I walk into Anna's ward and met her and the doctor excessively closer to each other. They were so close that i thought they would kiss. I clears my throat and alerted them of my presence. They looked up and saw me. The doctor drew back and walked away reluctantly.
"Hello"
"Yes"
She averted an eye contact with me.
"Wow. I see you're enjoying yourself" She smiled.
"Yes. I am"
"With the doctor" I said wriggling my eye brows.
"Oh stop. Philip is a friend"
"I can see that. I thought it's supposed to be a doctor. not a friend"
"He's a friend. I'll call him whatever i want to."
"He started being a friend in this hospital. Are you in love with your doctor?" That's me. Stating the obvious.
"He's widowed. No" She blushed.
"Look, you're blushing" I teased. My phone rang interrupting us. "It's Saeed" I looks at Anna. "The one with Tyler?"
I picked up the call. 'Hey, Saeed'
'Hello. How're you?'
'I'm fine. Any problem?'

'Aunt Aubrey' Tyler shouts beamily.
'My boy. How're you over there?'
'I'm fine, aunt. I want to see my mummy'
I gave Anna the phone. 'Mummy'
'My sweetheart. How're you?' Tears were streaming from her eyes. 'Mummy, why are you crying?'
'It's tears of joy, son. I've missed you'
'Me too. But aunt Sara buys toys and chocolates for me. I like this place' I chuckled. Trust Sara with children. Sara came into the screen.

'Aubrey. How're you?'
'I'm fine. This is Tyler's mum'
'Hey' she said wiping her tears.
'Tyler's a great kid. He makes the house lively'
'Hope he's not disturbing?'
'He's not. He's really doing good'
'Thank you very much for taking care of Tyler. I'm so happy'
'Aww. It's my pleasure. Where's Rowan?' She asked.
'They're outside. They will be here soon' The door opened and the men came in. 'Tyler, Sara is here' I said and handed the phone to him. He left through the door.
"Tyler's always fine. Thank you Aubrey"
"Oh please. He's also my child. Come on"
"How're you?" Zack asked her.
"I'm fine"
"She's always fine" I added winking at her. She blushed. "Something's fishy" Zack told us.
"Shut up" We both shouted at him. Rowan came in and handed my phone to me.
"Some men were caught at the border"
"Hayden's men?. No, Nelson or Ken" I joked. "I can't believe you're joking with this now " Rowan said and i roll my eyes. "And he's yet to be found"
"Is Kenneth not your half brother?"
"Yes. Ken" He replies. "I knew it. That jerk used me."
"Ken's a mafia lord. A very notorious one. He's the one behind every crimes in the city. "
"I hope the cops catches him. But why is he determined to hurt me?"
"The question should be what your dad did to him?"
"It's me he has problems with"
"It's your dad. I remember he told me i should ask you what crimes your dad committed."
"My dad did nothing to him. He just wants money."
"Your dad did something. Stop covering up for him" I shouted.
"Aubrey, stay out of this. My dad did nothing " He snapped. "And what prove do you have concerning that?" I asked.
"You two should stop bickering at each other. " Zack shouted.
"You both are unbelievable" Anna added.
"Rowan will..."
"Shut up, Aubrey"
I clamped my mouth shut instantly. As he was about speaking, his phone rang interrupting him.
'Hello'
'Yes'
'Where's she?'
'Thank you' He ended the call and looked at us. "She's in labour"
He announced and smiles plastered on our lips. He turned and left. "I'll come with you." I said.
"I'll came also" Rowan said following him. He got to the door and looked at me."No. You'll stay" He smirks and closed the door. I ran to the door to open it but found out it was locked from outside. "Rowan" I shouted.
Anna started laughing. "He's such a jerk"
"It's not funny"
I complained.
There was silence.
"Why's everyone pregnant?" I asked.
"What do you mean?"
"My friends are pregnant" She scoffed.
"I think the ball us in your court"
"Why do you say so?"
"You're a virgin" I frowned. "Rowan told you that?"
"I guessed since he was angry when everyone thought you were pregnant" I roll my eyes. "You guys are beginning to mock me. I'll have to do something about it"

A knock interrupted our discussion. "It's locked from the outside" I shouted. The door opened and the doctor came in. I looked at the blushing Anna. "Aw oo! . I'll be outside, bye." I said and left.

~Anna's pov~
"Is she alright?"
"Don't mind her. She's overexggerating"
He scoffed. "I brought your drugs"
He handed it to me and i gulped it down at once. "Thanks dear"
"How're you faring?" He asked.
"Fine. "
There was silence.
"I want to meet Tyler"
"Don't worry. When next they call"
"Uhmm. Do you have kids too?" He shrugged.
"I think you know the answer to that" I raised my brows.
"How so?"
"You went through my phone"
"When?" He chuckled and sat down. "Okay. I'm widowed, no kids yet"
I smiled. I won.
"You?"
"I have only Tyler."
"Alright. It's one week to your discharge"
"Yes?"
"When you leave, are you ever going to look at me like this?" He asked. My breathing stopped. He looked into my eyes. "Can i kiss you?" He asked. I gulped down and blushed more. He drew nearer and placed his lips on mine.
He disengaged and look into my eyes. "When you leave, i will like to take you out for dinner, will you go out with me?" He asked. I gulped down, I'm so happy. "I don't mind at all" He smiled and planted a soft kiss over my forehead. "There's a patient waiting, I'll be right back" He smiled and walk out. I jumped out of the bed and started dancing. The door opened and i hit the bed immediately. Philip popped his head. "
"Are you okay?"
"Yes. I'm fine" I looked embarrassed as he left.

~Rowan's pov~
"Calm down, man"
"I'm trying"
"You're not. " I said in a serious tone. "Okay. " He walk beside me and sat down.
"I'm so nervous"
"She will outshine. Zoe's a strong woman." I reassured him. My phone rang and mom's face appeared on my screen.
Mom: 'Has she given birth?'
Me: 'She's still at the threatre"
Mom: ' Oh God. Save my grandchild.'
Me: Did I say there's something happening?, i said she's giving birth'
Mom: 'You refused to let me down. You useless son of mine. '
I chuckled.
Me: ' You can't come down. Ken's still out there looking for who to harm. "
Mom: " I wish Aubrey comes up to stay with me"
Me: "Aubrey has refused to do that, her no is a no. "
The doctor came in.
Me: 'Hold on, mom. ' I said and we went closer to the doctor.
"How's my wife?"
"Congratulations, Mr. Elrod. Your wife has just put to bed a girl and a boy"
"Oh my God!. Rowan, it's twins" Zack shouted and started hugging everyone.
