She had a really tiring day since she went to the university before heading to the company to do one or two things.
She didn’t have the time to sit for a while hence her aching back, neck, and sore legs. Her legs were tired of the small heels she wore all throughout the day and what she needed at the moment were a cool nice bath and a massage.
Where would she get someone to massage her apart from the spa? Or a good sleep could help relieve the pain, soreness, and stress.
She checked the time on her phone when she came out of the car she parked in the garage.
7:15 pm it says. Sighing she closed her door and locked it then walked up to the front door, opened it, and went inside.
She sat down on the couch in the living room first so she can take off her shoes and relax for a while. She went to check on Sofia after the close of work and was glad she and the baby were doing fine.
Letting out a sigh and after so much debate whether to just lay on the couch till the next morning or go in for that relaxing bath, she came to a conclusion that the bath will help a great deal.
Carrying her tired self along with her bag, shoes, and phone, she made her way up the stairs and to their room.
Dumping her bag and shoes on the floor by the dresser chair, her phone placed on the dresser table, she took off her dress and a reminder of what happened that one day she got tired and was undressing when her very own husband walked in on her.
She kicked her gown when it dropped down and went to lock the bedroom door then quickly went to the bathroom to check and the closet but there was no sign of him.
She let out a breath of relief and went into the bathroom to take that bath she craves.

He checked the time and saw that it was eight-thirty. Tiredly he drops his phone on his table and leaned back on his chair and closed his eyes already feeling a headache approaching.
He hopes the deal with the Russian investor comes through, he had been waiting for this for a long time and he prays it is successful.
“GOD I am so tired” he muttered still closing his eyes.
Then flashes of that day he took her on that date came running through his mind and a smile found a place on his lips.
He could remember how relaxed she was when they went out. Although he was vexed with the fact that she blew up on him and what made him more annoyed was that he never knew what he might have done to have made her upset.
The thing was he couldn’t understand how or why he was bothered what the reason she was mad at him.
He is Dimitri Lorenzo and didn’t care how a woman felt if his actions hurt them or not. He just didn’t care but she is different.
He had been telling himself she is different and he couldn’t understand why he says that to himself all the time.
It couldn’t be because Aiden, Caleb, and Sofia told him not to hurt her or to take good care of her but he is sure there is something about her, something special but he hopes to figure that out soon.
But he was just glad he made her day, seeing that she slept after that kiss they had on the beach and had to carry her all the way home.
So delicate but strong. Beautiful and intelligent.
Maybe he likes her, just maybe.
“I will never admit that to her or anyone else, never” he opened his eyes and sat up straight.
“I have to be sure she is not like the other women, especially not like Daniella. I don’t want a repetition of that again” he said to himself.
Then he realized he didn’t feel that headache and thought she was a medicine that heals headaches now. Not only does she give him peace and warmness in his heart but also the thought of her eliminates headaches.
He needs to see her.
With that thought in mind, he stood up from his chair closed his laptop and put it on its bag, grabbed his keys, phone and walked out of his office.

After some minutes of staying in the bathtub, she came out of the bathroom in a towel wrapped around her and another she used to dry her wet hair.
She threw the towel she used for drying her hair on the bed when she was done with half drying her hair then went to the closest to pick out her nightwear.
She checked the time '9 pm' it says, he would be here anytime soon so she quickly picked a pink camisole and cream pants and went to the room to change.
She picked up the towel from the bed and went to stand in front of their bottom to top mirror that is beside their closet door.
She began rubbing the towel on her hair while still standing in front of the mirror... Then something caught her eyes, she froze with wide-open eyes.

He just came back home after a tiring day at work.
"Do you need anything else, sir?" Asked one of the maids that brought him the glass of water he requested.
He shook his head no and took the water from the tray.
He dismissed her and relaxed back on the sofa in the living room. He wondered what she must be doing and brought the cup to his lips when he heard a loud scream.
He jumped to his feet and bolted for the stairs, the water dropped in the process and spilled on the floor but he didn't care.
He was more concerned as to what brought that scream.
He took large steps up the stairs and heard another scream and realized it was coming from their room and hastened his steps.
When he reached the door he opened it almost falling to the ground to see Audriana in a towel and she was on top of the bed with slippers in her hand.
He ran to her and she wrapped her arms around him immediately
"What... What happened?" He asks, seeing that nothing seems scary or unusual in their room.
"It was... I saw a roach" she states and immediately he let go of her and gave her an annoyed look.
"Seriously? You screamed that loud because of a roach?" He didn't look pleased in any way.
"It was... I was drying my hair and saw it on the towel, we need to fumigate this house, it scared the hell outta me"
Dimitri looked at her and shook his head before walking towards the bathroom.
"Unbelievable" he muttered before closing the door in a bang.
She just stood in shock at how he stormed out of the room in annoyance. What was his problem to begin with? Did he expect her to hold the roach with her hand and throw it outside?
Thinking of it alone made her shudder and she decided to ignore his earlier reaction and looked at the floor just in case its there.
“I am calling in some fumigating by tomorrow” she muttered and gently got down from the bed.
