Kayden's POV
She didn't have the guts to say those words to me.
I took my hands off her waist, and hung them in the air.
"That is what it means to be bent over on all fours," I told her, avoiding eye contact with her.
I backed her in the process, and went over to the fireplace. So I could take the noodles down.
Heaven's POV
"Hmmm…. tasty" I couldn't help but praise his cooking. Even if it was just noodles, I never expected him to be such a good cook.
I even thought he couldn't do as little as boil water.
"That was a very wrong assumption though" he smiled at me, rolling his eyes.
"Eat" I scooped some of the noodles with a fork. Feeding it to him.
"I'm not interested in the food" he waved it off.
"Why? Did you poison me?" I questioned him, even when I knew that he couldn't do such a thing to me.
I just wanted him to eat.
I know he keeps saying he isn't hungry, but I guess as his wife, I just can't eat without him eating anything.
We both had to eat from the pot. It reminded me of how I ate with my younger sister from the same plate.
"We can do it more often if you enjoy it so much," he smiled at me.
I know he is trying his best to restrain himself from doing crazy things to me, but I wish he would just stop. I looked at him for a while and rested my head on his shoulder for support.
Heaven's POV
I woke up in the middle of the night, rubbing my eye too aggressively and as a result, it hurt me.
"Be careful baby" he warned me, with his hands around me.
I felt we were too far apart, as I crawled up to him, and clung on to him even tighter.
"What are you trying to do princess?" He made gentle strokes on my hair, still me like a little child.
"You were the one that started it by calling me baby. If you call me a baby, then you will have to treat me like a baby" I rubbed my hand on his bare chest.
Wait? When did he even take his shirt off, and bring me inside?
"I did it when you were asleep, you have gained a lot of weight you know" he teased me.
Oh no! Does he think that I am getting fat, and unattractive?
"No, I don't, I think you are gaining weight in the right places. I mean look at your twins and that a*s" he complimented, and I blushed at his compliment.
"So why did you wake up?" He asked me, and I pressed my lips.
"I don't know, but it is quite normal for me to just wake up in the middle of the night, especially when I sleep in a strange environment for the first time" I tried to explain to him.
"So, you are scared?" He raised an eyebrow.
"No…I…" I wanted to speak, but he was quick to interrupt me.
"Shh…..it's okay, you can sleep now. Nothing is going to happen" he licked his lips and he caressed me until I fell asleep.
Heaven's POV
"Good morning princess" Kayden's voice woke me up.
I felt an empty space beside me, and I opened my eyes, surprisingly he wasn't laying next to me.
"You are packing already" I jumped up immediately, he had already gathered everything. The only thing that was left was the tent and the little mattress I was laying on.
"Yes, we have to start going. We need to get to the airport on time" he smiled, checking the engine of the car.
"Airport?" I questioned him, I was so surprised. I thought that we had already reached our final destination.
I never knew we still had another journey ahead of us.
"Yeah, a very long journey," he said.
Gosh! This guy has to get out of my head for a while.
"It isn't easy when your thoughts keep screaming in my head" he chuckled.
"Very funny" I faked a smile.
I stretched my hands, as much as I could, the moment I got out of the tent.
"Now, you are ready. Let's go" he instructed me.
"I have not even showered and you are talking about me getting ready. I am not even half prepared.
My breath is horrible, didn't you say we are going to the airport? The people at the airport will think you have a smelly wife.." I kept on talking, and wasn't even thinking as I kept saying anything that popped into my head.
"Really?" He raised an eyebrow, moving closer to where I stood, sniffing me.
"Ahh" I let out a squeak when he suddenly lifted me.
"You smell just fine to me" he kept me down.
"I still want to shower" I frowned.
"Okay," he responded.
Did he just agree to something, without me forcing him? Well…as they say, there is a first time for everything.
"But..this isn't the first time my princess" he turned away from me, pressing a button.
It looked like a small remote, and as funny as it sounds. I did look around, just to check if there was a television.
"The remote is for the car" he answered my unasked question.
"Ooh…what does it do?" I asked him, moving closer to him, as I threw my weight on his shoulder.
"You'll see," he responded. I observed the car very carefully.
I don't know how to describe what I saw, it seemed to me like a hole was dug from underneath the car, as he brought out some hose….or a hose rather.
"What the heck!" I was shocked.
He looked at me, licking his lips, then he went to the boot of his car. And did that thing just elongate itself?
He brought out a huge piece of thick leather, like a curtain.
