I used all my strength I didn't know I possessed and pushed him away from my body, I can believe what I just did.
"I've told you I won't hurt you."
"And I don't believe you," I replied, "You've already half strangled me and we haven't been with each other for about ten minutes."
"I don't expect you to trust me yet. But you will live happily in this pack. I promise. I will train you to be a good girl and you will always submit to me, I will give you everything thing you want, you don't need your pack, I'm your mates and I will make you happy"
"Do you own a phone Rain?"
"I believe so."
"Then look up the definition of happily, through google" I replied, "Because, I may be delusional, but in my world, there's no such thing as happily ever after with a man like you who thinks about himself. How can you say you will train me to become a good girl. Mates are supposed to help each other become better persons of themselves not change each other for their selfish reasons."
He paused and turned to face me.
"A man like me, huh? What's that supposed to mean?"
My mouth had turned dry, but I still dared to pull my hand out of his.
"You're a deranged sexiest who thinks females are nothing but bed warmers."
His face soured, "What did you say?"
Watch out guys, here comes stupid move number two.
"You've trained women into being dumb to do your dirty works, you used them to satisfy your sex slaves. " I said, ignoring the fast beating of my heart, "You're twisted and sick."
He glared at me.
"Say it again, I dare you," he growled, crouching down to my level in the most patronizing manner possible.
"I don't need to," I said, "It's the truth and we both know it."
With that, he pulled me close, "Do not disrespect me."
I stared into his eyes for as long as I could before fear cast my gaze to the ground.
"That's what I thought." He said, increasing the distance between us again. "Now come."
I didn't move my feet causing him to turn around and face me again.
"Do not do this again. I will carry you through this forest kicking and screaming if I have to."
I smiled hopefully, but he only scoffed.
"Do you understand how much trouble you are in after that drama you pulled on last week? The Alpha's are after your blood and I'm the only one who can save you from them" he asked.
" The Alpha's want me to kill you, in fact, the day of the meeting, it was meant to be your last day."
I cocked my head to the side and blinked, waiting for him to elaborate.
"I am the most powerful Alpha in the world and that makes me the Alpha king the only one who has the power to save you, I managed to convince them that I will kill you soon, which am sure they don't trust my words again, so you are not saving to stay alone. Your pack members aren't strong enough to protect you"
I looked over to the border. Nothing moved, but I shuddered before looking back to my mate.
"You may not be sure that I won't hurt you but you can be certain someone out there will," he added.
He then stood up and held out his hand. I looked into the darkness of the forest before accepting the warmth of his hand.
"Okay."
I look out the window, watching the trees lining the narrow forest tack whiz by as I appreciated the leather of the seat that allowed my tired legs to rest.

I know he will be beating himself because he will blame himself he was the cause of me being forcefully kidnapped. Tears accumulated around my eyes at how my life was, full of pain and suffering. I tried to hold them back but with another thought of how my life has been ripped away, they fall heavily on my cheeks.
After the first snivel, Rain looked down at me before his eyes adverted back to the Road. "Why are you crying?"
"Why do you think?" I snapped.
"You should be happy you have. a mate who cares for you enough to protect you from danger and most she-wolf will kill to be in your position right now."
"Well I'm not most she-wolf, why don't you look for most she-wolf and leave me alone, and stop saying you care about me because you don’t, you are only doing this for your selfish reasons because of the mate bond. You know if those alphas get to me and kill me, you will die too."
"It's almost as if we are mates and we are supposed to be together..." he mumbled under his breath.
"We are not meant to be together the moon goddess made a mistake in pairing us as one," I said.
"Is that so you don't want me as your mate, it that what you are saying" he demanded.
"Answer my question."
His eyebrows raised as his jaw tightened.
"If you're going to disobey me like that, you can kiss your freedom goodbye." He said.
"My freedom got up and left the minute you threatened my pack members," I said, leaning on the car door, realizing I was getting nowhere with him.
He was nearly as stubborn as me.
"And I can do much worse if you are not careful enough," Rain said.
"Well, I will like to see you try, alpha."
"Mates live together, but you don't want to live with me. Why?"
"Gee! How’d 'you figure that one out?" I remarked.
"Tell me why."
"I wouldn't want to bore you."
"Tell me."
"Because you are arrogant and the only thing you think about is yourself." I blasted in rage.
"Yes,, I agreed am a little possessive and a little bit out of control but."

"You're welcome, babe. “he said not understanding my sarcasm
"Don't call me babe," I ordered.
"Watch who you are giving orders to, woman. "I closed my eyes and shook my head. This man can't be my mate. This man can not be my mate, he was the devil in disguise.
"Anyway, as I already said due to the impending doom you now face, you are not going home," he said, "Besides, I have plans with you tonight," he added with a wink.

"We have just met."
He glanced down for a second, examining my face. I braced my serious expression until he brought his eyes back to the road.
"And we are mates, so why wouldn't we act accordingly? Have you forgotten how we almost mated in the forest the first day we met?"
"Yes, but that was the influence of the full moon, you know wolf tends to behave horny during the full moon so I have respect for myself and until you can respect me too, I will not be getting in your bed," I hissed.
His hand traveled to my inner thigh where he ran his fingers along my skin. I swatted his hand, ignoring the tingles shooting throughout my body. He can't know how much he affects me. "Soon you'll be screaming my name begging for me to carry on," He replied, removing his hand a self-satisfied smirk on his face.
We eventually rolled up in front of a vast house at least four stories high. It was built of wood and had lovely big balconies and glass windows.
But I refused to get out of the car.
"If you think I'm going in-" I began as he opened the door to the passenger's side.
But before I could finish, he'd plucked me from the seat and shoved me forwards, towards the front door.
"It's been a long day. Don't test me, Emerald," he grumbled, unlocking the door with a simple key.
The inside was as beautiful as the outside -not what I imagined Alpha Rains to own at all. It was the house of the former alpha, but part of me wished he took me to the sky scrapper instead.
"What? Is it not what you expected?" He asked, closing the door.
"Not at all. Why didn't you take me back to your former pack you know, the midnight pack?" I asked, looking at the marble floors and walls.
There were photos of the moon goddess and different wolves neatly framed and hung.
"So you're into kinky stuff?"
"That is not what I meant," I snapped.
He smirked as he took his jacket off.
"Go upstairs. Our room is the first on the left. I'll be up soon but, in the meantime, I'll be in my office if you need me."
"Our room?" I questioned.
"Yes. Are you not familiar with the term? Just plural for my."
"I'm pretty sure I said earlier that I am not getting in your bed," I replied.
"Fine, sleep on the floor. I don't care," he said coldly.
I gave him a stare as cold as his tone before turning away and venturing up the staircase, glad to get away from him.
When I reached the top, I came to a long hallway, lined with windows facing out into the forest. I turned left and entered the first door.
The walls were a deep red with intricate designs branching up to the ceiling. In the middle was a huge king-sized bed. It had white crisp sheets and a dozen plump pillows. I like to think of myself as an optimist- at least this guy has a nice house.
I continued into the room noticing three doors at the end. Two closets bigger than my entire room back in my pack, one filled with men's clothes drenched in his scent and one empty.
The last door was a beautiful bathroom with a free-standing bath and a shower with a wide selection of soaps and shampoos.
I came back into the hall. My exploring wasn't done yet. I went into every room on the first and second floors. There was a weird number of bedrooms; a huge library; a room with a piano and nothing else; multiple lounges and a room full of locked cupboards and storage units.
The top floor led to one locked room and a hatch in the ceiling. That was it.
The hatch opened out onto the roof so naturally, I clambered up.
A few minutes later, I heard Leonardo's footsteps come up the stairs to the top floor.
"What are you doing up there?" He asked.
"Admiring the stars," I said as I leaned my back against the roof tiles and stared up into the night sky,
"They look so pretty tonight. And I guess the moon-"
"Didn't I tell you to wait in the first room on the left?"
"You did... and I went there. Then I left. Now here we are..."
The stars were mesmerizing. I didn't care about the irritated tone in his voice.
With that, he climbed up, grabbed my wrists,,,,,,, and plopped me back through the hatch
"Stargazing can wait for another night," he said, "It's late."
I followed him down the stairs to the floor with his bedroom before I passed the door and headed for the next bedroom along.
He sighed, "Where are you going?"
"You have thirteen bedrooms in this house. I thought I'd make use of one of them."
"Yeah. This one," he said, pointing to his own.
"Thank you for the offer but... goodnight, Rain."
I opened the door to the other bedroom but before I passed the threshold, Rain dragged me backward.
"Wasn't an offer," he said, shoving me through the door of his room and shutting it behind us.
My opinion means nothing to him.
He was a control bastard and control freak then the idea of rejecting him pop into my mind making my wolf whimper. I know I will end up doing something I will regret forever.
