Priscilla Cason
I woke up and sat up on my bed. I sighed big time and opened my eyes slowly. I dragged myself to the bathroom to take a shower. I spent 30 minutes sitting under the shower just looking at the floor blankly.
I walked out from the bathroom and dried myself. I dried my hair and curled it right away. I put on my make up and put on my white shirt along with a leather jacket. I put my ripped black jeans and black boots. I took my bag and my CV.. ready to find another job.
I walked out from my house while looking at my phone when suddenly I bumped someone. I looked up and my eyes widen.
"What the heck are you doing here?" I bursted at Brandon and he looked at me from head to toe.
"You look hot." He commented and I smacked his arm with my bag.
"You're supposed to be in New Zealand!"
"Well.. you still care." He smirked and I rolled my eyes. I walked past him completely wanting to ignore him but instead of him leaving.. he put his arm around my shoulder. I pushed it right away.
"Get away from me.. I gave you my resignation letter right?"
"Too bad I'm blind to read it.. so.. care to explain what's inside that letter?" He asked and I ignored him.
"Where are you going?" He asked.
"Find a job and change my number." I hissed and walked faster. Thank God he stopped following me.. first thing.. changing my number. I walked into the shop and waited in a line to change my phone number. I waited until it's my turn. I changed my phone number and I thanked the staff for helping me. I walked out when suddenly my phone rang and it's Brandon.. my eyes widen in horror.
"So that's your new phone number?" I turned my head to the side to see Brandon smirking with his phone on his ear.
"How- how do y- how did you-" I was speechless. I just changed my number but..
"I'm a Lemiere, Priscilla. Do you forget about that?" He smirked and ended the call.
"So.. where to next?" He asked and I stomped the ground piss. I walked away before I buy a knife and kill him because this man is pissing me off.
"Goodluck finding a job, Priscilla."
"I will get a job! You'll see!" I bursted angrily without looking at him. I heard he's laughing his lungs out but I ignored him. I will get a new job.. you'll see.
I walked into a bakery shop and asked if there's a slot for me to work here but too bad there's none. I walked into a japanese ramen restaurant asking if there's a job and there is. I jumped in excitement but when the manager came to me.. he said that I need to ask his boss permission to give me a job and I told him that I want to meet his boss.
"I'm the boss." I turned to the entrance door and saw Brandon smirking evilly.
"Do you think I will believe you?" I hissed.
"He's the boss, Miss. Mr. Lemiere here is our boss." The manager said and I looked at Brandon in disbelief. I glared at him and walked out again. I walked into another shop and again.. they don't want me. Brandon kept waiting in front of the shop with an evil smirk plastered on his face.
"I swear you're busy.. so can you go?" I asked nicely and he shook his head.
"I just canceled all my schedules.. besides my secretary is here." He gestured to me.
"You have a lot of secretaries." I crossed my arms in front of my chest.
"That's right but.. I kinda hate the other secretary." He said and I rolled my eyes. I decided to walk away to find another job.
"You know.. You already walked into 30 shops and none. Let's eat lunch together."
"Keep dreaming.. I'm not going anywhere with you." I hissed.
"Well that hurts." I ignored him and walked into shops again trying to find a job but still none.
"You know.. Just give up and come back. Come on."
"No." I said and suddenly I remembered the 100.000$. I turned to him and grabbed his wrist. I dragged him to the bank.
"Write your bank account." I said as I put the paper in front of him.
"I'll write it if you give me a kiss." My eyes widened when he said that.
"Keep on dreaming.."
"Then no.." He said and he walked away. I grabbed his arm again and dragged him back.
"Write.your.bank.account." I said seriously and coldly.
"No.. Priscilla Cason. I won't write my bank account." He said seriously too and that made me look at him.
"I'm giving you that money for you to pay for your Medical School. You can pay me later on." He said and I shook my head.
"I don't need your pity.. I don't want it." I poked his chest angrily.
"Then.. go try and find my bank account number. Goodluck." He said and then left the building. I ran out and stopped him.
"Look, Brandon.. I don't need that money. I want to gain it myself."
"I told you that you can pay me ba-"
"I don't want it! I don't want to do anything with you! Can you get the hint?" I bursted angrily and looked at him seriously. Suddenly he smiled..
"Why won't you?" He asked and leaned closer to me.
"Because you're an asshole!" I hissed and planned to just walk away from him.
"Why am I an asshole again? I never do bad things to you or break your heart.. So why am I an asshole again?" He caught my wrist, preventing me from going.
"Let go! I'm going to find another job again.."
"This Saturday.. remember?" I turned my head to him in horror
"No! I told you I will give your money back."
"Why are you so stubborn?"
"My head is made from rock." I hissed trying to let his grip go.
"Don't make me do something you won't like, Priscilla. So behave.. and stop trying to-"
"Jerk!" I hissed.
"Thanks.. but I like assholes more." He pulled me to him and crashed his lips to mine.
