I sat on my office chair all smiley, the exhilaration of always waking up beside my mate every damn time is everything to me.
She was everything that I have ever pictured in a mate. She had me wrapped around her tiny fingers.

I groaned in anger as I stared at the load of the files placed on my desk. I haven't even finished the one in my hand and I am already drafting away.
I sighed and shut down the book before pushing it away from my sight.
I relaxed on my chair as my mind rolled back to the pleasurable moment that I had with my mate.
It was the best sex ever, a smile fell on my lips. Finally, I got to have her, I can't wait to announce her as my mate to the whole pack and realm.
I glanced at the door as it was pulled open with Liam walking in.
"Hmmm……" he chuckled slightly.
"Why are you all smiley, lover boy?" He heckled.
"What?" I shot him a glare.

"You were all smiley a minute ago so better don't give me that look,"

"What a spoiled brat," I hurled in his direction anything that reached my hand, which was no other than a book.
"Hahaha……" he dodged it and caught it in one go.
"You don't want to spill it," he asked.
"She is damn crazy meh……. I am intoxicated by everything," I unexpectedly confessed.
"Wow!" Liam stand still with the stuff in his hands.

It was as if I poured all my heart, everything that I so much wanted her to hear but so bad she wasn't here to witness that.

"But I am confused how did the mighty king Ryan get to fall under a space of weeks?"
"You can never seem to understand, bro,"
"Then make me understand because the way your face glittered when you were busy pouring out your heart was something else," he demonstrates with his hands.
"But wait ooo….." He inched closer to me.
"Are you sure that you are not under a spell?" He whispered.
"Spell!" I repeat with disbelief.
"Yes! Let's visit Caroline tomorrow for better cleansing and casting,"
"You brat…..!" I hit him with the huge files on his head.

"Ouch! That hurts," he whines when kneading his head.
"Better so that you can have sense," I stick my tongue at him.
"Silly, lover boy," he teased.
"It is not the way you see it……. It was mutual," I dreamily blurted.
"Yeah! I know just like the way your eyes roll back in excitement," nodding his head, he pokes fun at me.
"Mood killer," I glared.
"Come on, I am seeing the hard work of Ashley on you," he thumped me up.
"She is doing a pleasant job," he complimented.
"How?"
"The Ryan that I know is a short-tempered person, he is not an easygoing type but right now I couldn't say the same," he narrowed his gaze at me.
"Am I lying?"
I just glared at him and looked away.
"So you have left me from singlehood?"
"You are now taken and from the look of things, it feels forever," I smiled at his words.
"But my pain is that……" he paused.
"What?"
"We are not going to continue fucking whores together again," he passes jokes at me.
"Idiot!!" I started throwing at him anything that reached my hold.
He kept dodging it with a teasing laugh.
"So your plan was for me to keep banging those whores!!" I tossed a paper at his head.
"What is wrong in banging them or is it because you have gotten a mm…… pi pim," he demonstrates with his waist moving forward and backward in a sensual way.
"Moron," I laughed.
"Come on, I am happy for you," he shook my hands.

"But I thought you are never in support of it,"
"Yeah! I just wanted to know if you really love her and it was obvious that you got a thing for her," he shrugged
"Whatever makes you happy is what I will support,"
"Your happiness matters," he said in a serious tone.
"I was just worried about you then but honestly your happiness is the main thing,"
"Whoever claims to love you, will want your happiness and not his own," I smiled at his statement.
"But what about my mom?" I asked with a worried tone.
"Come on, I am sure that she will soon get used to it," he said in a hushed tone.
"I wish so too," I mumbled.
"Looks like we don't have to wait for a mate then because you have chosen yours," he screamed, earning a chuckle from me.
He sure knows how to brighten a mood.
I still wonder about the surprised look on his face when he finds out that the supposed girl is my mate and his luna.
