I was continuously laughing seeing the video of Alex and Maya that Irene showed me. All three couples were sitting in the hall.
I never imagined that after I slept, Alex and Maya would get drunk and do such things. I look at Alex who was sitting at the corner of the couch and glaring at Irene because of whom they both got drunk.
"Stop scolding her, Alex," I laughed and sat beside him.
"Because of her, you all are making fun of me and Maya" He complained like a child.
"Well, everything is okay but what were you thinking while kissing Max," I said and everyone laughed. Alex glared at me.
"Now, you're also making fun of me... Great" He frowned and stood up from the couch and directly went towards his room. I giggled and turned my head towards Max.
"Thank you for taking care of Maya and Alex," I said. He nodded his head and caressed my hair lovingly like a big brother.
"About which truth you're talking about last night with Maya?'' I asked. His face paled up upon hearing my question.
"Maya doesn't remember much but does remember the last thing you said to her. About which truth you were talking" I asked. He didn't answer anything at first but when I held his hand and made him look toward me, he gave up.
"I was in guilt for not being able to save you from that bastard Andrew and also because I refused Alex to help you on the battlefield despite seeing you in labor pain. That time I was concerned for Alpha as Ella made a forecast that if you came into Alex's life then you would destroy him completely. That's why I didn't want him to help you. Now, I'm realising… I was so wrong at that time. I'm sorry, ``he said. Tears formed in my eyes remembering that painful moment in my life. I closed my eyes to calm myself.
"You were not wrong at your place, Max. so please stop feeling guilty and don't say sorry," I mumbled and looked in my room's direction where Alex went.
"I should check on him." I chuckled and went towards my room. As soon as I entered the room, Alex hugged me from behind and rested his head on my shoulder.
"Someone was mad at me"
"I can't stay angry with my mate for long" He mumbled. I giggled and turned towards him.
"I still can't believe that you both got drunk" He rolled his eyes at my words.
"Don't start again" He said annoyingly.
"Ok fine…. I will not tease you anymore" I said and kissed his cheeks.
"Thank you," He said
"I'm never going to drink anything when those two idiot girls are near me" he mumbled and we both burst into laughter.
"Who would think that Irene and Emily could plan something like this." I chuckled.
"They are devils behind an innocent face. Didn't you see, despite I was scolding them, Irene showed you the video"
"Don't talk about video... I can't stop myself from laughing seeing you and Maya." I laughed and pulled his cheeks.
"Why are you pulling my cheeks?" he asked, rubbing his cheeks with his hand. I chuckled and removed his hand then kissed his cheeks.
"Because I loved it," I said and took his hand in mine. "Thank you"
"For what?"
"For loving me more than anyone in this world. Even I don't love myself as you love me"
"That's true," He said and pulled me closer to him. "You're the reason for me to take a breath."
"And you're the reason why I'm alive and happy today," I said and kissed his nose.
"Max told me about Ella's forecast. she warned you that I will be dangerous for you... Still, you helped me… not only that, You loved me and marked me as yours."
"Ella's forecast was a bullshit plan made by her to part us away." I look at him confusingly, not able to understand what he means.
"Ella likes me or says she is obsessed with me. That's why she told us the wrong thing about you. Not only this, she planned many things to part us away" Alex mumbled and I can feel, he is pissed thinking about Ella.
"Relax... No matter how people try but our love will always bring us together" I said and attached my lips to him.
After a long kiss, he parted away from me and kissed my forehead which is the best thing for me. I felt so good whenever he kissed my forehead lovingly. it feels like he touched my soul through a forehead kiss.
Alex became silent for a while. I understood he was talking to someone through a mind link. He then looked at me.
"The sketch artist came" I scrunched my eyebrow not understanding what he meant.
"Maya didn't tell you,?
"She is sleeping since she gave me control"

He started narrating everything that they had all discussed at night… They all doubted that Ava can be Richard's woman whom we all are searching for. Alex took me to the room where the sketch artist and Max were waiting for us.
The sketch artist asked me for details about Ava and I answered his questions in detail. After half an hour the sketch was finally ready.
"Do you remember the mark on Ava's neck?" Alex asked. I nodded my head because when Richard was kissing her neck, I saw that mark.
"Yes, I do"
"Please make one more sketch of the tattoo as she described," He said to the artist. He nodded his head in agreement. I guided the artist and after a while, the tattoo sketch was also ready.
"Max, please pay him and also drop him where he leaves," Alex said. He didn't wait for a reply and took me outside the room, holding my hand.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"Library"
"You really want to study at this time," I asked surprisingly. He stopped and looked at me annoyingly. I tightened my lips not wanting to laugh by looking at his expression. I know when he does some work, he hates distraction but I love to annoy him.
"You love to annoy me, Right?" He asked. I nodded my head. He picked me up over his shoulder like a sack.
"Alex, what are you doing?" I asked shockingly. "Put me down" I yelled and started wiggling in his arms like a fish.
"What the" I yelled when he spanked my ass. I was so shocked to see this side of him.
"If you don't shut your mouth then I will spank more" he spanked me again.
"Alex" I took his name shockingly which came out as a moan.
"Ohh so my girl loves spanking... I will keep this in mind"
My whole face turned red upon hearing him. He put me down when we reached the library, then he opened the door and switched on the lights. I looked around. It was a big library filled with many books.
"Impressive" I mumbled as everything was cleaned and well-managed.
"Thank you... My mom used to love reading" He smiled and went inside the room. I followed him and looked around. Alex started searching for a book and I started looking around in the library. There were all kinds of books: Fantasy, romantic, and historical, and some of them are related to our kind.
"Sano" Alex called me. I went towards him and saw a book in his hand.
"What is it?" I asked.
"It contains information about different wolves and their pack. It also contains the mark which every wolf contains" He replied and started searching for the tattoo matching the sketch. After a while, he finally found that tattoo. He started reading about it.
"Is Richard's wolf was black and giant?" He asked and pointed towards the picture. I looked at that picture carefully and then nodded my head.
"This picture is the same as Richard's wolf," I mumbled.
"Great." He smiled and pointed toward the tattoo. "This book says that black Alpha wolves, especially Alpha of red moon packs when marking their mates then the tattoo appearing on their mate's neck looks a little similar to this tattoo. There is a difference in each wolf's mark but the kind of wolves had a little similarity in their mark. Like when a golden wolf marked their mate then a tattoo appeared on their mate's neck containing a wolf looking towards the moon but the design and everything are different, depending on the wolf. After observing everything, I'm sure Ava is Richard's wife" Alex said.
"Aww… My mate is so smart" I said, impressed at the way he observed and made decisions. He chuckled and gave me a peck on my lips.
"And my mate is so adorable" We both chuckled.
"let's go and inform everyone" I mumbled and turned to go when he again smacked my ass. I turned towards him and glared at him angrily. He started laughing looking at my expression.
"You" I frowned and was about to hit him with my elbow but he moved back. What next? He was running ahead and I was running behind him to hit and teach him a good lesson.
