Zamiel's POV
"Why? I'm not allowed in the castle anymore?" I rolled my eyes, playing with the car keys in my hand.
"Maybe? So which chick kept you out so late at nigh5?" She smiled, standing up to come to hug me.
"None" I lied.
It wasn't a lie, I wasn't doing anything with anyone. I was just with Hannah.
"I'm your only sister Zamy. You can't lie to me" she wrapped her hands around my neck.
"What the f*ck!. Imogen, are you drunk?" I asked her when I perceived alcohol, and also she was staggering alot.
"No, I am not. I only had three glasses" she said, and with the look on her face, she was lying.
"Okay fine, I had the whole bottle. But, that doesn't mean I am drunk" she frowned, when she noticed the suspicious look I gave her.
She was staggering, she could barely stand on her feet, that she almost fell. And I felt the need to support her, with my hands holding her elbow.
I walked over to the couch, and saw the empty bottle on the floor, I picked it up and disposed it.
"Let's go" I dragged her up the stairs, and took her to her room.
"Stop Zamy, I am no longer a child. I am a full grown woman, so you need to stop….hiccup" she could barely say one sentence without having hiccups in between, and she is talking about growing up.
I wonder why she got herself so wasted tonight.
"Why are you crying now?" I sat beside her, when I noticed that she had begun to tear up, what is wrong with women?
I think I have had enough of crying for one day, first it was Hannah and now Imogen.
Maybe, I might have to console the president's wife next.
"It's okay baby, you know you can tell me anything " I got even closer to her, as she rested her head on my shoulder.
"I don't know what is wrong with me, Zamy. Nothing seems to be going my way" she cried out.
I cannot believe the nerves of this girl, I can't wait for her to return to her normal senses, so I can talk some sense into that head of hers.
She is talking about things not going her way, when I am the one being forced into marriage here. And what exactly is she talking about?.
She has everything a girl would want in this life, to make her comfortable.
"Why do you say so?" I played with her hair, and she raised her head to look at me, and she smiled to one corner of her face.
"I don't have a boyfriend," she continued to cry.
Oh, my word!! I should just smack her across the face, and the alcohol will probably wear off.
So, all this while she wasn't aware that she was single, and now reality hits herall of a sudden?.
"Imogen, just sleep. You'll be fine" I rested her head on the pillow.
"No, don't go. Stay here!" She begged me.
"Okay," I agreed.
And why did I agree? Because I wanted to be by her side, close enough to smack her when she wakes up.
Zamiel grumbled, rubbing his eyes gently as he struggled to wake up. Picking up his ringing phone, and saw it was an unknown number, a huge part of him wanted to slam the damn thing on the wall.
"Speak to me, and it better be important" he managed to pick up, putting the phone on loudspeaker, as he aggressively talked to the unknown caller.
"Sir, the lady you brought to the hospital she…." The person from the other end, didn't even finish his sentence when Zamiel sprang up from the bed.
He hurriedly went into the bathroom, cleaning his teeth and rushing his bath, before grabbing his car keys and leaving his second phone behind.
Imogen's POV
Oh, my word!! What kind of headache I'm I having? And why does my stomach hurt so much?
My hands traveled aimlessly on the bed, until my left palm came in contact with an object, I looked towards my left, just so I could see what it was.
It's…it's a smartphone, and it looks very familiar.
This? …..it belongs to Zamy, I am 99.9% sure that it is his.
But, what is his phone doing on my bed?
Was he here last night? Oh gosh,!!! Everywhere hurts so much, I can't even think straight.
I tried to get up, but the headache just drew me backwards, and made me fall on the bed at once.
I decided to go back to sleep, for my own good. But, my day had already been ruined before it started.
I felt a grumbling in my stomach, as I rushed to the toilet, pouring out the rubbish from my stomach, emptying my stomach completely.
How nice! I am having a hang over as well.
Zamiel's POV
"What?...where is she?" I stormed into the hospital, asking no one in particular as I headed for Hannah's room.
"Sir, you have to calm down" a nurse who was walking from behind me, tried her best to restrict me.
But, I didn't listen to anything she was trying to say to me, as I kept on moving
I flung her door open the moment I got close enough.
"I have been waiting for you" I saw Hannah standing. She looked all set and ready to go. She seemed very healthy to me, she was even in a better condition than I left her the previous day.
"What on Earth is going on?" I smashed my fist on the wall, and I saw the way she shivered. Trying her best to get away from me.
"You are here sir, she is all set and ready to go" the doctor walked in, probably with a smile on his face. I couldn't tell because I was backing him though, but I could tell how happy he was just by hearing his voice.
