"What do you mean?" I asked fringing seriousness and Jennifer laughed mockingly.
"Did you go about checking my stuff in my absence?" I asked annoyingly because this lady was beginning to piss me off.
"Easy lady... I just got lost in the whole thing searching for you and then... puff I'm in your empty kitchen" Jennifer explained but her explanation was so unreal.
"You can leave now. Thanks for keeping my room safe" I snorted as if angry and she stands from the armchair which she has been sitting on since we came in.
"Liora... stop being hostile towards me, I just want to be friends with you" Jennifer said pitifully, yes I had pity on her and regret ever raising my voice at her. At the sight of her almost wet eyes, I exhaled sadly.
"I'm sorry. Someone pissed me off in school" I lied and she nodded.
"I'll be going to shopping this evening How about joining me so you could restock your kitchen?" Jennifer asked.
Free shopping? Free food? This is so not real! Am I dreaming? I have been craving for such offer... to restock my kitchen with yoghurts, turkeys, avocados, meats and vegetables!

Lost in my thoughts, Jennifer tapped my shoulder gently.
"Are you coming with me?" She asked again.
"Can I say no?" I asked boldly, it seems I really can't get rid of this pride of a thing.
"I'll freshen up and then we will go" thank goodness this bitch understands me, she runs out of the house looking happy... I guess that's the right word for it.
After riding in the classic neon off white rolls royce car owned by Jennifer Aniston, we ended up in the city extravagant mall.
It's way bigger than Colonel mall, I behaved as if I've been there countless times. In her flashy red skimpy dress, Jennifer made her way confidently into the mall... she reminded me of my past.
As for me, I was wearing a jean trouser and black polo with an old edition can... I'm not in her class, even my body size will tell anyone that I'm suffering.
But who cares? I'm with a rich bitch so I shouldn't act lesser. With confident strides I followed Jennifer with smile on my face, the mall was crowded with lot of people but most of them were rich because someone working as a teacher, security and all those petty jobs can never afford anything here.
"So, what are we getting?" Jennifer asked after we have passed the first security check.
"Let's just shop our needs" I said rather boastfully and she smiled.
"That's more like it" We took the available marketing carts and began walking slowly on the racks that contained different materials. There's the snack racks, chocolate racks, soap racks, steel racks, clothes racks, perfume racks and more.
I just made my way to the provision racks while Jennifer went towards the clothing racks which was beside me.
"Blue Riband, Milky bar, Cheerios, Date chocolate..." I didn't hesitate to take out my favorites and put them into the cart, I took chocolates, noodles, sealed beef.... in fact all I did was food shopping because I don't know when such opportunity will come again.
"Hey Liora!"
"Come here!" Jennifer called loudly from the clothing racks, I went at least I should be nice to my savior.
"Yes?" I asked when I reached her.
"What do you think of this dress?" Jennifer asked anxiously.
Don't tell me this bitch called me from my zone just to check on her dress!? You see why I hate keeping girlfriends close? They have lot of issues especially during shopping.
"It will look great on you" I sighed.
"Its for you" Jennifer said placing the gown on weird looking me.

"I.. I can't accept this" for the first time I stuttered in front of this overly kind strange neighbor.
"Shi" she shushed me and started rummaging the clothing rack, I stared at her blankly.
"Ah ha!" She exclaimed like one who has found something he/she has been looking for.
Jennifer raise a denim shirt in front of me, it was actually Dorothy Perkins product which cost about seventeen dollars last year... it cheap right? But damn, I can't freaking afford it.
"Do you like it?" Jennifer asked with sparkles dancing in her eyes.
I really need to ask if she's a lesbian but then, she is freakingly engaged.
"See I.." I began talking but she rushed over to the shoe section and brought out and F&F wedge heel product.
"You're freakingly joking right?"
"I can never pay you back" I told her boldly so she will start, maybe taking back all these expensive clothing but instead she laughed... very loud.
"Just keep shut darling. It's on me" She reassured me.
What did I do to deserve such a friend, actually I don't need anyone in my life but... she's actually pushing her way into my life, crumbling my walls.
Confidently she passed her credit card to the cashier lady and within minute, our goods were cleared and we went back into our car.
"Thank you so much for today.." I said.
I was holding six bags and if not for this car, it would be shameful to walk around the street with it.
The shopping bags were full of all my necessities for... ten years or even more.
"It's nothing Liora. A friend in need is a friend indeed" Jennifer smiled.

I shrugged at her statement because I don't believe in love neither do I do all these ladies... bestie things.
"Ohh" I nodded as if I'm in adjournment then my eyes went to the window beside me.
"This isn't the way home" since she's new in the city maybe she must have forgotten our estate, I reminded her.
"We are heading somewhere" Jennifer said.
"Another place?" I asked in a low tone.
Doesn't this lady needs my point of view or permission before taking me to places?.... what if I'm not interested?
I sigh and leaned my cheek on the window then my eyes went to Jennifer who's beside me.
"Hey babe" here she goes again, making all romantic video to her lover, can I at least get some peace of mind even if I'm on a free treat?
"I'm on my way going out to the place you recommended"

"Let me know early so I can go home and prepare your favorite".

We left our shopping bags and went into The Chef's Table restaurant.

I thought as we walked toward our reserved table and took our seats.
"Hi. I'm Jake. I'll be your waiter for the day. What can I get for you?" the male waiter asked as he handed the menu to us with smile on his face.
"I heard Emperors rice is the best" Jennifer asked while I bury my face on the menu list, I was actually craving for almost all the meal on the list.
"I'll have that" Jennifer's face stopped at me.
"You can eat everything you want?" Jennifer said.

"Are you fuckingly serious?" I asked so loud like a silly loosed goose but thank goodness everyone was minding their nonsense business.
"I'll need to get use to your words... which dictionary do you use, huh?" Jennifer asked and I could tell she was kidding.
"Eliora's first edition dictionary" I played along and she smiled brightly.
"I'll get use to it" she nodded with her finger up flicking at the waiter to go get our order, I smiled.
"So, you've got a man?" Jennifer started a conversation while we wait for our order.
"No".
"Not as lucky as you are" I said sheepishly with my left hand on the air pointing at her engaged finger, she look at her finger and smiled.
"Let's go with your word" She paused.
"I'm freakingly lucky" She said boastfully and I smiled.
Someone learning my madness... accepting my poverty stricken life.... not just anybody, a madly rich bitch.
For once, I'm beginning to fall for this girlish whole relationship thing. She has managed to win a slot at an edge on my heart.... maybe she won it because I need food.... but in any case, I can't lie to myself that.
