I woke up due to sun rays, which were directly hitting on my face. I started rubbing my eyes and turned towards the other side to see Ana sleeping peacefully. I looked at the clock, and it was 7:30 in the morning.
"Ana, wake up!"
"5 more minutes, please" She said lazily.
Oh god! This girl!
Suddenly, an idea popped into my mind. I started tickling her waist.
"Divi, stop tickling. Let me sleep" She said in a sleepy voice.
"Hey lazy puppy, wake up! We will be late, and I think you forgot today is your parent's anniversary. We have to wish them. So get up lazy head!" I told her.
She immediately opened her eyes. "Oh god" she yelled in panic and quickly rushed into the bathroom. I chuckled.
After 20 minutes, Ana came out of the washroom, drying her hair. Then I entered the bathroom and took a shower for almost 20 minutes. After, I came out of the bathroom clutching the towel tightly against my chest.
"Ana, I don't have any clothes to wear" I told her.
"Wait!" She said and searched for a dress. She gave me her black dress.
"Ana, what are you gonna wear for the party?" I asked her.
"I don't have anything worthy of wearing at today's celebration party" she said.
"Exactly even I don't have any party clothes Ana" I whined.
After we are getting ready, Ana looked through her suitcase and picked out a golden box.
"Ana, what is this?" I asked her.
"It's a couple watch. I bought this as a gift for my parents" She said.
"Wow! Good choice of the gift girl" I told her. She smiled.
"Did you buy anything?" she asked me.
"Yes, I already have a gift for them" I said and took the gift out of my hand bag.
"Divi, what gift did you get for them?" She asked me curiously.
"I'm not going to tell you now" I said, and she scowled at me. I giggled seeing her face.
"Let's go. We are getting late" I said, taking our gifts.
We both went downstairs to see pari maa and uncle talking to each other happily. We went to them. I can tell pari maa blushing for a while now because her face now is like a red tomato.
They both were looking lovely together. Only God knows how this couple is looking like newly married even in their 27th anniversary.
"Happy anniversary Mom and Dad" Ana shouted happily and kissed their cheeks.
"Thank you princess"
"Happy anniversary Pari maa and uncle. I brought a little gift for you" I said, handing the gift which I brought two days ago.
"Thank you so much doll" They said happily.
Pari maa opened the gift and was surprised to see a small god idol. Natural wooden plague with their photo engraved on it. It looked amazing.
"Dad, now open your gift" Ana said excitingly. Uncle smiled as he opened the box and saw a beautiful couple wrist watch.
"Wow! It is the best gift we have ever got. They are great. Thank you so much both of you" They said and hugged us.
"Mom, we don't have a nice dress for the party, so we're going shopping!" Ana announced.
"Ok, you both can go but come back home early" Pari maa said and Akash uncle gave us his credit card. Suddenly, uncle's cell phone rang. He excused himself and left.
"Mom, what are you going to wear for tonight?" Ana asked.
"Your Dad bought me a beautiful white saree and he was going to wear a white suit" Pari maa said happily.
"Cool, then we are also going to buy a white dress for a party" Ana said excitingly.
"We are getting late, let's go" I said.
We both went outside and got in the car. The driver drove us to the shopping mall.
On the way, I took out my phone and messaged Daksh to wear a white suit for the party.
We reached the shopping mall in 30 minutes, "Let's go for dress hunting" Ana said and we went straight to the dress section.
After spending two hours, we finally selected a white fish cut gown for me and a white lehenga with silver stone for Ana. We bought cosmetics, some lingerie and what not. We even took some selfies.
We are sitting in the food court after ordering a pizza. In the mean time, we started chatting.
Suddenly, Ana asked me, what is going on between me and Daksh? I told her, we were just friends. She nodded her head suspiciously. I felt guilty for hiding the truth.
Finally after a lot of fun and shopping, we reached home. It was almost five in the evening.
Pari maa asked us to get ready for the party. We went upstairs to get ready.
After 30 minutes_______________
I put the white dress on. It fit me perfectly. I pulled up my hair up in a bun and put some light makeup. I applied bright-red lipstick on my lips.
"Divi, you look so se*y" Ana gasped. I smiled and looked at myself in the mirror. The open back dress that had a deep v-cut was exposing a little amount of cleavage and hugged my curves perfectly until the waist and then flowed elegantly to the ground.
I turned around and saw her. "Wow! You look gorgeous, Ana. Make sure you don't kill men at the party" I said, and she hit my arm playfully.
"Let's go" I said and we went downstairs. As I descended the stairs, I saw pari maa wearing a beautiful white saree with heavy work. Uncle was dressed in an expensive white Armani suit.
Awww! They're so madly in love. They're match made in heaven.
They look at us and complemented our beauty, and we drove off to the party.
After 40 minutes, the car stopped outside the venue. The entrance was all crowded by photographers and journalists of different news channels. We got out of the car and entered the hotel.
The ballroom was decorated beautifully. The walls were painted golden and white colour. A stage and a dance floor were set at the front, along with tables surrounding it. It was decorated lavishly.
I looked around for Daksh but he was at the far end of the room, looking devilishly handsome in a white suit. It fit him perfectly on his broad shoulders.
One after the other, the guests started to arrive. I slowly excused myself and walked towards Daksh. His back frame was facing to me. He was talking to someone on the phone.
"Okay! Control the paparazzi-" Once he turned around, he stopped talking looking at me. His eyes roamed hungrily, over my body. I blushed hard, shifting shyly under his intense gaze.
"Daksh, phone" I mouthed him.
"Uff yes, I will call you later" he said and cut the phone. He pulled me towards him.
"You..." He trailed, his eyes doing a once over again.
"You look breathtaking" He said breathlessly. I turned more red hearing his compliment.
"Daksh, leave me. Someone will see us" I said, pushing him a little. I turned around to go to Ana.
"What the f**k are you wearing?" He hissed, gritting his teeth.
I turn around and give him a confused look, "What?" I asked him.
"Your dress is backless, bare down to the spine, and you are not wearing a bra" he accused me angrily.
Yes, I did not wear any bra. My dress is ruffled, so it made my breasts unnoticeable.
"Daksh, it's the latest trend" I told scowled at him.
"What devil had possessed you to wear this witch dress?" He hissed at me dangerously.
"Your sister chose this dress for me, and she is also wearing a white lehenga with an open back" he looked at her sister and groaned angrily.
"I will deal with her later. First, you go and change your dress" he said abruptly.
"I thought you would like my dress" I told him sadly.
"Trust me sweetheart, I love this dress, but I badly want to rip it off of your body and ravishingly make love to you" he growled in my ear, placing his hand into my bare spine, caressing it sensually. My breath hitched, feeling his hands on my bare spine.
"You're very shameless Daksh" I said and pushed him little. I ran to Ana and sat down next to her.
After few minutes, I heard the announcement, "Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please? Today is the Wedding Anniversary of my parents Akash Mehra and Dharani Mehra. I want you all to enjoy the evening and celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary" Daksh said. The whole crowd started cheering loudly.
I looked around and thought to myself 'Today is going to be a very long day.'
