Siddharth's POV
It was evening and I wanted to spend some time with her but I did not get even 5 minutes alone with her.
Once Anita and Raman went for the lunch, she brought a plate of home-cooked food for me. I smiled at her.
" Thanks love, Where is your lunch?? "
" I will go and eat with others. "
" Why?? I want to have lunch with you. "
" But... It won't look good. What will they think about us? "
" I don't care.. "
" Anita and Raman have asked me almost 4 times since morning. "
" Ok, so tell them. "
" No, have food. "
" No !! If you can't eat with me, then I won't eat. "

" Think whatever you want. But I want to eat with my girlfriend. " I said and pulled her near me and made her eat some food with me. But she ran away at the first chance she got.
And now I want to be with her and this girl is talking on phone.

I waited till her call was finished. Only both of us were left in my office as Raman and Anita had already left
" Whom were you talking to?? "
" Someone. "
" Who is that someone?? "
" Wait, that someone is coming here to pick me up. "

" Wait for sometime. " She said and I pulled her to my cabin.
" Ok, we will wait... But we should start the next lesson while we wait." I said and bent to kiss her.
" Sid?? Sid?? " We heard the voice and I moved away from her. Just then Parth came in. He was a bit surprised to see her there and then he smiled.
" Oh, I hope, I didn't disturb you both?" He winked at us.
" No ! " She said too quickly.

" Yes ! " I said.
" Awwww... You are looking like a grumpy old man. Won't you introduce me to this lady ?? " He said.
" What ?? But I know you, Dr Parth. "
" Well, I also know you, Dr Singh, but I intended to meet my best friend's girlfriend. " He said and laughed.
" Ok, Parth meet my girlfriend, Shruti. And Shruti, meet Parth, my best friend. Ok?? Done? Bye ! " I said and pushed him.
" No way... You get lost. Let me talk to her. As she is your girlfriend now and you both are serious, then she and I need to be friends too in order to be able to tolerate each other. So, finally you are together?? " He asked.
" Parth !!! Yes, we are together. You will get enough time to be friendly with her... But at least, let me spend some quality time with her first. "
" What ?? You forgot your best friend for your girlfriend?? Now I am not important for you? That day you said that you love me and you will tell the whole world about our relationship. You even wanted to spend the rest of your life with me... How can you forget all that ? " He said dramatically.

" What?? " Shruti asked.
" Joke !!! It was a joke to make you laugh. He has a weird sense of humor. " I said too quickly.
" What ??? What are you saying Sid??" That idiot Parth was still on it.

" Ufff !!! I wish I had not lived to hear this. I love you so much Sid... "
" Parth !! Enough!! " I said as Shruti looked shocked.

" Abhi tera moonh tootega. ( I will break your jaw now) Stop this nonsense !! " I said and punched him.
He started laughing all of a sudden. Shruti was looking at us with shock.
" I am sorry, I was just teasing him. We both are just friends. Best friends. " Parth said.
" It took me 5 years to clear all the misunderstandings. Please don't say all this. " I said.
" Sorry !!! But how could I leave this opportunity to tease you?? Shruti, Please, be rest assured.... This idiot is only and only in love with you. So much so, that he irritated me to hell. "
" Are you sure?? " Shruti asked.
" I am absolutely straight yaar. Can't say anything about Sid. " He winked again.
" Siddharth?? " Shruti looked at me with an eyebrow raised.
" Parth !! I will kill you. "
" Ok, fine !!! It was nice meeting and teasing you Shruti. Sorry for that... But I enjoyed every minute of it. "

" Ok, bye Sid, enjoy some quality time with your girl... We will catch up later." Parth said.
" Oh, no... Wait!! You can stay, as it is, I was waiting for someone to pick me up from here. " Shruti said to him.
" Oh, yes !!! Who is coming?? You are not going anywhere with anyone. I will not let that happen. " I said.
" Well, it is bound to happen. I am all set to go. I even packed a bag. " she said and I was getting angry.
" You are going with me. I will break the jaw of the person who is coming to pick you up. "
" Don't you dare to even say that... Or be ready to be a punching bag. She is going to my place with me. I dare you to stop me. " We heard a voice and turned towards it.
Maurvi??
" Hey!! What are you doing here?? You came to pick her up?? " I went to her to give her a light hug.
" Now, break my jaw. " She said.
" Are you mad?? I don't have a death wish. I am yet to get married. I don't want to die before that. " I said and Maurvi and I burst out laughing.
" Oh!! My god, she is so beautiful ? Sid, you idiot, why did you never introduce her to me? "
" Because I don't have two heads on my body. " I said.
" What does that mean?? " Parth asked.
" That means that I have only one handsome face and I can't afford to let my brother rearrange it. "
" What where does your brother comes into this?? "
" Because she is Maurvi, my would be sister-in-law. Gautam's fiance. Maurvi, he is my best friend, Parth. "
" Hi, Parth !!," Maurvi said with a smile.
" Sorry bhabhi... Even I have only one face. I am ok with my face, I don't want to get it rearranged. Sorry. Don't tell Sid's bhai... Bye !! " He said and went away.
" Let's go, Shruti... " Maurvi said.
" How did you get the permission to stay with her. " I asked Shruti.

" Hey, but why did you come to pick her up?? I could have brought her to your place. "

" Ok, fine... I promised her dad that I will pick her from the hospital today."
" So she is staying with you for the night?? "
" For next 3 days. "

" Call bhaiya !! " Shruti said and both the girls burst out laughing. I picked up her bag and she picked up her flowers and card and we went out.
" Flowers and card?? Hmm not bad, Siddharth. " Maurvi said.
" Thanks, I am learning... With you and bhai around. " I said. They both went to her place. And I told them that I will be there in an hour.
