"Hannah is missing???" He exclaimed, and she looked at home with wide eyes.
"I mean, you didn't tell me '' he swallowed hard, trying to cover up the mistake he just made.
"Well, now you know, okay? And stop acting like she means anything to you" she gave him a sound warning.
"Are you leaving now?" He asked her.
"No, I just need some time to recover. I can't even feel my legs, not to talk more of walking" she giggled, and he smirked, knowing he was fully responsible for it.
Imogen's POV
My jaw dropped when I saw a maid pass by me, carrying some huge luggages.
"You…you are…you are back?" I stammered when I stumbled upon Kayden and Heaven.
"Why? Were you expecting us not to come back? Imogen, what have you done?" He frowned at me, and I swallowed hard.
"Nothing, I haven't done anything of course. But, I just wasn't expecting you to come back so quickly, is anything wrong?" I asked him, hoping that he wouldn't answer me rudely. But, my hopes were all in vain.
"The only thing wrong is you standing in our way, move" he almost pushed me out of the way, as he held her hand and walked past as if I didn't exist. Even I began to question my existence…like what the heck?.
Heaven's POV
"Do you always have to be rude to everyone?" I asked Kayden while trying to organize my clothes in the wardrobe.
"So far as I am concerned, I wasn't rude to anyone. She started it, by asking me very silly questions, to begin with, and also at a very wrong time at that" he sat on the bed, changing his socks.
"How was she supposed to know that you are not in a good mood? She is not a mind-reading freak like you" I frowned at him, as his rude behavior irked me out.
"Then she is supposed to guess, my facial expression was enough to say everything" he rolled his eyes, not raising his head to look at me.
I looked at him, walking up to him. I tried to sit on the bed beside him, but the moment my buns touched the bed, I yelped in pain.
"Ouch!" I screamed getting up immediately and using my hands to rub my a*s in a circular motion to ease off the pain.
