Sam p.o.v:
I reached home.
My brother was on the couch looking into his phone and started to make fun of me by calling names. Normally I get mad at him, but now I remained silent and not even tried to take a glimpse at him. All I'm doing was looking at the card which was given by Senior.
I walked straight to my room holding the card in my hands.
I dropped the card on my bed and went to take a shower.
After I'm done with my shower, I sat on the bed. I felt something was missing. I looked around...
My card!
Where is it! Damn!... It must be Sarah!
I shouted, "Mom! Sarah is taking my things again!"
I came out of the room by calling out to mom.
After some time Mom came to my room holding the card. She flicked the card over my face asking, "Is this for him?"
"I didn't buy this. It was from a Senior."
"Senior!?... Is this Senior Junior plot? I thought this was a hidden love storyline.", she giggled.
"Mom!"
"Alright!... Come down for dinner."
"I don't feel like eating, mom."
"Did you ate on campus again?"
I made puppy eyes, "Hmm..."
She smacked my head, "Don't eat out often. Take care of yourself too. Well then...good night." She planted a kiss on my temple and went downstairs.
I closed the door and kept the card on the studying table.
I'm just thinking, Does Senior likes me as mom said? But we've just talked like a thrice in a row. Did he mean it or was he kidding? Ugh! What am I thinking? I went to bed after so many questions which I don't get the answers for.
Calix p.o.v:
"I meant it! I like her! I'm gonna court her!"
"Do you think she will like you back?", Ace asked back at me.
"She will. And I know that."
"How can you be sure about that?"
"Will you please stop and help me with this?"
"I'm already helping you by preventing her from other boys in the class. After all, I have to... Because you're my brother. Isn't it?"
Ace finally accepted to help me. But I wonder why he is questioning me like this.
Ace then left my room.
After I'm done with my homework, I went to bed.
It was during the freshman ceremony. I saw her first in my Brother's class during the registration process. I was taking the names of freshers for the Basketball club.
Girls were fighting at the back. I lifted my head to shout 'keep it low' but I didn't.
Instead, I saw her.
Her classmates were making fun of her with her glasses I think. It seems like she was trying to protecting it. One of them took off her glass and put it on herself and played with it. Those girls laughed at each other.
Her eyes.
Never seen eyes shining like that before.
Her smile was innocent.
I think that's where I fell for her.
I got to know her through my brother.
After the basketball practice started, girls began to flood in the court. I searched for her in the crowd hoping that I can find her in this crowd.
I found her. She was wearing a pink hoodie. She was cute in that.
That's when I got hit by a ball in the head for watching her.
I'm a Center player(the main player who play near the basket). On the basketball team, five players will play on the court. The remaining will sit in the stand. Two seniors hold Power forward and Small Forward positions and Wil from Year one took Shooting guard and myself taking the Center. While my friend taking Point guard.
After seeing her in the court, I waited eagerly on every practice. I tried many ways to make the first move but failed every time.
The Library association called me regarding the sponsorship for the club. After I'm done with it, I was walking by and saw her in the library. She was searching for a book along with her classmate. She went to the counter, I followed behind her.
I heard she called me by the name which I hate but I wasn't angry this time maybe it's because of her. I don't know.
Finally, I thought this may be a chance to speak with her. I teased her. She looked so cute when she's blushing. I wish I could see that all day.
When I looked at her in the court again, I couldn't stop myself from looking at her.
After college ends, I saw her entering the gift store. I followed her inside. She was looking into greet cards intensely.
I forcefully took the card which she was holding in her hands and read out the quote aloud.
The quote was made for us I thought. I couldn't hide my feelings towards her so I bought it and gave it to her.
Now I'm in bed thinking about whether she'll accept it or not. I hope she accepts.
