Aurora picked up a fancy sling bag amongst the things bought. It matches her t-shirt. She will take these as compensation for all her suffering yesterday.
Aurora opened the door and got out of the room. She was surprised at how big the mansion is. She wondered how she was going to find her way out.
She didn't want the servants to see her but unfortunately, she had no choice or else she would be lost. She saw a middle-aged man walking towards her. He stopped and bowed to him.
"Madam, you should have just rung the bell by the door and a servant will attend to your needs. What can I do for you ma? I am Butler James", The man asked.
"Thank you so much, sir. I want to go home. I have already told the alpha I would be visiting my family this morning. But I really don't know my way out of here", she lied with an innocent face.
She figured out they wouldn't allow her to go if she doesn't tell a convincing lie and being the Aurora she was, coming up with such a fantastic lie was a piece of cake to her.
The Butler thought hard. Maybe that's why the Alpha bought so many things for her.
"Okay, let me tell Gilly to escort you", he replied.
"No need for that. Just show me the way out of this mansion. I think I will be able to find my way out", she replied.
"I don't think that's a good idea ma", Butler James said.
"I am not asking you. I am commanding you", she replied, trying to intimidate the man. She was the Alpha's mate after all and their new Luna if she was to accept Jax so why not use a little power to her advantage.
She had to if not she wouldn't leave this mansion anytime soon. She had to leave before the Alpha comes back. She wouldn't want him bundling her back to his bed and staring at her body like some hungry animal.
Butler James, who didn't want to get on the wrong side of the new Luna, quickly led her out of the mansion. When she was out of hearing, he sent a message to the Alpha before turning around into the house.
Aurora was relieved but deep down she knew she had to be fast. That Butler is not to be trusted. She knew he was going to send a message to the Alpha. She had to escape before he comes back.
She had in mind that as soon as she got home, she was going to convince her mother and sister to leave the pack with her.
She was so focused on escaping that she didn't know someone was in her front until she bumped into a slender body.
Aurora rubbed her forehead as her face creased in pain. It seems that the person used her whole strength to bump into her. She looked up to see the person.
Surprised yet not surprising, it turned out to be that wench. An unquestionable anger started brewing in her chest when the images of her slutty behavior with her mate resurfaced.
Aurora didn't want to waste time on trash this morning that she was trying to get away from here. She walked past her without saying a word but Jasmine held her back.
"You bumped into me, aren't you supposed to say sorry? Or did you think you are something special simply because Jax slept with you?", Jasmine sneered as she held Aurora's shoulder tightly.
Aurora was so angry that she retaliated by pushing Jasmine so hard that she fell on her buttocks. Aurora was so tempted to hit her but she held herself back. The wench wasn't worth it.
"Well, you should have just told me you were blind. Then, I would know what to do the next time I saw you. Or do you want glasses made especially for the blind for you? I can do that if you want", Aurora sneered.
"Even if you are Jax's mate, you are nothing special to him", Jasmine said.
"Jax? You are even on a first term basis with him. But why does he still beg me to call him by his first name?", Aurora threw back at her.
"You will never have his heart or body. They are mine", Jasmine responded smugly.
"Yours? Then you must be very pathetic. How can a man whose heart and body belongs to you still cling to someone else?", Aurora asked.
"If he really is clinging to you, why did he run back to me yesterday night or do you disgust him?", Jasmine retorted.
Aurora's heart was boiling when she heard he was with this wench. So that's why he left her alone in the house.
Alpha Jax, you bastard!
Aurora decided not to listen to this trash. She had to leave here soon. She threw a disgusting look at Jasmine who was trying to stand up. She had an evil smirk on her face.
"Do you think everyone is a slut like you? Why don't you go find your own mate and stop clinging to other people's own? Are you that hopeless? Or were you rejected because you are a slut?", Aurora retorted.
"You! How dare you?", Jasmine was so furious that she stood up immediately and rushed at Aurora.
Aurora, who had been prepared, stood firmly to the ground. She dodged Jasmine's attack by moving slightly away. This sent Jasmine sprawling on the ground.
Aurora was grateful to Craig for encouraging her to go for martial classes. She walked towards Jasmine and raised her chin up. She landed five slaps successively on Jasmine's face.
"Those are for all the kisses and caresses my mate gave to you", she said as she smirked before turning to leave.
She had wanted to teach this woman a lesson but she rather left the alpha to deal with her. She wants to see if he would pardon her for attacking his mate or not. Who would he choose between his mate and lover?
Jasmine, who had been humiliated badly, brought out a silver dagger with an elastic handle. She had been prepared to inflict a fatal injury on Aurora since yesterday when Alpha Jax left her.
She knew even if she stabbed her with an ordinary dagger, she would heal almost immediately. But, with the silver dagger she would definitely bleed to death before help comes.
She had been crying since yesterday night but this morning she was determined to teach that mate a lesson. She had been waiting close to the gate immediately after the alpha left. She knew he would leave sooner or later.
Jasmine used the pass given to her by Beta Rufus to get into the mansion. She wanted to look for an opportunity to sneak into the Alpha's room. She was sure Aurora was there.
But, luckily for her, she saw Aurora leaving the mansion. She ran back to wait for her outside of the gate. When Aurora got closer, she rushed into her. That was how their fight began. She never expected the girl to be this tough.
With anger and the pent up frustration, Jasmine rushed towards Aurora who had her back facing her.
She raised the dagger to stab Aurora's back but fortunately for Aurora she turned at the right moment.
Aurora had a bad feeling when she had her back against Jasmine. She decided to see what she was up to but she was shocked at what she saw. That wench wants to stab her.
Seeing Jasmine holding a dagger, she quickly walked towards her and used all her might to kick Jasmine's leg. She channels all her anger and frustration towards the kick. There was a piercing cry before everywhere went quiet.
She knew with the impact she used, Jasmine would not be able to use that leg for a while. She had been well trained in her martial arts class coupled with her wolf's strength.
Aurora didn't know she was injured until she felt a sharp pain on her left leg as the silver dagger grazed through her thigh. She had no idea Jasmine was still going to use the blade on her despite how affected by the kick she was.
She winced in pain as she fell down. The pain was unbearable, she closed her eyes and tried to suckle in the pain.
Due to the strong impact of Aurora's leg kick, Jasmine fainted at that moment but she had managed to graze through Aurora's leg.
Butler James rushed to the gate when he heard of the commotion between the two women. When he got there, he saw Aurora was on the ground wincing in pain while Jasmine lay on the ground, probably fainted.
"Call the Royal physician now, Luna is injured", he shouted.
Butler James wanted to help her inside but he remembered what the alpha instructed this morning so he called on two female servants to help Aurora while he checked on Jasmine.
"What happened just now between these two?" He couldn't help but ask.
