have a girlfriend, okay?!”
The woman stood up with wrinkled brows. “G-Girlfriend? Y-You have a girlfriend?”
Oh, he has a girlfriend? Someone really fell for this dumbass?
“Yes, and she’s right here.” I was surprised when he suddenly walked towards me and held my hand to make me stand up. “She is my girlfriend; her name is Sunny Peruvian.”
“G-Girlfriend? This woman?!!” the woman said while eyeing me from head to toe. “Are you kidding me, Damon?! How can a mere janitress be your girlfriend?!!”
Janitress?! Me?!
“She’s not a janitress! She is my girlfriend! And don’t you dare say awful things to her again or I’ll break your neck!” Damon yelled. “Edward!”
“S-Sir?”
“Get that woman out of my office, now!”
“Yes, Sir.”
“No, Damon! Damon please don’t do this to me! Let go off me!! Damon!!!”
I immediately brushed Damon’s hand off my arm when the door finally closed. “You really love putting me into trouble when you’re being chased by your mistakes, huh?”
“As if I have a choice. That woman won’t stop bugging me if I didn’t tell her that I already have my girlfriend.”
“If she goes after me, you’re dead. I won’t hesitate to tell her that I’m not really your girlfriend.”
“Go on and try doing that if you can, nerdy.” He sat on his swivel chair. “You must be thankful because everyone thinks that you’re my girlfriend. At least they’d think that you can have a man on your side too. I mean, you haven’t had boyfriend yet, right? I wonder if you can even find one.”
I looked at him. “I’d rather die alone and a virgin than to have a boyfriend like you.”
“That’s tragic.”
“You know what’s more tragic? It’s to be in an agreement with you.”
He smiled cockily at me. “Really?”
“Really. That’s the most stupid mistake that I have ever done in my life.”
“Hey nerdy. Don’t ever go crying and ask me to stay in your life when you finally fall in love with me.”
I almost puke because of what he just said. “I will never ever fall in love with you, Damon. And I will find someone way better than you, someone who will love me for who I am and someone who will only look at me.”
“Nerdy, are you even awake? I think you’re still dreaming.”
“Shut up! Just don’t go crying over me when you’re the one who ends up falling in love with me!”
He started laughing so hard while looking at me. He was even holding his sides because of laughing too much. “You really are good at imagining things, nerdy. Before you say that I’m going to fall in love with someone like you, just try having someone to like you first, hahaha!”
“Just wait for it, you asshole. You’ll surely regret doing this to me.”
“You never really fail to make me so happy hahaha!”
“Good Bye!!!”
“Bye babe!!”
“Babe your ass!!!”
I slammed the door as I went outside.
Just wait, you demonic pervert. I will surely have someone who will love me genuinely. And when that time finally comes, I will go out from this damn agreement and help you see what true love really means!
How dare him tell me that I won’t have someone who will like me? Who does he think he is?
I don’t even think someone would actually love him if it isn’t because of his looks and wealth! No one’s gonna fall for that demonic attitude!
