“Speak? You are that voice!” The old man’s eyes lit up like light shining into a dark room.
Gao Ming nodded inscrutably. He couldn’t tell if there were cameras inside the room, so he didn’t take out his walkie-talkie. He took a quick glance and confirmed that the old man’s walkie-talkie was not similar to his. The old man’s device was clean and spotless. However, the surface was covered in strange words. Gao Ming couldn’t recognise them, but he felt like he had seen them on an altar before.
“Did my big brother send you? He is back!” The old man’s joy was pure.
“You don’t remember your brother’s name, but you definitely have some impressions of him, right? What did he look like? What has he done? Did he tell you anything?” Gao Ming was more anxious than the old man. He felt like he was about to uncover a piece of the puzzle.
The old man frowned as he tried to remember. Then, he started to beat his head again. Gao Ming quickly stopped him. “Don’t rush.”
“My brother is very impressive. He could do things that even Gods and ghosts can’t. He saved the whole city. All of you owe him your lives.” The old man rambled madly. The staff outside the door shook his head.
“Everyone owes him a life?” Gao Ming pondered, “Then, did he tell you where he had gone? And where can you find him?”
“He…” The old man widened his eyes like it had just hit him, “Han Hai! He said he was going to participate in a project to build a city called Han Hai!”
The staff member sighed again. He believed the old man’s condition had worsened. Han Hai didn’t exist on the map. It only existed in the old man’s mind. When Gao Ming heard the name of the city, his eyes narrowed. His heart raced.
Light red scars appeared under his skin as if he were having a rash. It was like a tattoo surfacing.
There were snappings of chains. Gao Ming felt a shackle in his brain break. When he recovered, he was covered in sweat.
“Your eyes were so scary earlier.” The old man took a few steps back, “Like you wanted to kill me. No, like you wanted to kill everyone here.”
“I did remember certain things. Han Hai does exist.” Gao Ming calmed down.
“Thank you for believing in me.”
The old man just wanted to clap when he heard Gao Ming. He hesitated because he was uncertain if Gao Ming was sick or not.
“What else do you know about Han Hai?” Gao Ming was not in a hurry to leave. He had the old man sit on the bed while he moved a chair over to sit in.
“My brother said Han Hai is a prison and a chance for change. The city is built with despair but is filled with hope. It is a place of life and death. Two worlds will perfectly overlap there.” When the old man mentioned Han Hai, he was filled with admiration. It sounded like Han Hai was heaven. However, this was different from Gao Ming’s impression of Han Hai. He had lost most of his memories. Earlier, fragments of memories related to Han Hai appeared in his mind. They were filled with death and fear. The old man’s description was untrue.
“I am here because of Han Hai.” Gao Ming said seriously. It sounded like two madmen were talking, “Can I find your brother at Han Hai?”
“I don’t know.” The old man played with his toys. “After he built Han Hai, he left for somewhere further. He went to find a person. That person is Han Hai’s true saviour. He needs to save him before he is forgotten.” The old man looked dejected, “My big brother didn’t come back, and he didn’t find that person. Instead, he went missing himself.”
The old man couldn’t remember his brother’s name. However, throughout the conversation, Wang Pingan mentioned two people had come to visit him. One was a famous XIn Lu actor called Bai Xian. The other was Xin Lu’s greatest criminal, Huang Yin.
Bai Xian was the star of the previous generation. He came to the centre for charity.
Huang Yin was more special. Wang Pingan said he was once the heir of a big company and became a big shareholder of Deep Space Tech and Immortal Pharma. He was once Xin Lu’s youngest billionaire. However, something happened, and everyone’s opinion of Huang Yin changed drastically. He was exposed to conducting secret human experimentation, stealing government secrets and collaborating with Xin Lu’s three major criminal organisations.
Negative press about Huang Yin spread like wildfire. If Wang Pingan’s brother was forgotten, Huang Yin’s name was written in history.
However, the strangest thing was that before the expose of Huang Yin came on, this youngest millionaire mysteriously disappeared. It was like he had vanished into thin air.

Gao Ming nodded, “Your brother gave me the walkie-talkie, so I should take up the responsibility.”
Actually, Gao Ming also wanted to ask Wang Pingan about how to contact Huang Yin, but considering his situation, he didn’t.
“Can you stay to play with me? I haven’t talked to someone in a long time already,” Wang Pingan didn’t want Gao Ming to leave, “Can you come by every day to remind me that I have a brother? I’m afraid that I’d wake up one day and forget.”
