Bishop and I head out to the street to see what we can see in the beautiful town of New Orleans.
“You know there is a vampire boutique,” I say to him.
“Yes I know the owner. She really is a vampire. You know that right,” he says.
“Uh no,” I respond.
I never would of thought she really was a vampire.
“Is she okay with us?”I ask.
“Yes most of the vampires like us. Plus we are royalty and untouchable,” he says.
We walk down canal and past the casino. I feel like we have walked all over the place already. Bishop holding my hand as we walk. He is such a sweet man and a devilish lover.
“Do you want to go to Bourbon Street,” I ask.
“I was thinking Frenchmen.” He responds.
“Okay. Well can we walk down Bourbon as we travel to Frenchmen please?” I ask.
“Anything for you my slutty little wolf,” he says.
We walk down canal until we see the pharmacy. That is where Bourbon street is. We make the right to Bourbon. We see some guys selling beads and cokes.
There are men and women out playing music on the street. My favorite part of being in the city is listening to the music. I could stand in the middle of the street and be in absolute heaven.
“Lets get a fishbowl and share it,” I say as I point to a stand selling fishbowl drinks.
“Why not?” he says.
We cross the street to the fish bowl stand and he gets two.
“I thought we were going to share one?” I ask.
“No I want to get you drunk,” he says.
“Good me too,” I respond.
We take our fish bowls and continue walking down the street drinking and listening to music. I am in heaven.
“Are you hungry? I am starving love. Do you want to eat something?” he asks.
“I did not satisfy your hunger,” I ask him.
“You most definetly did satisfy my hunger but I need some food,” he says.
“is it weird for you to need food now?” I ask him.
“Not really. I missed eating when I was turned. As a hybrid the food is unbelievable. And you my dear are sweeter than ever to eat,” he says.
“Flattery will get you every where with me hybrid,” I say.
“Can we eat now?” he asks.
“Yes, lets go grab some seafood, if I remember correctly there is a place not to far that has balcony dining,” I say.
He smiles, “Lead the way my love,” he says.
We walk a few more blocks and there it is. The little seafood place with the rooftop or balcony dinning.
“Can we get rooftop seating,” I ask the host.
He quickly scans the seating in front of him.
‘Yes there is some seating available. Follow me,” he says.
He leads us up the stairs to enjoy the view of the city while we dine. I hope the kids are okay and not driving Chanelle to crazy. I do not need to think about that now. I need to just focus on this sexy hybrid I am with finally having my honey moon.
He sits us and hands us our menus. “Can I get you guys a drink while you look over the menu?” he asks.
“How about a bottle of our finest red wine?” Bishop says.
“I agree,” I say.
The host looks at us. “We have a fabulous wine that is one of my favorites I will bring it up to you,” he says.
“You know he is a vampire?” Bishop says.
“Really,” I ask.
“How can you tell?” I ask.
“Miya. Is it not obvious?” he says.
“Nope,” I respond.
“Your majesties,” he says as he delivers the wine to our table.
“Please we are just people today. We just want a normal day with each other and not a lot of attention,” I say.
“You do not realize what you guys have done. I was able to marry my wolf after you two made it legal. The wine is on me,” he says.
I did not realize our marriage was so important to so many people. But it is. We have done things to make the other hybrids, vampires and wolves lives better. Go us!
“Little wolf,” Bishop says.
“Yes.” I say.
“You really are the most perfect queen,” he says.
I smile.
“Yes I am,” I respond with an even bigger smile.
