Maybe if it were just one, then he could find a way to overcome the odds. However, taking on seven of them all at once was verging on the level of impossible!
After all, Soul Transformation Realm Experts could be the leaders of Rank 4 Sects, Rank 2 Kingdoms like the Fire Nation, or even the elders of extremely powerful Rank 5 Sects!
It was no surprise that Azmodeus was shocked over finding out what was after him, because it would normally be impossible to find a single Soul Transformation Realm Expert even if one scoured the lands for tens of thousands of miles!
And yet there were seven of them right on his tail, and their intentions looked far from good!

This should work to distract the majority of them, but I doubt all of them will fall for it…
Just as Azmodeus expected, the two Soul Transformation Realm Experts in the front, along with a dozen Nascent Soul Realm and over a hundred Golden Core Formation Realm Cultivators made their way toward his main body.
It looks like these Soul Transformation Realm Masters are using some form of secret technique in order to keep the rest of those weaker them at their speeds…
But why? Why do something so useless when they could simply leave them all behind and take me out by themselves…?
Azmodeus pondered the matter while blitzing through the expansive forest around him.
There were a countless number of hundred meter-wide trees surrounding him on all sides, so there was plenty of cover to be taken advantage of.

"Just where have I found myself transported to…?" He softly murmured underneath his breath while looking for a location that he could use for this upcoming battle.
After catching sight of a large valley to the east, Azmodeus turned directions and dashed straight into the lush green valley, awaiting the eventual arrival of all these mysterious cultivators.
A few seconds later, nearly one hundred and fifty cultivators of varying cultivations materialized from thin air.
The majority of them were looking around with excited expressions, while the few strongest and oldest of them scrutinized their surroundings with staid dispositions.
"Where is the little weasel…? The one who dared to blow up our ancestor's artifact using some mysterious means."
The antiquated voice of one of the two Soul Transformation Realm Experts sounded out as he walked around the valley, trying to find the 'brazen one'.
However, even after searching for a few seconds, he found no trace of the weasel's existence anywhere.
"Did he disappear?? Or maybe…"
"Yes, it's some form of Stealth Skill," the other elder Soul Transformation Realm Expert chided in as he appeared right next to the first elder.
"So what should we do? Take out the whole valley?" The first elder questioned.
"We could-" The second elder was going to agree with the first one. However, before he could, he was suddenly interrupted by the shrill cries of the disciples they had left behind.
"Aahhh!! Help, Deacon's! He's killing us!"
"Watch out! Take this, you bastard!! Aahhh!! It h-hurts!! help, help-"
"You think you can just come over here and do as you wish in front of us Nascent Soul Realm Senior Bothers!? Take this-"
Screams and shouts like this echoed out from every location in the deep valley as the spread-out disciples were being killed one by one through the skills of a stealthy shadow.
"That weasel actually dares to kill our disciples right in front of our faces!?" The first elder roared, his aura erupting with explosive force as a bright blue aura nearly enveloped the entirety of the valley.
"Do you know who you're messing with, Weasel?!" The second elder bellowed as an equally massive aura was unleashed from him as well.

The shadow looked at this scene with a neutral expression.
He stared at them for a moment before continuing his slaughter of all the Golden Core and Nascent Soul Realm Experts.

The two Soul Transformation Realm Masters were utterly furious at this clear defiance of their authority. Thus, they immediately unleashed some of their strongest attacks in the direction of the shadow!

Both of their attacks erupted with an insane level of blue energy as a giant illusory fist and the breath of a dragon blasted outward!
The attack aimed straugth for a shadow who was currently taking away the throats of three cultivators in the Nascent Soul Realm.
Just as it was expected that the attacks would hit their mark, the shadow completely vanished from sight, leaving only a few Golden Core Formation Realm Experts to take on the brunt force of these devastating attacks!
"Aahhh!! Deacons!! What are you doing!?"
All the remaining Golden Core Formation Realm Experts in that general area screamed out as they saw the sun get blotted out by two terrifying attacks that were hundreds of meters in diameter!
