Ryan POV
I return to Fallon. I am sure she enjoys seeing Mother Agnes and Libby, even if it is not under the best circumstances. She wants a family and a life. I want to give her those things.
Fallon rushes out of the Alpha's home and into my arms. I pick Fallon up and swing her around, kissing her lips as if we have been separated for months, not hours. "I missed you," Fallon says, looking into my eyes.
I hope she always feels that way. I look behind Fallon to see Libby and Mother Agnes watching us. "They are happy for us," Fallon says. She can see my worry and hear my anxious thoughts.
"Good, I am happy for us too. Hopefully, after we rescue Bruce, we can get him to be happy for us," I say. I know that will never happen. I have a terrible feeling about Bruce and Umbra.
"Yeah, maybe," Fallon says.
Fallon takes my hand, and I follow her to the steps. "We are going home, but we will be back in an hour," Fallon tells Mother Agnes.
"I need to help Mother Agnes settle. I will be ready by the time you two and the Alpha return," Libby says.
I wonder why Fallon wants to get away from them. I listen to her mind, but I hear nothing. She smiles at me and holds my hand tightly as we walk to the edge of the woods. The home we share is only a short distance, an easy walk for us.
"We should run together," Fallon tells me as she leads me into the woods.
I laugh and pull her into my arms. "You just want to get me naked," I tease her.
"Maybe," Fallon says.
Fallon shifts quickly and begins to run toward our home. I follow her, racing to catch up to her. She looks back every few feet to see how close I am. I slow down and let her race ahead of me. "Catch me," she calls out and then howls.
When we reach the front of our home, I leap into the air and land close to her. I catch her. As we roll in the grass, we both begin to shift back into our human form. Our naked bodies touching and warming one another, skin to skin, lips to lips, and love, so much love between us. I love her.
"I want to marry you now," I say to Fallon as I kiss her sweet lips.
She stops, looking into my eyes. "Are you sure?" Fallon asks me.
"I have never been more sure of anything in my life," I say. I am positive. I do not want to wait until her training is complete. There is more training to come. First wolf, then reaper, then witch, and then what is next? I want Fallon to be my wife. I have already marked her as my mate, and there is no reason to wait any longer.
"Yes, when we come back from rescuing Bruce, I will marry you right here, under the moon, with my father and the wolves as our witnesses," Fallon says.
The sun is almost gone as we make love on the grass in front of our home. Fallon feels like magic as we make love. She is my heaven, my love, and everything I need in my life. I hope I am that for her.
I love touching her, kissing her, feeling her, and making her climax. There is no better feeling in the world than entering her hot wet sweet spot and grinding my hardness into her until she howls with ecstasy.
I remain inside her, on top of her, as her body vibrates and expells her sweet juices. I brush her hair to the side and kiss her sweetly. "I have never felt this way, and I never imagined it would be like this. You are everything to me," Fallon says. I kiss her neck and grind into her. I want to please her again and again, but I know there is limited time.
"I feel the same way," I say, kissing her ear. My breathing is labored as she pulsates on my hardness. As she spills her hot wetness onto me one more time, I cannot hold back any longer. I release into her, pressing into her hard. She pulls me to her and kisses me deeply as I spill into her.
Holding onto my neck with one arm and the other hand digging into the soil as I fill her with my seed. "Yes, Ryan," Fallon moans.
I lay beside her, and we both watch the moon and the stars above us. "You do realize it is a full moon, and if anyone walks up, they will see us naked in the front yard," I say to her.
Fallon shakes her head and laughs out loud. "I do not care. You are my mate. They can watch," Fallon says giddily.
There is nothing I love more than seeing her happy. I am afraid for the rescue. I am terrified Umbra will hurt her or Bruce will hurt her. I have to protect her. I touch her hair and try not to think about the rescue. I want to be in this moment and love her.
"I can hear your thoughts, remember. I will be fine. You know I am a badass reaper wolf," Fallon teases me.
I pull her to me and kiss her lips. "And a badass witch with a wolf watcher who will lay down his life for you," I say.
Fallon pulls back. She touches my face. "I need you. Promise me you will not let anything happen to you, not just me. We are to be married, and I want a family. I need you for that," Fallon says. A single tear falls down her right cheek. I reach up and wipe it from her face.
"I promise always to be here to annoy you, forever," I promise her.
I hear a branch crack in the woods as Fallon straddles me. "I think we have company," I say to her.
"I don't care," Fallon says. She leans down to kiss me.
