Tithy's P.O.V.
I entered the room and got freshen up and lied on bed. After a while Api came and lied beside me when I was thinking about Shaan.
Seeing her, I closed my eyes. As I knew, she would ask me, "What's wrong?" and right now I don’t know actually what is wrong with me.
Lying beside me, I thought she fell asleep but after a while she started caressing my hair and kept saying whisperingly, "I am sorry sweetie."May be Api thought, I was asleep.
I didn’t understand what to do. So I didn’t open my eyes. I didn’t know when I fell asleep while thinking, "What's Api talking about?"
Roshni's P.O.V.
Lying beside Tithy, I was trying to get some sleep. Seeing Tithy sleeping peacefully, I caressed her hair and whisperingly said, "I am sorry."
Remaining like that for a while, I got down from bed and went to Ammi's room. She was also sleeping.
So I prepared our dinner and woke them up for prayer and dinner. Both of them refused to take dinner saying, they were feeling full. But Ammi needs to take medicine. So I forcefully made them sit on the dinning table after prayer.
After dinner, they went to their rooms and I cleaned the table.
Entering the room, I saw Tithy sleeping already. I went to the balcony and staring at the sky blankly, I kept thinking about the random staffs.
After a while I entered the room again and lied beside Tithy. I kept staring at her face for a while then I turned aside and found the watch on the bed side table. It was the watch which we selected at the same time.
The watch reminded me of the first encounter of ours.
Pointing at a watch “wow...this watch is beautiful”, I uttered happily but heard the same words coming from another person at the same time.
I searched for the other person who said that and found a girl who seemed younger than me.
Looking at her, I turned to the sales girl and said, “ Is there another one of the watch?”
The girl added excitedly, “Exactly the same.”
“No Ma'am. It's the only one “the sales girl replied apologetically.
I looked back at the girl and she pouted innocently and said “Api, can I have this watch, please? I like it very much.”
Seeing her innocent face and specially hearing the word, 'Api' I smilingly said, “Okay sweetie. No problem. You can take it.”
Being happy, the girl thanked me and I smiled a little.
Then I turned to the sales girl and told her, “Actually I am trying to get a watch for my younger sister. Her birthday is coming in a few days. She really likes watches. So please show me some nice watches.”
The sales girl showed me another section and said, “Ma'am, you can look there.”
I started searching. The girl was about to leave but stopped.
The girl came forward and stood beside me. Extending her hand with the watch, she said, “Api, actually you can take it.”
I asked her being confused, “Why? You can keep it as you liked it very much. I will find another one, sweetie. It’s okay.”
The girl replied smilingly still extending her hand, “But it was a gift for your sister's birthday. So you take it.”
“It’s okay. I can choose another one" I tried to convince her but she again started, “But you know, you.”
Then cutting her off, I said, “That’s ok. Instead come and help me to choose a watch for her.”
She said, "Okay" and looked at the watch on that section.
The girl tried to choose a watch but none of the remaining watches seemed to caught good sight of her.
Then she said “You know, actually I can’t choose twice for the same thing at a time. Except I become confused while choosing for the first time. But as I chose this one watch without any confusion today, so I don’t think, I can help you with the choosing thing”
I was staring at her for the whole time of her blabbering and before I could say something, she again started extending the watch to me, “You have to take the watch. The watch is very beautiful. She will be very happy. I will get a watch another time”
Finding nothing to say, I asked her, “Are you sure?”
The girl replied confidently “Very much sure. Now take it.”
With a smile I took the watch and when I was about to take out the purse, the girl stopped me, “But I have one condition. You won’t pay for it.”
“What?” I uttered being confused. “Yeah. Take it but don’t pay. Ummm...You can consider this as a gift for your sister from me” She tried to point out her reason but I refused saying, “No, I can’t take this.”
“Api, please”, saying this, she started pouting.
I agreed being defeated and said, “okay but I also have a condition. You have to get a watch as per my choice and I will pay for that.”
“But..” the girl started again but was cut off by me, “Only if you agree, I will agree. Otherwise let it be.”
The girl thought for a while and then said, “Okay. Then you choose it for me. As you know I can't.”
I smiled at her and said, “Okay. Wait. Let me check.”
I started checking again and she asked me, “By the way for whom were you choosing the watch?”
“Tithy, my younger sister.” I replied while looking for a watch and then turned to her and asked, “What's your name anyway? I didn't get it yet”
She replied smilingly, “Myself, Titly Api. And Tithy, the name is quite uncommon just like my name. When is her birthday api?”
"22nd July" I replied and she got shocked and said, "What? But that's my day Api."
I smiled at her expression and said, “You know, there are too much of similarities between you two.”
“Like what?” She asked curiously.
“You two have same birthdate, you both like watches and you both blabber too much and..” I stopped realising my last word and she was like, “What?” and pouted innocently.
“I didn’t mean that. Anyway I am sorry, sweetie.” I immediately apologised.
She smiled and said, “You should not call it blabbering, Api. You know, we just love to talk.”
“Yeah. I know. I am sorry.” I apologised again and chose a watch. She looked at the watch and said, "It’s beautiful api. Thank you." and at that I only smiled a little.
Taking the watches, we both went to the exit of the mall. It was raining a little and was all dark outside though it was only evening then.
I asked her, "How will you go home?"
Pointing at a car, she replied, "I have a car with me api."
"Okay then. Take care sweetie. Allah Hafiz." saying this, I started searching for a taxi. Seeing that, she stopped me and said, " Api, Let's go together. Where do you live? I will drop you and then I will go my home."
I refused at first but she convinced me anyhow. We hopped in the car and right then her phone started ringing.She attended the call and started saying, "I am on my way home Vai. Don't you worry. I am coming soon."
She cut off the line and looking at me, she smiled and said, "My brother. If returning home, he doesn’t get to see me, he started panicking. You know, he loves me a lot."
She went on blabbering for the whole way and I was a silent listener.
Arriving at my destination, I invited her inside but she politely refused and said, "I will come some other day api. Take care. Allah Hafiz.
I got down and her car went away. I kept standing for a moment with a smile then got inside my home.
Coming back to earth, I again looked at her and said, "I am sorry Titly. I am sorry. You helped me coming back to my home. But I am failing again again to make you go back to your home. I am sorry."
