PARTY IN CASA HILVANO
"Are you ready?" Mom's excited face greeted me as I got out of the balcony. I gulped her eyes darted on me and traces my body.
Why did I even choose this gown? It's so revealing... I feel the shame only now when I saw how a lot of visitors waiting for me outside.
Backless, revealing cleavage. I didn't know I would look like this. I mean, I feel hot, yes. Maybe if it's morning today, there will be problems. But, for heaven's sake, it's already late at night. I might catch a cold and get sick from getting these revealing clothing.
Can they just send the guests home? Or maybe, I'm hoping that all of them got eaten by the ground. It's just a bit embarrassing and I'm not quite comfy either. I'm dumb when it comes to deciding on one thing right? Unfortunately for choosing the person to love, even looking at choosing a gown.

"Mommy, can I just back out?" I retreat.
"What, why?" Mommy asked.
"I feel ashamed of what am I wearing, look at me... It's literally backless. I'm hesitating that someone will say something about me because of my dress."
"What do you mean? What's so embarrassing about it? Don't worry! You're so gorgeous tonight, darling!" Mommy cheered me up

"You'll see!" Mommy's promise.
"Ladies and gentlemen! Please, let's all welcome, our birthday celebrant! Ciara Hilvano, let's give her a round of applause!" The emcee shouted on stage.
I heard the applause of the people. It signals me now to come out from my place.
"Go, darling! You can do it. Chin up my dear, fighting!" I nodded and clenched my fist to get rid of the nervousness in my chest.
You can do it, Ciara. You can do this! Woooh! Take a deep breath!
With a confident look, I walk toward the stage. Everyone growls in amusement as they all attention pinned on me.
"Good evening to all of you. First of all, I want to say thank you to all my dearest visitors for coming to my special day and especially, to my mom and dad there! Thank you for this wonderful party, I really appreciate this. But of course! I won't take this long, let's all enjoy the night!" I smiled and handed the mic back to the emcee, they applauded.
"Wow! Thank you, Ms. COara, our birthday celebrant, of course! You looked so gorgeous tonight and before I forgot, let's all welcome! MR.TYRON COLLINS the dance partner of MS. CIARA HILVANO." I was even more surprised when all the lights went out and the song named perfect played in the background.
Wait, I can't see anything!
I looked at the spotlight that lit up and it hit the man standing not far away from where I was standing.
"Tyron?" I asked in surprise, I looked at the bouquet of roses he was holding.
Everything seemed to slow down as Tyron walked closer to me.
Don't be nervous, Ciara. Just relax, relax! It's just Tyron. The man who gave you trauma, remember? It's normal to be nervous, but you shouldn't feed on how you feel right now. Pull yourself together! Just focus on the goal. Ignore him and just end this drama.
"May I have this dance? Mrs. Ciara Hilvano-Collins?" He asked softly, gazing at me as he gently landed his hand in the air, waiting for my hand to land on his.
Okay, just say yes. Dance with him and done- but why the hell is he so handsome right now?
What the f- is that even important, Ciara?! Come on. That pretty man, just hurt you, okay?! Remember that you're mad at him, nothing else.
I swallowed before slowly reaching out my hand to him, he smiled as soon as he gently took my hand. It supports me to walk towards the center.
Does the spotlight really required to focus on us?! Oh God, please, let me get out of this awkward moment. I really hate this, and I, even more, hate the man I'm with right now!

I was even surprised when he took one of my hands and put it on his shoulder, then he gently slides his hands down to my waist.
"Baby, I'm dancing in the dark, with you between my arms, barefoot on the grass, listening to our favorite song-" he stopped his accompaniment from the song and seemed to be waiting for the next line.
He looked me straight in the eye, causing me to wonder, "Ciara, you look perfect tonight." He once again sang the lyrics of the song.
I stared at what he said. No! Take your gaze away, Ciara!
"You looked so perfect tonight, Ciara." His voice was deep as he whispered those words to me, and my hair stood on end as he pulled my waist closer to him.
I can now smell his fragrant breath as if it was saying to kis- no! Shut up, Ciara! Oh, gosh. Please, focus only on yourself. You're really embarrassing yourself!
"Hey." I looked up at him when he called me out.
"Can I... call you mine even just tonight?" His gaze went softer even more.
"I want you mine, Ciara. I want you back." He whispered in my ear which made me close my eyes when I felt electricity flow quickly throughout my body.
"But I think..." he whispered.
"I don't deserve you, you look perfect tonight." For the last time, he accompanied the last lyric in the song.
I felt all the lights turn on and all the crowds around us clapped, but I can't take my eyes away from him that quickly.
Suddenly realizing what he meant by that line.
"Wow! That was a nice dance for tonight! But it looks like our night will be hot today, hmm? Our celebrant and special guest's staring were too intense. Are we, perhaps, interfering with your moment guys?" The emcee shouted.
"Is there already a spark forming between you two sweet birds?" I snapped when I heard teases scream building up in the crowd.
We immediately avoided looking at each other, as they growl more, shouting their taunts at us.
"Ayie! Is there a spark?"
"Ayieeeee!" Annoying growls wrapped in this place.
"Hahaha, okay let's stop now, and start hyping up the stage. Let us go everyone, let's now start the party! Woooh!!" The emcee shouted and the Dj started playing, some people excitedly went to the center and danced with their partners.
Tyron and I went to our table at the same time, where we find my friends with their partners too.
"Ciara," I turned to Tyron as we reached our table.
"Happy birthday," he greeted and handed me his gift.
This was different from the box he gave me earlier.
"Yiee! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" Jennifer shouted, my face frowned.
Wtf?
"Stop it, Jen. It's not funny. Hi boys!" I turned my attention to their partners and greeted them
"Hi! Ciara, right? Happy birthday! I'm Carlo, Jennifer's boyfriend." My lips loosen.
What?! She got a boyfriend without informing me?! This brat...
I looked at Jennifer, surprised. But she just smiled at me widely.
"Nice to meet you!" I lend my hand and shake his hands.
"I'm Andrei, Raiza's partner," I also shook his hands, but my eyebrows went up when it took him a while to let go of my hand.
"Ah, my hand_
"Just a second handshake and done." Tyron glares at him as he grabbed my hand.

"Is he your boyfriend?"
"No. I'm not his girlfriend."
"Then why-"
"Because I'm her husband," Tyron clarified, my eyes widened in shock.
Husband?! Excuse me? Is he trying to pick a fight in here?
"Ah, guys! We'll be back!" I quickly grabbed Tyron's arm, pulling him far from our table.
The fuck is this guy saying?
"What did you just say? I'm your what?!"
"Wife."
"Wife, that's right... hey! I'm not your wife!"
"I'm just telling the truth. Besides, why are you wearing too revealing clothes? Look around, every man was looking at you as if they're fantasizing about you." I recoiled when it preached to me.

"Wear this, you might catch a cold. Don't get sick, Tita won't let me take care of you," his tone was obviously irritated and serious as he put his coat on my shoulder to cover my back. After he cover me with his coat, he looked me in the eyes and seems to say something, but he hold himself and sighed.
"Don't take that off," he reminded me before he step his foot back and left me there alone, dumbfounded.
