: Move in with me

Today Is the second day and it the day I promise to give Mr. Fredrick a reply to his deal. I use the whole of last night thinking about it and the advantage or disadvantage of accepting his proposal.
I got ready for work and quickly rushed downstairs to have breakfast which was prepared by Amelia, how much I missed her cooking.
I arrived at work feeling nervous and scared at the same time. I just hope I don’t give him a reply I would be regretting later in the future.
I knocked on his door and I heard him ask me to “come in,” with his usual cold tone. This is one of the reasons why I am skeptical about this deal.
“Your coffee sir,” I said and dropped it on his table. I was about to leave his office when he called my name making me stop.
‘What is your reply Miss Hale I have three days left’ he said calmly Makin me breathe hard. “There is no running away from this I have to give him a reply now,” I told myself.
After so much thought I agreed to the deal I said and bowed my head lowly waiting for his reaction.
Immediately I felt someone sweep me off my feet in excitement as I busted out into laughter.
Thank you so much he said staring Y my eyes and I did the same staring at him deeply, I could feel something calling me and drawing me closer to him the more I stare at him.
Ermm, am sorry, I said and move away from his hold as he scratched the back of his head before walking back to his seat.
“Be here by lunchtime because the lawyer would be bringing the contract to my office by that time,” he stated operating his keyboard. I bowed my head at him before I left.
I went to my office and sat on my chair thinking of what just transpired between me and my boss. I had this weird but good feeling in my body when he lifted me up.
“Oh Cecil stops insinuating stuff in your head” I scolded myself turning on my laptop.
It was lunchtime and I was present in Frederick’s office with a man of average height who happens to be his lawyer.
“He read the contract stating the amount Mr. Fredrick would be giving to me including that the contract is for a year which I have to behave like his wife to his parents and publicly to keep Mr. Fredrick reputation.”
“There would be nothing like performing his wifely duties as Mr. Fredrick can indulge himself in another relationship outside the marriage if he wants and you can also do the same too,” the lawyer stated and I sign in relief.
“So, I need to know if you two accept these rules,” his lawyer asked the both of us and I nodded my head while he also did the same.
“So here is where you sign,” he said band dropped three copies of the same contract for me to sign and I did so while Frederick signed too.
“So this is are your copies and I have mine as proof,” he said and I smiled warmly at him.
“Alright if that is all, I would like to take my leave now Mr. Fredrick,” he said and gave Fredrick his hands which he received before turning to me and did the same.
“Have a nice day Mrs. Fredrick,” he said and I smiled.
So there was nothing like a marriage certificate I stated and he smiled at me making me give him weird glances.
Well, there is and you are officially my wife he said and I gasped loudly while he chuckled. Here put them on he said and gave me a diamond engagement ring and a wedding ring.
Was this necessary I said and raised the diamond engagement ring on his face but he didn’t give me a reply but instead he wore his wedding ring. After staring at it for a while I put it on and it fits my fingers perfectly.
“So what next,” I asked him still staring at the diamond ring in admiration.
You move in with me immediately and I screamed out loudly but he didn’t flinch.
“There is no way am moving in with you,” I said in finality glaring daggers at him.
I haven’t even informed my friends about this and now I come back home telling them am leaving them and moving into another man’s house the next day I arrived because of a deal I thought within myself.
“You can’t pipe down now after signing the contract, you move in with me or forget the money,” he said and I gulped hard.
“Then you won’t find a girl in three days if I leave “ I replied him boldly with a heavy smirk placed on my face.
“Oh really, I remembered someone telling me that there are tons of girls who are ready to obey my will,” he said with a heavier smirk on his face, making me pissed.
“Whatever, I would have to go home and get everything prepares before I move in,” I said and he nodded.
“Text me your address, so that I can inform my driver to get you tomorrow morning” he stated and I rolled my eyes at him.
“See you tomorrow, husband,” I said laughing out as I looked at the expression on his face, it was priceless.
A few minutes later I was home, so I decided to go freshen up before preparing dinner for them. I need to make them happy before I break this news to them. So I decided to prepare spaghetti and meatballs, I hope they enjoy it.
“Hope you enjoyed your meals,” I asked them smiling and they nodded their head making me happy.
So I have been wanting to ask you something Amelia said and I gestured forget to continue.
“Why do you have a ring on your hand because it wasn’t there before,” she said and I smiled lightly at her.
“That what I wanted to talk to you about,” I said and she stares at me confusedly including Joanna.
“So the girl’s I wanted to let you know that I got married today,” I said and they both busted into laughter.
Oh please Cecil that joke is so funny Joanna said and u glared hard at her.
Oh my gosh, you aren’t joking she said and Amelia stopped laughing and stared at me.
“What do you mean by you are married,” they both asked in unison and I released a heavy breath.
“Well, I got married to my boss today and I am moving into his house tomorrow” I rushed my words and they both screamed out loudly.
“I don’t understand what is going on, you are married already?” she asked and I nodded my head Showing the diamond ring to her.
“OMG is that a diamond ring” they both gasped loudly holding my hands as they touched the ring.
Did he force you into marrying him? Are you under some threat? What is going on speak to us?. They both continued to bombard me with questions.
“I am fine ladies and I would explain everything to you with time,” I said to them.
“Please guys, all I need is your support on this,” I said and pouted my lips at them.
“You have our support, as far as you are happy,” they said and hugged me tightly.
