Aria
It's been 3 days since I got married. I was still adjusting to my new lifestyle. I always woke up in the morning and Lucas was always nowhere to be found.
I was planning to cook breakfast for Lucas but he is not here, so I decided to freshened up and changed my clothes.
I saw Luke sucking his teether.
"My baby is awake," I said sweetly, I walked over to him and ran my hand on his hair.
He touched my cheeks while smiling at me.
"Mo...mmy," he said cheekily, his cheeks were so red like he runs from miles away.
"Come on baby, let's get you to change," I said, picking him up to take a short bath.
After, preparing Luke. I walked to the dining room for Luke to eat his food. He can eat solid food now. He is 1 year and 8 months.
Rosaline bid me good morning and served Luke baby cereal. Ana also gave me my breakfast.
"Did you eat guys?" I asked them.
"Yes, Madam"
"No need to call me madam. Aria is fine” I said softly to Ana.
"You are different." She said and shrugged.
I looked at her confused. Is she being rude to me?
Do I look like a bitch?
"May I know why? I am just being myself." I asked, trying to get their explanation.
"Aria, I didn't mean that way. I mean in a good way." Ana said to clarify.
I looked at them confused. What are they talking about? Am I not wearing decent clothes? Did I greet them rudely?
"Yeah, You are really different from Mr. Lucas's ex-wife,” Rosaline added.

I released a sighed in relief. I thought I was being rude to them.
I wiped Luke's mouth.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
Ana sighed.
"Chloe, sir Lucas ex-wife. She always wants us to call her madam and if someone calls her by her name. Expect that you are fired." Ana explained sadly.
She is really a bitch like Leticia told me.
"He didn't care for Luke at all. She always goes shopping and all. When sir Lucas is not there at the old house. She always just wastes time chatting with her friends not bothering about Luke. "
"Does Lucas eat here?" I asked Ana. She gave me a sad look.
"It's rarely Aria. After the incident of madam Chloe, he never eats here or to their old house."
"Sorry for that encounter. Don't worry I don't like that also." I said softly to them.
"Thank you ma....erhm Aria." I smiled at them.
"I am going to the playground also... I will bring Luke so he can play and get some fresh air." I informed them.
"Ok, we need Tom to drive you that is an order from sir Lucas. "
I nodded at least he cared for his son.

We were in the playground with Rosaline and Luke. I let Luke ride all the slides, swings, and many others. Luke had fun. He always giggled every time we rode the rides at the playground.
We were sitting at the bench. Luke got hungry so I was feeding his milk when a middle-aged woman stopped in front of us.
"Your son is so handsome." She spoke, looking at Luke in my arms.
Luke just looks at her while sucking his milk bottle.
"Thank you, madam. He really is," I said politely.
After Luke got energy again. He climbed down to my lap. He pulled my pinky finger saying.
"Lay…lay." with his puppy eyes, It means to play again.
Can anyone reject those puppy eyes?
Rosaline just laughed at Luke and me.
"He really loves you Aria." I smiled in return.
I can't resist his puppy eyes so we play again and again.
"Is my baby, happy?" I asked and I tickled his tummy.
He laughed furiously.
We got home after a tiring day and to my surprise, Lucas was here already. Tom informed me.
I saw Lucas sitting in the living room. He didn't mind looking at us even though I know he heard us coming.
Luke wiggled from my gripped so I placed him down to the ground.
He walked over to his daddy. I was following him from the back. He might get out of balance.
"Da...da.." He said cutely, climbing on Lucas's lap but Lucas didn't bother.
"Not now. Luke." He said calmly but Luke insists.
"Da...da.." Luke tried again but caught me off guard.
"NOT NOW LUKE!." He shouted. Luke got frightened and started to cry.
I quickly rushed over to Luke and picked him up.
"What are doing?" I yelled in frustration. Luke just wants to be his side. He acted like a demon pushing away Luke.
I was so pissed. I could feel my cheeks burning in red.
"You just got home and your son wants to cuddle you. You rejected him?! " I spat angrily.
I am really burning in anger.
"I said not now. I didn't reject him." He retorted, massaging his temple.
I gave Luke to Rosaline while he was still crying.
I turned to look at him, by looking at him. There is something wrong in my mind that I felt something crazy.
I feel affected.
Who wouldn't have a crush on a handsome man?
Maybe me?
'Your lying to yourself.' A voice in my brain talked.
"The fact that you shouted at your son. Is a sign of rejecting him!" I shouted.
He was getting to my nerves and my blood boils.
"Don't act like a wife because I don't treat you as a wife." He spat at my face that was a real slap on the face.
I swallowed hardly and tears started to form.
"I don't care and that's not the point here. He is your son. You should cuddle and give spare time to bond with him. Do you really care for him?" I yelled." You always come home late and go to the office early in the morning!" Saying that tears slipped into my eyes.
"DO YOU CARE FOR HIM AT ALL?!.” I shouted at the top of my lungs
I was hurt seeing Lucas treated Luke like that. Luke's childhood can be ruin because of him.
Childhood is the best memories of your life.
"I do. I will just buy him toys. He wanted toys so I'll buy just to make up for him." He said.
"You do but you don't show it. Money isn't everything Lucas. He needs you, He needs a family, and he needs a time!”I shouted in anger while my tears were continuously flowing.
"I know what I am going to do and what will I do. Don't you dare order me!" He shouted.
"Your doings are wrong Lucas. It is really wrong." I said softly, calming myself.
He looked at me.
"When Luke grows up. He will treat you like a stranger if you behave like that to him."
"DO YOU WANT THAT?" I spat at him, wiping my tears.
He shakes his head no.
"Then learn to understand his feelings! He is just a baby and can't understand all things that are happening here." I spoke harshly. I don't care if I am in or not in the position to talk to him like that.
"Don't let your anger out to the people who are innocent especially your own son." I breathed and walked away.
I got out of his sight.
I can't believe he did that in front of his son. Giving material things and giving time for your child is a different feeling.
