I watched as she slowly closed her eyes, and went to sleep a few minutes later. I tried to sleep as well, but I couldn't bring myself to sleep.
I slowly got her head off my chest, placing her head gently on the pillow, while I walked slowly to my window, careful not to wake her up.
I sat by my window side, watching as the rain poured down, and I felt this sudden pain flushing all over me. It felt like a lot was hurting me, but why? Why was I in so much pain?

"Please!" Hannah begged, as her stepmom landed a whip on her back, forcing her to go outside in the cold rain.
"Now stay there for as long as it takes you to learn your lesson" her stepmom instructed her, Hannah couldn't handle the cold. She was on strong medications and as a result, looking for a small shelter to run to.
She managed to stand under the roof, where the plants around the house were kept.
"Where are you?!!.... Hannah where the f*ck are you?" Joan came out screaming.
Her mother had instructed her to check if Hannah was disobeying her orders, just minutes after she had given her instructions.
"Ohh…so there you are," Joan smirked, as she saw Hannah by the side of the house.
She looked at her, shaking her head.
"How many times do I have to tell you to give up? Just do what I say, and you will be free from this punishment" Joan teased her.
"This is all your fault" Hannah looked at her with deadly eyes.
She wrapped her hands around herself, trying to get warm, even though she was already turning blue. She forced her eyes to remain open.
"I'm glad you actually know that? You have always claimed to be smarter and better than me.
So, smarty pants, find a way out of this punishment mom has given you" Joan laughed at her and was about to walk away from her, but she paused for a second and turned around.
"Oh, and I know you didn't have an abortion.
You don't have the balls for that, you can't even get a boyfriend for yourself, not to talk more of an abortion" Joan rolled her eyes peacefully.
"Then, why didn't you say anything? And why did you lie to dad in the first place" Hannah was shivering, and stammering at the same time?.
"Because I wanted to show you who the best is. I don't like the way you are being favored all the time" Joan scoffed
Hannah got confused, very confused.
Because Joan had everything that was meant to be for them both. They had even arranged her marriage to a wealthy guy, so what else was she looking for?
"You are sick" Hannah shook her head in disgust.
"Nope, I am perfectly fine. But you will be sick very soon" Joan laughed so hard, she could barely control herself
"What do you want from me?" Hannah cried out.
"Nothing, I just want to see you suffering like this. It gives me so much happiness and joy, that you are not smiling.
And if I keep seeing you this way, trust me. I will be happy forever.
Now, if you would excuse me, I am going to get mum and inform her about your disobedience" Joan flaunted her hair, and she turned around, hopping back into the house, looking all dry and happy.
"You are not serious?" Joan's mom became so pissed and unhappy when her daughter came to inform her.
"I am mom, she didn't even care. She just stood under the shade like a princess. I don't know if she is under punishment, or enjoying herself, I am so confused.
But, please don't punish her more than you already have'' Joan faked empathy, and her mum laughed.
"You can do that when you are with your father, and not with me.
Now, come show me that brat, that has decided not to be useful to herself" Joan's mum sprang up from the chair, and went outside.
Out of fear, Hannah ran back into the rain. She was backing the entrance of the house, and unexpectedly received a whipping on her back.
"Ahhhh!!" She screamed for help, clutching onto her back, it hurt so much, especially because she wasn't prepared for it.
"What did you think? That you would be smart and I wouldn't find out. I have always tried my best to remind you of how stupid you are, but you just don't get it" her stepmom kept on lamenting.
Hannah felt this tight unbearable pain in her stomach, as she clenched her stomach very tightly. She was in so much pain.
"Please stop,... please" she could barely talk, it looked as if she was struggling to breathe, and her stepmom didn't care as she landed another stroke on her, this time it touched her eyes.
She wasn't even aiming for where she was hitting. She kept whipping her over and over again, repeatedly and Hannah couldn't take the pain.
In some spots, that she had hit her over and over again, it tore her skin and Hannah began to bleed.
"Please stop…please leave me alone….I beg of you. It already hurts so much" she cried out, pleading as she fell to the floor.
The only thing she could do was to suspend both of her hands in mid-air, so the strokes wouldn't touch her face.
But, unfortunately, most of them touched her face, causing painful swelling and injuries. She had already become covered in her own blood, yet her stepmom didn't stop.
Even Joan ran inside to get an extra whip, so she could join in the molestation.
The strokes were becoming too painful, and the rain's cold water only made the pain worse.
