Alicia's pov
I blinked constantly unable to digest what Xenia just revealed - about princess Anna coming to her room late and night and touched her.
What the heck could that mean? How was she able to enter her room without being spotted and much more...touching her? Could it be that woman is a witch?
She was able to charm the king and now I'm just hearing that she also made a move on Xenia.
I scrunitized over what Anna could possibly want from Xenia and also, she got healed after she touched her.
This is preposterous.
It can't be what I'm thinking....
It definitely can't!
I sighed feeling extremely dazed and confused over the issue.
"You mean she touched you and the pains disappeared?" I asked her and she lifted her head up with a nod.
"Dad came in later and caught her hiding under the bed" She muttered but I was able to hear her.
"He did?...So, what punishment did he give her??" I further asked trying to fix the puzzle.
"Nothing...bye mom" She chipped perfunctorily before running out of the room.
Nothing???
King Lee didn't punish her???!!
I took my hand to my dress and raised it a little seeing the dried up scar from the canes I received from King Lee's guards.
When I came here newly before I got pregnant, I did something wrong - I disobeyed king Lee and he ordered for me to be flogged.
It was such a painful experience even Simone got punished once.
How come King Lee is going soft on princess Anna? Is it because she's beautiful?
Yes...I admit the girl is pretty and charming and that's why I need to get rid of her.
If King Lee is to fall in love, it should be me and I won't let him go without having a fight.
I covered up the scar and sighed.
What's so different between the three of us? What does he see in that princess??
She doesn't even have high glamour and decorum. She's plain and scarcely behaves like a princess.

She's not like someone who never saw pain or always surrounded by maids. She does things by herself - literally.

Manuel's pov
"Are the weapons and disguises loaded?" I asked Castro taking up my coat.
"Yes...the whole team is set and the cars have been filled up with fuel" He replied taking up his phones from the table.
"Good" I said and began walking out of the room while he trailed behind me.
I got outside to see everyone and everything ready just like he said.
I've spent billions just to push through with destroying king Lee. I must not fail..
I entered the opened SUV with Castro and the driver started the car.
"One way to Euphoris bro...I bet King Lee would be astonished to see us" Castro teased popping the champagne in his hand.
I chuckled and took a cup from the rail in the car and passed it to him.
He poured some for me before putting his. A smile crept on his face.
"Cheers to the death of King Lee" He said gleefully.
"Cheers" I relied and took the cup to my lips and drank all the content.
Dawn's pov
I was low-spirited about returning back to the castle. It felt more like a prison that I must live I without committing an offence.
King Lee and i stopped at a resturant to have lunch after we left the forest. The restaurant was cleared up and reserved for just him and I.
He was grumpy through out the stay at the restaurant though.
Can you believe I had to feed him?
Yeah...thats how serious it is.
Anyways, going back home was fun and more than I anticipated. I turned on a song and it made the car more lively.
I smiled broadly and leaned back on the seat.
"Do you like the restaurant? How's the food there?" He asked stealing a glance at me.
"It's delicious, your highness. Its the best I have restaurant I've ever been to. The other one isn't as grand as this one" I replied grinning from ear to ear.
The car screeched and came to a quick stop making me jerk forth.
I gasped and stared at the king.
What just happened?? Why did he stop?...
"Your highness?..." I muttered perplexed.
He kept mute for a short time before facing me again.
"Your father told me you've never left the castle since you were born" He remarked and my heart skipped.
