Today's evening for Alaina Storm was spent in apprehension and one, that was not of some kind that she abhorred. After talking to Ace that day, it seemed that he disappeared into thin air and she did not had another chance to ask what did he truly mean. Ryan seemed to always follow Calliope around thus he too, was out of her reach.
Thus in morning she and Tyler were some sorts of companions that understood each other and spent the day not trying to talk about things that were uncomfortable but rather focusing on their studies.
After that, she remembered driving to her own small cottage on the outskirts, all tired and mentally exhausted. Till Valace Storm remained in their house how could she find peace and let go of all worries and sleep, thus she had informed her mother of staying out for the day only to find herself in the current predicament.
After taking a bath she was simply humming a song when she saw a hot-pot of chicken soup with ramen noodles sitting on the kitchen counter, there were some chocolate bars and a tub of strawberry ice cream along with some sandwiches.
She did not bring them here.
The hold on the pistol that she never forgot to carry around tightened as light pitter-patter of feet made her move closer to the warm food and pick up the note.

Serene breath left those luscious pink lips as she sighed, if her suspicious self forgot to read it, she might have killed the person the moment they showed up, now even though her reflexes were sharper than before with defense high up on alert there was an understanding that this person might be of use.
If it were Valace Storm's lackeys they would have never known that there existed any such 'saviour', she had hired mercenaries to either kill all those who were involved in the drug cartel case or they were thrown into the prison.
Moreover it was not her dear uncle's style to wait and strike, if this person were any accomplice they would have attacked arbitrarily. So it was only profitable to see if it was an ally or enemy.
"I understand, if you are here to talk to me then lets-" She did not had the time to blink before calloused warm palms covered her eyes gently from behind and a man kept his chin on her shoulder before whispering into her ear.
"Alright. Tell me what you want." She would have moved those fingers away in rage but the calm placid tone and that deep exotic voice that seemed to sigh and enquire at the same time......wasn't it more like a man asking his girl what did she wish him to do now that she was done throwing all the tantrums to make him appear.
"Y-Your hand....wont you let me see you?" His hot breath on her neck was maddening, even the fragrance was so masculine that Alaina could not help but take gulps of it before uttering those words with somewhat difficulty.
"Greedy little girl." There was a moment of silence originated in the atmosphere extending for god knows how long, Ajax was left stupefied with his own voice getting octaves lower now that he was near to her....he sounded desperate...needy and somewhat carnal. Those little curls he had hoped to play with so many times when he saw them daily were rubbing right with his chin...so soft...she was exquisite.
Wasn't Alaina all over like that, so delicate and pretty like a porcelain doll? no more like a little kitten that got lost in rain and then came running to him....adorable to the extent he could not decipher in mere words.
While basked in her heavenly fruity aroma, Alaina was somewhat speechless with silly blush extending from her face to neck. Wasn't this person all opposite to her somehow?
His chest touched her head, while the rippling muscles can be even felt from the barrier of clothes, his hands were right...strong but she, was she worthy to have such thoughts about this person who dared to break and crush a magnanimous organ of Valace Storm's organization. She could not dream so much.
"O-Ok...but why did you tried to save me, it was all a part of my mission." Ajax, somewhat sensing a little shift in her attitude frowned and cared about nothing but the food that was getting all cold and the ice cream that was melting yet knowing that she would not sleep well until her questions were answered calmly asked her.
"So you fear nothing under the sky, do you? That day in the Russian banquet too, you served yourself right in my bed, occupying my position and what did I do? I was made to look after you the entire night and did not have an ounce of sleep.
Why do you need to keep getting in dangerous places, why can't you ask for a little assistance...I will never refuse."
"You hate Valace?"

There was a man thinking deeply and a girl who tried her best not to think about his words....he took care of her in the Russian banquet.....IT WAS HIM!
"You need to have guards that are in reality hidden assassins, my people will help, eat well and don't wander off to strange places."

"And little treasure, never accept food from strangers, test it for poison first. Never let any person sneak behind you, the moment you feel a strange presence shoot them down. Don't tell people very much about yourself, know more about them. Never forgive the people who ruined your plans." A second later the palm was removed and the person was nowhere to be seen.
So basically not do anything that she did with him today.
