Inside the pub, Anthon steered her towards a table that is in clear sight, he wanted to make sure that Alex sees them together.
The band started to play but no sign of Alex. After about two songs Anthon noticed Alex at the bar.
“Let’s go dance,” Anthon got up and grabbed Gabriella by the arm not giving her the opportunity to object. Before Gabriella could say anything, Anthon’s arms were around her waist.
Anthon looked over to where Alex is sitting at the bar and noted that Alex is looking at them. Anthon pulled Gabriella closer to him by putting his hands on her bums and the next moment he kissed her. Gabriella tried to push him away, but he quickly moved his hands to her head making it not possible to get away from his kiss. Anthon kept his eyes open and looked at Alex while he is kissing Gabriella. From Alex's view, he could not see that Gabriella is trying to push herself away from Anthon.
Alex got so upset and left the pub, thinking it best to go home before he loses his shit in front of everyone, ‘she really is a two-timer and a liar!’ he thinks as he leaves the pub.
Only when Alex is out of the pub did Anthon let go of Gabriella.
“What the hell?” Gabriella slapped him hard through his face.
“Don’t ever do that again,” Anthon grabs her by the arm and speaks with a firm voice in her ear.
Gabriella got loose from him and made her way out of the pub while Anthon went after her.
Amber saw everything and decided to go over to Alex's place in the hope to rekindle their relationship. Ever since Gabriella came into the picture Alex broke it off completely with her and she didn’t really like that.
Alex is almost at his building when he heard Amber call after him, “Alex, wait up.”
“Not tonight Amber,” Alex says turning around but when he noticed Gabriella walking close by, he changed his mind and started to walk towards Amber.
Alex grabbed Amber and kissed her deeply, trying to spite Gabriella, ‘nobody two-times me,’ Alex thinks to himself while kissing Amber.
“Let’s go up to my place,” Alex grabs Amber’s hand and latterly drags her into his building, not that Amber minds.
Gabriella felt like she is stabbed with a knife in her heart after seeing Alex kissing Amber so passionately, ‘guess he was really drunk that night when we had sex, I was nothing more than a one-night stand.’ Gabriella feels the tears building up in her eyes.
Gabriella hears a car driving behind her.
“Gabriella, get in it is not save,” Anthon stops next to her.
Without hesitation Gabriella got into his car, she just made up her mind, ‘since Alex is a two-timing-one-night-stand-looser, she will rather spend her time with Anthon.’
“I am sorry for forcing you to kiss me, I just could not resist anymore,” Anthon lies.
“No, I am sorry, you just caught me off guard,” Gabriella says placing her hand on his thigh, and that caught Anthon off guard.
Anthon puts his free hand on her hand and then drove Gabriella to a fancy restaurant.
“This is not the way to my house,” Gabriella notice that they are not driving towards her house.
“I know, I hope you don’t mind a fancy dinner. I know that you might like the pub scene, but it is not really for me,” Anthon says.
“Tonight, was my first time in a pub,” Gabriella laughs.
“Oh, really My bad.”
Anthon drove to Gabriella’s favorite restaurant. Now that Alex is out of the picture, she is able to act in a more romantic way with Anthon without holding back. The conversation is still a little bit stiff, but the great food made up for it.
After dinner Anthon invited Gabriella over to his place, “would you like to come over to my place?”
“Not tonight, you promised me a study session,” Gabriella reminds him.
“I sure did,” Anthon laughs.
When they arrived at Gabriella’s house Anthon parked his car in her driveway instead of the street. Gabriella didn’t wait for him to open her car door as she already knew that he is not a real gentleman.
After Alex saw Gabriella getting into Anthon’s car, he tried to bid Amber goodnight but Amber would have none of it. Amber dragged Alex back to the pub and they got wasted.
The next morning Alex got woken up by the elevator bell. He took his phone and logged onto his surveillance app to see who is inside the elevator, ‘Gabriella, wonder what she wants.’
Alex sat up in his bed only to see Amber next to him, ‘how drunk was I last night?’
Alex grabbed the pants that he had on last night and put them on. He is feeling hungover and not really in the mood for company.
“What do you want?” He asks Gabriella as she steps into his apartment.
“Well, I know what I want,” Amber unexpectedly put her arms around Alex from behind.
“I will come back later, didn’t know you are busy,” Gabriella stepped back into the elevator and could not wait for the doors to close. She pressed the button several times in hope that it will help the doors close faster.
“You should leave as well,” Alex took Amber's arms off him.
“What about a quicky? I still have lots of time before my shift starts,” Amber says, dropping Alex’s shirt that she is wearing.
“Last night was a mistake, we are over,” Alex says grabbing Ambers clothing that is scattered around and pushing it into her hands.
“Last night was amazing, actually,” Amber says trying to put her hands around his neck and attempting to kiss Alex.
“Please go, I have a hangover and not in the mood,” Alex pushes her aside and goes to the guest bathroom as it is the nearest to vomit.
“Are you ok?” Amber asks standing in the doorway of the bathroom.
“See yourself out,” Alex says, with a raised voice.
“Fine,” Amber starts to put her clothing on a little bit upset but hoping that her plan will work. Last night she spiked Alex's drink so that he will be too drunk to put on a condom. Amber pretended to put it on for him. She knows she is in her ovulating phase and made sure Alex orgasmed inside her several times.
By the time that Alex got out of the bathroom, Amber is gone. Alex breathed a sigh of relief.
Gabriella is sitting in the Uber taxi wondering what to do. She wanted to clear the air with Alex but now that she saw that Amber spend the night with him, ‘I guess there is nothing to clear,’ she sighs with disappointment. Even though she spent most of the evening with Anthon it only made her realize that Anthon is not the one for her.
When Gabriella got home, she hit the books and studied for the rest of the day. Evening came and when she realized the time, she wondered why Anthon did not stop by. She almost expected him to do so.
Anthon decided to ghost Gabriella for a couple of days, to make her come to him instead of him to her. Anthon found it hard not to jump into his car and drive over to her house, but he realized that he is coming on too strong.
