Shravan woke up with a stiff neck. He groaned as he flexed his neck to relieve the cramps
He had fallen asleep on his chair somewhere along the midnight
He looked down to see Mithran sprawled across the floor and Isha curled up on the couch
Damn!! He didn't go home last night
And he didn't even inform Drishti that he wouldn't be coming home
He quickly took his phone out to see whethere there was any missed call or text message from her.
He frowned when he found none.
Then he remembered that she hadn't taken his number yet.
He thought of calling her ,but decided against it when he realised it was only seven in the morning. She must be fast asleep
He quickly typed a message for her
'Couldn't make it home last night. Was caught up with work. Will see you in the evening

He shook Mithran awake and Isha too.
"Guys. Get ready quick. We can go over the plan and proposal once more after breakfast. Isha ,you go home and get ready. We will pick you on the way. It's an hour drive from here to the Malhotra's resort" Shravan instructed

Drishti woke up to the continuous ringing of her phone.
She looked beside her and realised Shravan hadn't come home last night
She huffed. Why does it matter anyway!! He could stay in Antartica for all she cares.
She looked at her phone and realised its an unkownn number
Who the hell dared to disturb her sleep so early in the morning. She looked at the bedside table and realised it is nine in the morning.
Shoot!! She has to go to college today. She had taken leave for three days consecutively
She picked up the call while searching through her wardrobe for an outfit
"Yes. Who is this??"
"Di. Its me Damini" came her sister's voice from the other side of the phone
"Damini?? Where are you calling from?? This seems like a local number" Drishti said frowning
"I'm here at Bangalore. At our resort"
"What?? You guys are back?? Why wasn't I informed about this?" Drishti asked
"Di. Listen to me. I overheard Maa and Paa talking" Damini said urgently
Drishti grinned
"You mean you eavesdropped??" Drishti asked.
That seems to be something her sister inherited from her
Not that she still eavesdrops. Okay!! Maybe if the talk sounds to be about her ,she still do that. She has every right to know what is spoken about her
And if it is something totally unrelated to her ,she walks away. If the topic appears boring that is. If it sounds interesting and she is absolutely bored, she sometimes listen. Just for time pass. Nothing else.
Damini huffed over the phone
"I didn't eavesdrop. I just woke up to drink some water when I heard Paa and Maa talking in the balcony" Damini said
"Okay?? What was it that they were talking??"
"Paa is going to sell D Love" Damini said and Drishti stilled
"Sell D Love?? How can he do that?? He promised it would be mine" Drishti said
"Yes. I heard him telling Maa that some Eeshwar or something has been after him for so long for D Love. So it's about time he visited the man" Damini passed on the half conversation she heard the night before
"And they are meeting at our resort?" Drishti asked
"Yes. In the mini conference room. Paa and Maa went out for breakfast. I was pretending to be napping so that I can call you as soon as they went out" Damini said proudly
"That was very smart Damini. You just proved that you are my sister." Drishti declared proudly
Damini beamed on the other side.
"Don't worry Paa wouldn't sell D Love. I will not let him do that. I will be there soon. I just have to get that Darpok to come with me too" Drishti said and hung up the call.

At sharp 11 in the morning, Shravan, Mithran and Isha were taken to the mini conference room at the resort
They walked in to find a very grim looking Vihaan Malhotra glaring at them. Glaring?? Why?? Shravan wondered.
And then realised that the glare was focused on him and only him
Shravan was perplexed. Did Malhotra get too annoyed with their constant mails regarding the project
Vihaan Malhotra hissed when the woman next to him pinched him on his arm.
That's when he really noticed the woman.
Or rather the woman's eyes.
Green....like emerald.
Just like Drishti's
"Sit down please" the woman said politely
"Mr and Mrs Malhotra. We are glad you decided to have this deal with us" Shravan said in his business tone
"Who said I'm ready for the deal??" Vihaan Malhotra asked coldly
"Atleast you are ready to consider our offer. I'm sure after hearing our proposal you will be all in for this plan" Mithran began but was cut off as the conference room door opened with a bang
Shravan turned around to see Drishti walking in as if she is ready for battle
How did she find out he was here??
But Drishti wasn't looking at him. Her eyes were on Vihaan Malhotra
"Mr Malhotra. Is it true that you are going to sell D Love??" Drishti asked angrily
Shravan stood up from his chair and hurried to Drishti.
"Drishti. What the hell are you doing?? Do you know who he is??" Shravan hissed
"You?? You are the one buying D Love??" Drishti asked in surprise
Isha smiled apologetically at the Malhotra couple and hurried towards Sharavan and Drishti.
"What do you think you are doing here?? Do you know how hard it was to get a meeting with the Malhotra. Do you even understand how important this deal is for Shravan. And you!! How can you talk to Mr Malhotra like that??" Isha whisper yelled
"Isha. I will talk to her" Shravan stopped Isha from yelling at Drishti anymore
Isha still had her hands on Drishti's. Drishti jerked it off and looked at Isha dismissively
"Hatt. Dafa hojao" Drishti said and again turned to Vihaan Malhotra
"I asked you something" Drishti asked again.
The fury at the thought of her father selling D Love has clouded her brain ,the fact that she is standing with her husband in front of her parents didn't penetrate her yet.
Shravan held Drishti's arms firmly
"Excuse me Mr Malhotra. I will just have a quick word with my wife. Meanwhile Mithran and Isha will go over the proposal and resort plan for you" Shravan said and Drishti gasped
Vihaan frowned seeing the way Shravan was behaving. As though he doesn't have any idea as to who Drishti actually is
"Resort?? You are building a resort in D Love?? Over my dead body" Drishti declared crossing her arms over her chest and looking at Vihaan defiantly
"Mine too" Shravan looked towards the door to see a smaller version of Drishti coming in and standing next to Drishti ,taking a posture similar to Drishti.
He was utterly confused. Who is this girl now??
"Drishti. Sit down" Vihaan ordered
"I won't move until I get an answer" Drishti said
"You will get an answer as soon as we get an answer Drishti. What is your relationship with Maheswari here??" Vihaan snapped
