Third Person’s POV

“Bro, can Sarah attend my wedding? She is my best friend.”, Allison pleaded, not that she was not angry by Sarah’s behavior but she was her best friend and she didn’t want Sarah to miss such a great day of her life.
But Zayden could have denied her request, Grace interrupted him.
“Yes! Anything that makes you happy.”, Grace said with a small smile on her face. She saw Zayden’s narrowed eyes. It simply meant that he was not very happy with her words. “You had said that you will fulfill one of my wish even though it means going against your decision.”, Grace pointed out to which Zayden sighed.
Grace forgave him for marking her asking her without her permission and for all those things that happened with her after that. She was not among those people who used to hold a grudge against anyone.
Everything that happened with her till now was unexpected and beyond any normal human’s thought. But she couldn’t do anything about it, could she?
She didn’t want to spoil her marriage for the things which happened to happen one day, but with her consent. Anyways, in return, Zayden promised to fulfill any of her wishes which she would ask for him.
“I can’t believe that you used your wish for Sarah’s freedom, who is enjoying her life in a dungeon for using ill-treated words for you.”, He muttered, under his breath, clearly aware of the fact that Grace could hear him.
“Ignore him, Grace. Thank you! Thank you so much!”, Allison quickly hugged her and left from there. Grace observed the grumpy expression of Zayden and sat beside you to explain her reason for this decision.
“Did you see how happy Allison was?”, She asked to initiate the conversation. She sighed and placed her hand on his, a wave of spark rang in her body. She came to know about it from Zayden that it was common between mates. “Sarah doesn’t deserve to spend all her life in a dungeon, Zayden.”
“As if I care about her.”
“Zayden!”, She gasped and slapped playfully at his chest. “You should be this rude.”
“I have some important work. Will see at dinner, okay?”, Zayden asked before kissing his mate on her forehead. Grace nodded and kissed his cheek before he would have left.

“I can’t believe that today is my second last day in this house.”, Allison said as they all were sitting in the dining room having supper.
“You can visit us anytime, Ally.”, Grace said and gave a sad smile.
“Satah, after Allison’s marriage you will be leaving this pack.”, He ordered.
“But why? Where will I go?”
“I don't give a damn about that. You should have thought about that before insulting your Luna.”, he said as he finished his food and stood up to wash his hand. “You should be thanking her for giving you the freedom which you don’t deserve.”
When he was out of sight, Sarah faced Grace.
“Grace, can’t you convince Zayden to let me stay in this pack?”, She asked with the intention to stay near him even though hated to ask for help from Grace, she knew only Grace would be able to convince him.
“I don’t think so, Sarah. I don’t think he will listen to me and trust me. I don’t want to face his anger.”, She said, controlling her emotions so that Sarah wouldn’t get an idea of her lie. She came to know from Zayden that once she was determined to hide her expression, strangely even he couldn’t smell her emotions. Not to mention, he couldn’t even smell her wolf. It seemed that her wolf was good at hiding.
“Please?”, Sarah begged.
Grace started feeling bad when she saw Sarah pleading in front of her. But a part of her was happy that she wouldn’t be staying near Zayden anymore. She was about to change her mind, that’s when Allison interrupted in between.
“Sarah, it’s high time that you should move on in your life and let others live peacefully.”, Allison said, to which Sarah sighed and closed the discussion.
What more could she say!

Grace was standing on the balcony, looking at the stars. She was surprised at how clear she could see them.
“What are you doing here alone?”, She heard the voice of her husband or mate. He hugged her from her back.
“Counting stars.”
“Seriously?”
“Hmm”
“You know they are infinite, right? It will be so stupid to count them.”
Grace smiled, looking at him.
“Sometimes it’s fun to do stupid things but you won’t understand that.”, She joked.
“Why won’t I understand? If this so, then let’s do this stupid thing together.”, he said and placed his hand on her shoulder.
Minutes passed and they argued over the count.
“1716”, He stated.
“No! It’s 1717. You haven’t counted that small star near the big one.”, She argued back.
“I have counted that star as well.”, he defended himself.
“Sometimes you should accept your defeat, Zayden”, She said on the verge of laughing.
“Okay. Fine!”, Zayden accepted his defeat and started laughing at the stupid game he just played like a child.
‘Alpha, we have a gift for you from Wyatt.’, Eric's voice rang in his mind.
‘Now?’
‘Yes! Alpha.’
‘I’m coming.’
“You have to go, right?”, Grace asked even though she knew the answer. When he stopped laughing and zone out for a while, she understood that someone might have mind-linked him.
“I will be back soon!”, He said and jumped from the balcony. Grace realized the breath which she had held when she saw Zayden jumping from the balcony.

Zayden immediately got the intuition that whatever gift that Wyatt had sent was going to ruin his mood for a while. He knew his brother’s tactics. According to him, Wyatt was a psycho and his choice of gift was the worst. Sometimes he used to send dead bodies of people or dead bodies of animals, having no blood in them.
“What does he send this time?”, he asked, once he reached Eric, who gave him a letter.
“Just a letter?”, he asked him and opened it.
“No, Alpha. This letter was attached to this box.”, Eric said, showing him a box. Observing the size, Zayden didn’t feel like this time he had sent any dead bodies still, he started reading the letter first.
‘Dear Brother
Oops! It went wrong.
Dear bastard brother,

Well, don’t get excited. I don’t want to see you either.
I am very upset with you. Why didn't you invite me to your dramatic wedding? I must say, it was one hell of a wedding! Zayden clenched his jaw in frustration and rage. He could imagine Wyatt laughing at him while he wrote that. He continued to read.
‘By the way, I came to know that now your mate is also a werewolf. Impressive! Isn’t it? But do you know I figured out a few more things that were hidden from everyone until now? In the history of werewolves, only one werewolf was blessed with this power, who was the son of Moon Goddess. His mother had warned him to use this power carefully but do you know what he did?
He fell in love with a vampire girl and bit her. She would have become the first hybrid but his father captured that vampire and killed her by burning her with the sunlight. And then in anger, that werewolf killed his own father on which his mother cursed that in every life his mate will be killed just like he killed her mate.’
Zayden had had enough. He was about to tear the paper when his eyes accidentally fell upon the next line.
‘Do you know who that werewolf is in this life and that vampire girl? That’s none other than you and your beautiful and sexy mate Grace. Vampire’s venom is poisonous to werewolves as well as werewolf’s saliva is poisonous to Vampire, everyone knows that but it won’t work on Grace, because she was a vampire in her previous life and was chosen by an alpha.
So, I was thinking of marking her mine and converting her first hybrid.’
Zayden tore the paper and threw it on the floor, not caring that it dirtied the floor.
‘I have lost Jennifer. There is no way I am going to lose Grace.’, Dominic said angrily.
