‘Dada’
‘She spoke... she spoke, Mon Amour! She called me dada.' Brandon cried in joy because Tiara still used to blabber at that moment. ‘Lee! Who am I?’
‘Dadadada, Papapapa," she said, clapping her hand and showing her one tooth.
‘Wow!! She is just like Colton, learning everything quicker than expected.' Sophia commented, and at the same time, Tiara started crying. ‘Aww! My Princess!’ Sophia carried her in her arms. ‘You’re just like Calvin, attention seeker.’ She added that she was rocking her to stop her from crying.

Brandon finally stood in front of her and recalled all the hurtful things that he had said to her. "I'm glad you went against me that day," he said as he stroked her hair. He spoke. "I hope you can forgive me for hurting you."
"Dad.." More tears rolled out of Liara’s eyes. She didn’t want him to apologize to her. She was fine with his anger and his words because she knew that she had hurt her father too.
"Don’t you dare tell me that I don’t have to apologize?" Brandon said, wiping her tears. "I want to say something that I have wanted to for a long time." Liara tried to stop her tears but couldn’t. "There wasn’t a single day when I didn’t miss you, Lee! I missed you. I missed you a lot."
Liara started crying like a baby upon hearing this.
"I’m proud of the woman you’ve become. And I’m very proud that she proved me wrong about choosing your mate above us."
"You meant it, dad?" Liara whispered, not able to believe what she was hearing. Was it for real?
"Hmm." Brandon nodded his head. "I’m not telling you this to make you happy if that's what you’re thinking. But then, I won’t blame you for thinking in that way."
"I’m sorry for not coming to you earlier. I shouldn’t have brought my EGO in between." Brandon apologized and held both her hands, kissing her knuckles. "I.."
Liara hugged him and started crying. Brandon removed his hand from her hand and hugged her, kissing her hair. Sophia wiped her tears as she watched them cry in each other's arms.
"Come here!! I will teach you how to hug." Brandon said, asking her to join them in the hug. Sophia joined them in no time.
After a couple of minutes, Brandon sensed Theodore’s arrival in the room with black coffee, tea, and juice. He turned his head toward him before speaking something that he hadn’t thought to say to him ever. "This family hug is incomplete without you, Theo."
Liara’s eyes twinkled like stars as she listened to her father, and she looked at her mate happily. Theodore focused and tried to read what was going on in Brandon’s mind because Lestat had told him that royal vampires could read anyone’s mind.
'I really don’t need to worry about Lee as long as this rude ass is with her.'
"Theo!! Join us." Liara spoke, and his attention shifted to her. He walked toward the desk first to keep the tray before joining them. "This is the best day of my life," Liara said, looking at everyone with a big smile on her face.
