I got up early the next day and warmed up my Chinese breakfast.
I ate, drank my orange juice and hurried up to work.
After doing what I had to, I got ready for work.
As I was about entering my office. I saw my boss.
" You look very beautiful today!."
My boss whispered into my ears.
He hit my ass in front of my office door.
I gave him a weird look.
He maliciously smiled back at me and went to his bureau.
He was getting me furious. He behaved like he had rights over me. like I was his own just because I worked for him.
I kept calm because he is my boss.
I went on doing my work.
Later on.
My boss came to my office to glimpse at something to shout at me. Which he did successfully.
He got me angrier. I was getting to my climax.
He left my office after yelling at me.
My phone rang a few seconds after he left my office.
I knew he was still the one. Calling to give me another heavy task.
I was distrusting about whether to pick the phone or not.
I finally decided to pick up the phone call.
Fortunately, he was the one.
It was Elizabeth calling to remind me of her wedding plan which we hard to work on.
It was a few weeks to her wedding already.
I left work earlier that day without asking for permission.
I had to relax with my friends after a heavy day at work.
So I left the office to meet at our site.
We met in front of an ice cream shop.
Izzy, Eliza, and I ordered for some Ice Cream.
We hiked through the street looking and visiting all the shops in search of shoes, bags, makeup artists, etc... Everything necessary for a wedding to be successful.
We met this guy on the street.
" Hello, grace.!."
He said
" Hi!. Please, who are you?!. And how did you know my name?."
I asked surprisingly.
" We met last night at the Chinese restaurant."
He answered me.
" Hmmm, ah Okay!. I am somehow busy now with my friends. Later then."
I said and left.
Izzy and Eliza were ahead waiting on me.
" Who is that handsome guy?."
Izzy asked
" You just left him there stranded. Why didn't you present him to us, or he is one of the multiple guys you meet at your lame club?."
Elizabeth asked me angrily
" Hey!. You don't need to be rude."
Izzy murmured
" I didn't meet him at the club. I barely recognized him. This is the second time we meet. He gave me his card by the way. You can call him Elizabeth."
I answered.
" Try to give him a chance. Allow your self to be loved and stop this nasty life of yours. You know I am not okay with that your club. I am not judging you. Just letting out the truth because I care about you. Don't misunderstand me. Try to think over it."
Elizabeth cried out.
" Thank you, Eliza, the message has been passed. Can we change the topic now?. It's getting too serious here and I don't like this"
I yelled in guilt.
I pretended to like what she said wasn't affecting me.
After all, it was my life not has. I was getting tired of her constant reminder.
"Okay as you wish but I will always let you know what I feel. I love you girls don't ever forget that!."
Eliza concluded and moved forward.
"Sorry!. but she is right."
Izzy whispered into my ears laughing.
Then she followed Eliza who was going ahead and I followed them.
The shopping was great apart from Elizabeth's moral lessons. We overhauled many things for the wedding that day.
She found her perfect wedding gown. Though expensive. But worth it.
" I don't know what I would have done with you girls around me today!."
Eliza gladly thanked us at the end of the day.
" What are friends for?!."
Izzy replied.
