Tory's POV
" I don't mean sex Rya," he said, a smirk still on his lips...I felt my nipples harden as he bit his lips and walked closer to me.
" Unless you'd like us to-"
" - don't even think about it" I hissed and he chuckled.
" Okay, but seriously though. I need you to sleep here, maybe it'll help stop the nightmare"
" I'm not the solution to your problems Nate"
" You are," he said as he went to his bed and lay down, opening the sheets for me to join him.
As I reluctantly joined him, I kept questioning myself " have I fallen into the category of girls that would do anything for Nate?" Why did I just lay on his bed? What was I thinking?
I prayed silently that something crazy doesn't happen. Then it did.
" Good night Rya," he said as he moved closer to me and wrapped his arms around my waist.
" It's Tory" I managed to say and he chuckled.
" Must you hold my waist?"
" Yeah," he said moving so close that I could feel his heart beating rhythmically.
" You didn't say goodnight Rya"
" Whatever" I scoffed and as he chuckled again, I felt the rumble from his firm chest and closed my eyes as I tried to sleep.
So much for getting milk.

The next morning I woke up to see Nate's striking green eyes peering at me.
" Wake up Rya," he said and I blinked several times when I saw that my hand was on his waist! He just grinned as he saw my surprised look and blew kisses at me.
" What are you playing at?" I asked angrily as I removed my hand.
" Come on Rya, stop playing dumb. You know I like you"
I sat up and stared at him in confusion at what he had just said, how did those words just slip out of his mouth? He wasn't even awkward about it, he just arranged by disheveled hair and smiled at me.
" You're crazy"
" Because of you," he said with a smirk as he grabbed my hands and lay on me.
" What are you doing?!" I asked, completely flushed that he'd just mounted me and was grinning at me like a love-struck idiot. It couldn't be, there's no way what he said is true. He's joking!
" You have a lot of nerve-" my words trailed off as I felt his lips on my neck, kissing me over and over again. It felt so good the way his soft lips planted kisses on my neck and when he nibbled on my ear, I lost myself.
" Nate, oh my gosh....stop" I managed to say weakly as I tried to push him away - I wouldn't call that trying because I want him to stop.
" Are you sure?" he said, his voice deep and taunting me and I bit my lower lip as I felt him hardened against me as he kept kissing my neck.
When I didn't say anything, he chuckled and faced me, leaning closer to kiss me - no there's no way this is a reasonable thing that should happen! I summoned all the power I could and pushed him off me.
He just grinned as he lay on his back and I shot him a glare.
" You shouldn't be this way when your mom is in God knows where!" I scolded and his grin slowly disappeared. He sat up and looked at me, a frown on his face.
" Look, I am just trying not to have a heart attack worrying about her"
" It's better to have a heart attack" I retorted as I got up from his bed but he pulled me back to him, resting his head on my tummy.
" I'm sorry okay? It's just that I'm happy with you around and Happy Is a feeling I don't experience every time" he said as he looked at me, I sighed as I sat down beside him and studied him.
" You make me unaware of my problems"
I gulped as I tried to process the fact that he might not be lying.
"I meant what I said though, I like you"
" That makes no sense," I said looking away from him.
" I know but if you let me explain, you'll get it," he said as he held my unto my chin and moved it so I would face him.
" Fine," I said after a while of being lost in his eyes.
" Have you ever wondered why I'm such an asshole to my mom? "
" Yeah but, what does this have to do with me though"
" Give me some time Rya," he said with a frustrated groan.
" Okay okay," I said, lifting my hands in mock surrender.
" She never wanted me to be born." He said this time looking at the floor.
" I noticed at a young age that she didn't even like me, let alone love me, so I did everything I could to please her. I was a perfect kid Tory, I was smart, kind, minded my business, I was polite. Everyone would commend her for raising me right but she didn't care."
" I'm sorry Nate," I said when I saw him clench his teeth. He was hurt.
" No matter what I did Tory she didn't care. It was like she was only happy with me when I did wrong."
" So, one day I confronted her about it and she said she didn't love me and would be glad if I'd leave her life, she also told me to stop calling her mom because she didn't want her lovers knowing that I'm her son.
After that, I decided to unleash hell upon her as punishment for not loving me and that's what happened with you too" he said looking at me.
" W-what?"
" Tory, the first day I saw you, even though you looked so grim, I fell hard for you. I tried to impress you many times, but you didn't seem to like me at all"
" You were a douche!" I said trying to defend myself.
" But never to you"
He was right, he never bothered me then, I just didn't like how he treated other people.
" I joined the football team because I heard you say you liked to watch football" I stared at him, completely dazed by what he just said.
"Then that day I invited you to the football match, and you didn't show up, I left the field to go find you, only to hear you say I was -"
" - I remember," I said regrettably as I hit my forehead with my palm, remembering that I had wished he'd never been born!
" I was really hurt Tory, I couldn't fathom why you'd say that since I never once bothered you"
" I'm so sorry Nate. I was a very bitter person back then, I don't feel that way about you anymore"
" I noticed but...it's only because you feel bad for me"
" Nate-"
" It's fine," he said with a slight smile and I sighed " So just like with your mom, you started treating me horribly for not liking you?" I asked and he nodded.
" You know you shouldn't let how people feel about you get to you"
" It's not very easy for me not to. Especially if I really like that person"
" So you don't really like other people?"
" No, only Tiffany and of course you," he said moving closer to me as he tried yet again to kiss me.
" Nate, stop. You know I'm dating Rex - I love him"
Anger flashed in Nate's eyes before he looked away. I didn't care if he was angry, I'm not going to let him make me cheat on Rex as he did with Isabella.
