Sunny’s POV
“Hey nerdy, doing your witch crafts again?” the ultimate devil in my life appeared again while I was peacefully eating my food in a corner of this huge wedding reception while everyone was busy talking and dancing with each other.
I glared at him with a strawberry cupcake in my mouth. “Shut up and leave me alone.”
“And why would I leave you alone? So that you could cry?”
“C-Cry? What the hell are you saying? Why would I even cry?”
“You look like you were about to cry when Henry kissed your sister.” He said as he sat next to me and put his food above my table. “I was about to hand you the tissues but I thought it would be fun to just watch you.”
I ate all the cupcake before looking at him. “H-Hey, in your information, you were the one who looked like crying! Especially when you saw Mira walking down the aisle with that huge smile on her face while walking towards her groom.”
“Of course, it’s because I found her beautiful. And I didn’t look like crying! You’re really good at making stories, nerdy.”
“I am not making stories.”
“By the way, what flavor is that cupcake you’re eating?” he said while looking at the cupcake on my plate.
“Strawberry cupcake.”
“Really? Then let me taste it.” He said as he was about to get it from my plate but I immediately tapped his hand away which made him glare at me. “What do you think are you doing, nerd? Let me have some cupcake!”
“If you want this then asked for some to the waiter or take something from that table over there!”
He kept on trying to take my cupcake but I kept on moving it away from him.
“Nerdy! Will you give that to me or I’ll sue you?!”
“And do you think you can use that as a threat here?! Go get your cupcake there, you big-eater!”
His eyes widened. “And who did you call a big-eater?! If there’s someone who’s a real big eater here then it’s probably you! Can’t you see how full your plate is? And you don’t even share your cupcake to me!”
“Because I’m hungry! I like to eat because I’m hungry, okay?! Now could you please leave me alone?!”
“What if I don’t want to leave? Can you do something?” he said while crossing his arms.
“I-I can… Fine! Put that cupcake inside your mouth and don’t you ever dare to leave any bit of it!”
He laughed as he happily took my cupcake like a kid. “Thanks, babe!”
“Babe your face.”
I hope you get choke. I don’t even know why this man likes to piss me off. There are so many guests here but he really chooses to ruin my day every single time.
“Sunny?”
I looked up and saw a man wearing a blue tuxedo with round glasses too. “E-Excuse me, are you talking to me?” I asked.
“Yeah. Sunny, can’t you remember me already?”
“R-Remember…” I stared at his face for a while and my eyes automatically widened when I finally remember who he was. “J-Jared?!”
“Yes, it’s me Sunny. It’s nice to see you again.” He said then he smiled.
I looked around the venue and the people were still busy doing their own businesses. “Why are you here, by the way? Did my sister invite you here?”
“That’s right. I didn’t actually know that Eris is your sister. She’s actually one of my classmates in Paris.”
“Really? I didn’t know that though.”
“Maybe she just forgot to tell you.”
“That’s right.”
“Uh-hum!”
Jared and I looked at Damon’s direction when he suddenly cleared his throat. He looked at Jared then shifted his attention to me. “Would you mind introducing me to your friend right here, babe?”
“B-Babe?” Jared was confused. “Is he your—

“Yes, I’m her boyfriend, any problem with that?” said Damon while glaring at Jared.
Jared just nodded and forced a smile on his face. “N-No, I just thought that she’s single.”
“J-Jared, he’s Damon. Damon, he’s Jared.” I introduced them to each other.
Jared then reached out his hand to Damon but the devil just stared at it and continue eating so I widened my eyes at him but he just shrugged. He really likes showing his bad attitude to people.
“Err… Jared, would you like to take a seat? Come and join us here.” I said.
“Huh? Su—
“Sorry, but we don’t have available chairs here anymore.” Damon suddenly said so I looked at him.
“What? There, we still have—
He looked at me with sharp eyes. “They are already occupied.”
That was scary.
“It’s alright, Sunny. Maybe let’s just hang out some other time. By the way, I still have work today so I better get going now.”
“Is that so? Alright, thank you for going here Jared. See you next time.”
“See you next time, Sunny.” he smiled at me before he finally walked away.
I sat back on my chair when he finally left. In fairness, he looks quite handsome today, huh?
“See you next time~” I was surprised when Damon suddenly spoke, imitating the tone of my voice when I said goodbye to Jared.
I glared at him. “And why did you do that to him, huh? There’s no other people sitting those chairs anyway.”
“But I thought you want to be alone?”
“Yeah, then you appeared and ruined my inner peace.”
“Oh yes, so it’s alright if that man interrupts you but not me?”
“What?”
He drunk some water then he wiped his mouth with tissue. “If I were you, I will stay away from that guy.”
“And why should I stay away from him?”
“Because he’s an actor. He’s good at acting, you don’t know his world. You don’t want to be hated by so many people, do you?” he said then he stood up and started walking away.
What the hell is he talking about? It’s not as if I’m planning to have a relationship with Jared.
