CHAPTER 31
Chrystal arrived at the stream and sat down on a fallen tree, waiting on Ala.
Tim and Sarah followed their mom without her knowing, they stood behind a tree waiting for the right time to jump out and scare her, When two big men stepped up and tried to grab their mom.
Tim went into defence mode. He started running as hard as he could and slammed his little body into one of the men.
The man Tim rammed into hit his head on a tree and fell to the ground.
He was out.!
The other man was ready for him and grabbed Tim by his hair when he charged at him and also held onto Crystal’s arm at the same time.
“Oh, So your a tough one.” The man said.
The man knocked Tim out with a punch to the head.
Sarah ran as fast as her little legs could back to the pack house.
HELP!!! She yelled.
MOMMY!! Tony and Eric ran toward Sarah. She pointed in the direction of the stream.
When they got there, They saw Tim on the ground and Crystal being hauled off by a man.
Tony half shifted running after the man.
The man turned around and before the man could shift. Tony had him by the throat.
Ripping his throat out with his teeth and spitting it on the lifeless body of the man.
He turns to Crystal who is on the ground crying.
Tony went to Crystal and picked her up carrying her to the pack house.
Warriors are running all over looking for more rogues in the woods.
Eric is carrying an unconscious Tim to the pack doctor.
The doctor has already been informed and is waiting for them to arrive
Tim is starting to wake up.
“Mom?” Tim said, in a sleepy voice.
“She‘s ok Tim.” Get some rest.”
“You did good protecting your mom and sister.” Tony told him.
Crystal is in a bed next to Tim. She couldn't leave him alone.
Ala, Alex and Adam came in to find out what happened.
Crystal told about the note she received from a girl.
And everything that happened after.
“They are getting brave. We have to be on alert.”
Watch over the women, while I go to the cells and talk to the man Tim knocked out.
“That's one brave little man you have there Crystal.”
Crystal looked at Tim adoringly.
Tony told Crystal he would be back soon,” I’m going with Eric.
Mommy? a little voice came from the door.
Sarah ran up to the bed and crawled in it with Crystal.
I went and got daddy. I did good too. Sarah asked, wanting some recognition too.
Apparently she heard what they were saying about Tim.
Tony turned around at the word Daddy. His heart swelled with pride.
Daddy! He thought. Smiling ,he couldn't help it. He went to Sarah and gave her a kiss on her cheek.”You did very good.” You saved mommy.” Then he gave Crystal a kiss on her cheek.
“I’ll be back.”
Eric and Tony crossed the yard to the pack house and was stopped every few feet with someone asking about Tim.
Apparently everyone heard what little Tim did.
