I was surprised when Adrian stepped foot here and even more shocked when he asked my father in-law for Camilla's hand in marriage.
I was so happy I wanted to run and tell right then but I can't tell him because it's a surprise wedding. I've heard of surprise engagement parties but weddings not really. I have been ignoring Camilla's calls because I know I'll blab to her about Adrian's plan. Adrian hired Camilla's 2 favorite planners.
He gave everyone something to be in charge of. I'm in charge of guests and catering. I mailed out the wedding invites; they're beautiful. Camilla designed them herself when I was planning my wedding years ago. Ashanti & Tamina are in charge of decor. Mirabelle is arranging the church ceremony entirely by herself. Santiago is handling the bar. King is handling some details of the ceremony.
I called Adrian's groomsmen and Camilla has obvious bridesmaids. Me, Ashanti, Vanessa, Tamina, Rachael, Annalise and some of her cousins on her mother's side plus Kendall her assistant. She has a total of twelve and Adrian has 10 groomsmen. I asked Ryan and Michael to be his groomsmen they agreed but it took some hardcore convincing.
The wedding is in 6 days. I'm so excited I can't wait for Camilla to be happy at last. Somehow Mirabelle found out what dresses Camilla would like for her bridesmaids and took us shopping. They were lovely dresses I could hardly fit into mine because hell I'm growing a whole baby inside me.
“Let's see your dress maid of honor?” Ashanti acts all noisy in the bedroom as we sort out a lot of dresses in a huge pile with the rest of the ladies with us.
“I still want to be asked to be a maid of honor.” Mirabelle murmured, scratching her nose. She can't keep it a surprise anymore which I understand her friendship and all but no one is letting the cat out of the bag. This is the time Adrian decided to do right and we can't let him down by ruining the fun of it.
“Come on, the bride is unaware.”
“The way I asked you all on her behalf to be her bridesmaid she planned that way before she and Adrian started their ups and downs. And she told me she had a special way to ask the maid of honour.” Mirabelle spewed childishly. It isn't the right time to make things about her. Yes, her feelings might be hurt but the bigger picture remains: Mia is about to marry the man of her dreams.
“Well try on the dress.” I grab it, handing it over to her to shut her constant whinings up.
Mirabelle waves it off. “Wait, where is Annalise? She didn't try on her dress. I need to make sure everything looks perfect?”
“Oh there she is.” Vanessa says pointing to Annalise as I get comfortable on the sofa.
“Annalise, where were you when everyone tried on their dress except you?” Mirabelle hit straight without mincing words, her tone harsh and hard. The pressure was getting to everyone, feelings are overriding our thinking and the stress level in planning a wedding isn't helping either.
“Sorry but I was getting a package.” Annalise defends sitting on the sofa with a nonchalant attitude.
“A what?”
“A package for you.” Annalise yells and a man walks in with a dozen roses and chocolates with three shopping bags and a chocolate cake making us gasp.
“Someone is in love with you.” I teased.
“It’s from Adrian on behalf of Camilla.” Annalise says giggling.
“Awww.” we all say in unison
“Oh my God I'm so happy this is perfect, look at the chocolate bouquet.” Belle perceived them running her fingers on it.
“Very lovely And it had a Camilla touch to it.” I say in admiration things we love to see.
“Open the bags.” Ashanti urged desperately.
Mirabelle nods and takes one of the bags. She opens it and it has a necklace with a matching bracelet. The next has a locket with pictures of both of them inside. The last bag contains a LV bag with a note that reads:

“This is so Camilla.” Tears rolled down both of my cheeks.
Mirabelle twitched her lips. “Adrian read her diary.”
Ashanti laughs. “Well you got asked.”
“Yes beta try on the dress I'm sure Alpha is getting suspicious of your whereabouts.” Kendall alerted.
Mirabelle goes to the changing room and changes into her maid of honor dress and comes out looking fabulous and pretty.
“Perfect.” I clapped.
“I love it.” Vanessa praises.
“Me too.”
“This is the dress Beta I love it so much cousin.” Rochelle blew her a kiss which Belle catches and blows her a second.
“You got her to pick the dresses but what about her wedding dress?” I ask.
“Her Pinterest has a few. She has 3 of her favorites on her tablet.”
"I guess we are picking one of those three.” Tamini blabs.
“I'll make her choose one herself.”
Kendall brings out a diary reading through it. “And oh I have her measurements waist 29 hips 44 if she's wearing a slim fit.”
“Isn't she 24 and 42?” Camilla has lost a lot of weight the last time I saw her a few days ago rumours have it she's gaining weight. One minute she's this and next she's that. Understanding Mia is as hard as the creation of man full of complications.
“She's put on a little weight.”
“She's just eating like no man's business.” Mirabelle says with a giggle covering her lips.
“She will hate us for this wedding but She'll love it.” I sigh.
“I love that Camilla will finally get her happy ending.” Rachel says with dreamy eyes playing with her hair.
“I wanted this for her years ago but I guess fate had other plans.”
“Cheers!” We screamed in unison.
