"Don't worry about it, Gray." I sighed.
"No when I come back, I'm throwing you a huge party." He exclaimed.
"Parties are definitely not my thing but thanks for the red wine. You know I'm a sucker for it." The bottle was almost half empty and I couldn't stop drinking. It's my birthday, i should spoil myself. Especially even my kids are sleeping then it's okay.
"Pleasure Queen. Let me get going...kisses."
"Bye." I slumped myself on the couch with now drinking straight from the bottle. Suddenly someone was at the door, just great ! it's fucking eleven pm shesh can't i get some peace.
In my bootyshorts and a big t-shirt, i marched up to the door. It was getting kind of my blurry but whatever. Opening the door it was Angelo in his glory, looking handsome in his black armani suit. Like why did he seemed to get handsome each and every fucking day. His chin with tiny stubble, it made him really handsome.
"I know I'm not the person you want to see right now but Happy Birthday." He gave me a cheeky smile and somehow I saw myself smiling.
At the devil, my conscience rang.
"Thanks, now you may go home." I said rudely probably the alcohol giving me a boost of confidence. He's eyes swept off from my legs to my eyes.
"I know you want to get rid of me so fast, is your boyfriend there ?" He smirked and I felt like smacking him for everytime he has ever broke my heart.
"No my 'boyfriend' is not here." I made emphasis on the word boyfriend. Suddenly from the back, he brought out a black box, it looked so extravagant and on top it was written Happy Birthday Raina in bold italics.
"I hope you like it." He said not sure of what to say. I opened the door wider so he could come in, i could hear his footsteps following right behind until I sat on the couch. Opening it, my heart shuddered probably the most beautiful necklace I had ever seen. It had a small crown with tiny diamonds shaping it's structure. No doubt this must have cost a fortune.
"Thanks but I can't take this, i closed the box and handed it back to him.
"Why ?" He questioned.
"I'm not worth it besides you didn't have to waste your money. A birthday card would have been just fine or not saying anything at all." I shrugged my shoulders and he looked at me in disbelief.
"I know you are mad at me, i just thought this would make up for it." He said the words slowly.
"I'm not mad or angry at you." I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Then why do you always avoid me when I come over and you never look at me in the eye." He shifted closer to where I was sitted, making me feel nervous.
"Oh my goodness Angelo, what do you want me to do ? kiss you everytime you come over and play happy family." I deadpanned.
"Well the kiss wouldn't be such a bad idea." He smirked and I felt like smacking him.
"For once in your existence stop making me feel like a cheap whore, Angelo. It's my birthday and I feel like you just ruined it. Go home because I'm not sleeping with you." I was now viciously angry. How can he be turned on by my talking like this.
"I'm sorry." He sighed. "I'm such an arsehole I know."
"Well I'm glad you are aware of your traits." I added earning a hurt look from his green orbs.
"You know what I'm really anxious to find out ?" He grinned changing the mood.
"What ?" I snapped at him.
"What did your boyfriend say about the tattoo, i mean my tattoo ?" that hit me like a ton of bricks.
"Angelo don't aggravate me...argh" I rolled my eyes and he moved closer much closer without my permission, he lifted my t-shirt up as his fingers traced on my inked skin.
"I thought you would have removed it." He said touching the name written in italics Angelo mi amor. I could feel it and I know he felt it too, the sparks between both our bodies.
"Well if I could afford it." I snapped pulling my t-shirt down.
"Do you want to see yours ?" He offered me a mischievous smile as he shrugged of his blazer. Leaving him in a dark blue shirt that made his muscles bulky.
"No don't, besides it's
no longer mine." I stopped him from unbuttoning further down.
"Trust me - this - will always be yours Lola." He sat down closer enough to hold me in his arms, filling me with warmth. For the first time in a long time he called me Lola and it felt as if I had been yearning for him to say it for a long time.
"Has she seen it ?" I gasped with horror, God if Yaya has then she must have every reason to hate me.
"Yes she has and trust me she isn't smart enough to figure that out." He said with a stern look. "Brad is the only person who has figured it out."
"I think on your Bachelor party you should remove it." I shrugged.
"That's one thing I will never do." He seemed a bit taken back by my request.
"I don't know what we were thinking honestly getting permanently inked on each other's skin." I grumbled with frustration and he looked at me with an amused look.
"I know." He sighed. "We were inlove." He said laying a soft kiss on my lips after it had dawned onto me what had just happened I pushed him back.

Angelo has never said anything about his feelings ever.
"Uhm you should go." I abruptly stood up trying to act like nothing just happened.
- He is trying to lead me on because he wants to get me into bed.

"You are cute when nervous, Lola." He chuckled kissing my temple as he grabbed his blazer towering over my body. I bit my lip, trying to calm myself.
"Don't do that Lola, unless you want me to take you on four right here on the carpet. You know old habits die hard." He smirked and I felt my cheeks redden remembering how he would always take me on four in his office until my knees were red from the friction of the carpet. I promised Grayson that I would never allow him to touch me and I was going to stick to it. Even though I was about to give in.. that's what happens when you haven't been laid in months.

"Don't forget your present." I handed him the box.
"Keep it." He said with a solemn expression.
"Give it to your fiancée or donate to an orphanage or something..." I suggested trying to forget everything that had just happened.
"You wound me, Raina." He faked being heartbroken.
"Whatever Angelo, FYI your acting skills are non-existent." I said walking him towards the door.
"I will be sure to practice Ma'am." He said sarcastically.
"Bye." I banged the door as soon as he was out the door.
