The reports of our branches are divided into two categories: local and international. Since Zarsuelo is here, this Grand Finance, where I am working, is the primary host, and the other branches we have all over this country will send their reports to our marketing team. Then, the marketing team will analyze it and give us the result of the evaluations. As for the international, Zarsuelo chose the main host, and they will send their reports to the main host and send the assessment to me.
"I will head back to my office and print these to give to you later." Aeron said, then ran to their office room.
I went back inside our office and texted Zarsuelo.
After a few minutes, Zarsuelo texted me back, saying I could go now to his office because Mr. Andrade had gone out already.
I waited for the documents from Aeron before proceeding to Zarsuelo's office.
"What's that?" he greeted me, referring to the printed documents I was holding.
I handed him the documents. "Monthly evaluations that Aeron gave me a while ago. Three of your branches are not doing well. What are you going to do?" I asked.
"Three?" He asked, reading the evaluations. "Do I have any important schedules today?" He asked again.
"None. Why?" I asked back.
He stood up and put his phone in his pocket.
"Let's visit them." he answered.
He asked someone to get his car from his home. We went to the first branch. We entered the office quietly.
"Good morning, Ma'am and Sir—"
"Hi, may we talk to the supervisor here?" Zarsuelo asked the lady, who couldn't even finish her sentence upon seeing him.
"Yes, Sir. Please follow me." the lady answered.
"Stay outside. I will talk some sense to their supervisor." Zarsuelo said.
"All right." I said and began to wander around their office.
I sat in front of the woman's desk.
"Good morning, I am from main Grand Finance. Can I ask you some questions?" I asked her.
"Good morning, Ma'am. What can I help you with?" She answered.
"I heard that this branch is not doing well. Did something bad happen here?" I asked, directing to the point.
If I also know the reason, I can help him fix the problem.
The lady looked at both her sides before lowering her head and whispering. "Our new supervisor is too strict. Our customers are not happy with it. That is why they don't come back anymore." she shared.
"Why are the customers affected as well?" I was confused.
They don't have to encounter him. The employees are the ones who are talking to their customers.
"One time, the biggest store owner in town came here and saw our supervisor shouting at one of our customers because he could not pay his debt properly. He shared what happened here with the others." she replied.
"Call the man who was not able to pay his debt. Ask about the reason why. If the reason is valid, tell him to pay his debt when he is doing well, but make sure to pay it." I told her.
"Okay, Ma'am. I will call him now." she answered.
I stood up and wandered again. Their office is smaller than Zarsuelo's building, but they are pretty well organized.
"Traizle, let's go." Zarsuelo called from the exit door.
I draw near him and look at him, smiling broadly at me. "What happened inside?" I asked.
"I fired him. He was bad to my lovely customers. They will hire a new one. I will interview them myself." he answered as we left the building.
"I heard what happened. They should make a new strategy to earn their customers' trust again." I added.
"Really? Then I will leave the getting the customers back again plan to you, alright?" He asked.
I nodded. "Just give me their contact number." I answered.
After that, we headed to the second branch, and as we did in the first branch, Zarsuelo went inside to talk to their supervisor, and I asked one of the employees. The second branch doesn't have any significant problems. That is why we went to the last branch.
"This branch of mine isn't doing well outside." he said as soon as he got off his car.
We entered the building quietly.
"OKAY!" Zarsuelo suddenly exclaimed.
We entered the building with Zarsuelo exclaiming.
"Mr. Zarsuelo." the employees said, surprised by the sudden visit.
"You guys know me well, but before that, call someone who can paint the building now. Let's make this building cool and organized. We can't attract new customers with this kind of aura around us," Zarsuelo said. "I also want to talk to the person in charge here." he added.
As Zarsuelo talks to the person in charge inside the room, I speak to some employees outside and ask why they can't gain customers.
Since the building isn't looking good and they don't plan to attract new customers, we need to look out for them properly.
I also talked to the secretary and asked for their information report. I told her some strategies they used after the renovation of the building.
"You guys not done yet?" Zarsuelo asked.
"How is it?" I asked back.
"We are good. I will pay for the charges here, so pay me back with new customers, okay? Don't let me down. I will be back here to check if you guys are successful already. If not, we don't have any choice but to shut this branch down. Are we clear?" He added.
"Yes, Mr. Zarsuelo. Thank you!" The employees said happily.
"I ordered some food, ate well, and worked hard. We will go now." he said.
"It's lunch already. Do you want to eat first before going back to the office?" I asked him.
"Let's go out and date while it is lunch." he answered.
"Are you kidding me?" I asked back.
"I can't really trick you," he complained, pouting. "Let's eat at the nearby restaurant. I don't want you to get hungry." he added.
"I know you are hungry, so don't use me as an excuse." I told him.
He beamed and signed me a peace. "Hehe, you got me. Come on. We will eat a lot. I am craving sweets."
I think we won't be able to get back to the office after lunch. This oddball Zarsuelo will surely eat a lot of sweets.
