"What the hell is this?", Sarah shouted after seeing my room which is messed up in search of an outfit for a date. She continued, "I'm not helping you to clean up this." and started to walk out.
I stopped her, "I didn't bring you for that. Listen. Actually... I need a dress...so I'm searching through my wardrobe but...I still didn't find a suitable one."
"When did you become so choosy? and what's the occasion?", she gave me a stare.
I avoided her stare, "Date...a double date actually."
"When did my sister started going on dates? ", And laughed.
"Hmph"
"Ok. I'll stop teasing you. You can wear mine. Yours is so dumb for a date."
"I want to wear mine."
She smirked a smile and went through my dresses. She was getting mad as she was looking through it since everything is a hoodie.
Suddenly she bolted in front of me with a top. It was the Red off shoulders top which Wil bought me on that day.
"I didn't know you have a taste. I think this will suit you than the others. I have a torn white jean shorts to go with this."
After getting all set up I went to the Mall Where Blair messaged me the location.
I saw them standing together and talking to each other. I hope I'm not late. Blair looked so good in her Yellow crop top with white striped black shorts. Wil was in a yellow and blue hood which I chose to match with Faded Blue jeans. Calix was in his denim looking hot and handsome as usual. Ahem.
"Hey, guys! Am I late?... Guys?", I waved my hands at them. They stared at me like they've seen a ghost.
Blair jumped over to me, "You look damn good in this! Thank god you weren't in your baggy clothes again."
Wil said, "I didn't think it'll look this fit on you. My choice will never fail."
Calix remained silent.
"I'll go with Wil to buy some bowling tokens for us! You both can wait in the lobby.", Blair went with Wil leaving me with Calix.
Senior walked with me to the entrance. He was silent since I walked in.
I asked him out of curiosity, "You didn't say anything about my outfit?"
"He said it's his choice. What did he mean by that? "
"He bought it for me. That day. When I lied."
"Okay."
"You didn't answer my first question."
"You look different. I haven't seen you in this type before and...You look hot!...in a girls outfit." and laughed.
"I never should have asked you."I ignored him and walked to the bowling centre. He looked mad when I talked about the dress at first and teased me the next minute. Hmph.
Wil, Blair, Senior and myself were taking turns in rolling the ball. Blair played well knocking every pin.
I couldn't bend because of my off-shoulder top. Every time I bend down it came down little by little. I felt uncomfortable wearing this top because I'm not familiar with exposing my shoulders before. Not only my shoulders but my legs are also exposed here since I'm wearing shorts above my thighs.
Above all this, I can't see the lovey-dovey couples (Wil and Blair) sharing their fun and love. Is it because I'm jealous of Wil? I don't know but I can't stand them being so cute to each other.
After some time we went to the fun centre and played all together. I concentrated more on my dress than the games I've played. Calix was annoying me by hanging around with me everywhere I go. After some time of playing, we felt hungry so we went to grab some food.
Blair asked us while eating, "How did you two meet?...is there a story behind it?" and giggled.
Wil, "I too wanna know that. Because I've never seen Senior's soft side until you showed up."
The first meet? But there's no such thing for us.
Senior started, "Actually...I haven't talked about this... to her or anyone. I think it's time for the reveal." He put a shrimp from his plate to mine and continued, "I saw her first in her class while taking names of freshers for the club. She was so cute that I can't take my eyes off her. " He turned to me and said, "Her smile made me fell for her." He turned his gaze toward Wil and Blair, "And that's my story!"
I asked about my absence from the restroom.
I stood seeing myself in the mirror in the restroom. My cheeks were so red. Why am I getting shy towards him? More to that this top making me uncomfortable. I adjusted it and came out.
I saw Senior leaning against the wall. He walked towards me and removed his denim shirt. He was wearing a white t-shirt under the denim. He wrapped the shirt around me.
"Wear it!" and left.
Did he read my mind? How did he know I felt uncomfortable with my top. Anyways I got a shirt to cover up my exposing shoulders. I got my confidence back and I'm not feeling uncomfortable anymore. Thanks, Calix. Can I call him Calix? But he's my senior I should respect him even though he annoys me.
I walked to the table.
Wil asked about the shirt. When I'm about to say something Senior came with up one.
"She spilt some sauce on her so She went to the restroom to wash it up but the stain didn't go so I lend my shirt."
Blair smirked at me.
We finished our lunch and went some shopping and finally ended up in a theatre.
'The perks of being a Wallflower was airing right now.
"Why do we have to see this subtle one?", Blair was annoyed.
Wil said something to her that I can't hear and the movie started.
After the movie ended, we were on the way to the entrance. I was walking beside Senior, "I hate this kind of endings."
"Because they aren't together?", he asked.
"Yes! I want to change the ending! Sam(Female lead's name in 'The perks of being a wallflower) moved to study in another city right? I want Charlie(Male lead) to follow her. Or maybe even they aren't together they should keep a contact."
He held my hands, "Don't worry! I won't leave you at any cost. If You leave I'll follow you everywhere." He smiled and continued, "I like when you're blushing." and caressed my cheeks.
Blair shouted, "I think I'm getting a toothache here ... because you two are so sweet." and laughed.
Wil and Blair bid farewell and went leaving me alone with this weird person. I'm getting blushed often. He's cold to others but soft towards me. This feeling I'm getting whenever he's close to me is weird.
