"Woah!" I jumped out from the couch dancing in excitement as the biscuit pack fall on the floor, I didn't care, I immediately click into NetFlix.

It was a brand new iphone 13 Pro Max, my dream phone! I didn't over react, I just waved at her to strike a pose.

"Are you hungry?" She asked.
"I have some packs of sausages, baked bread, cakes, fruits...." She continue listing the food I guess she had in her kitchen and, I salivated stylishly not to draw her attention and clear my throat.
"Actually... I'm full and still have lot of noodles if hungry" I said courageously with a pretentious smile.
"Ohh" She nods but before she could speak, I hastily walked into my room, I heard her exhaled.

"Eliora... you're really dumb" I laid flat on my bed muttering regretful to myself.
She must have lot of sumptuous meals... why did I say no? It seems I enjoy living like a beggar and hungry fool. I just couldn't believe that I'm sleeping with an empty stomach....again.
Was I being chased by some beast? I didn't care as I rushed out of my room locking the door in a hurry, Jennifer cast a glance at me but I just faked a smile and runaway.
Its freaking 8:30am and Madam Jennifer is taking videos and pictures, is her husband-to-be some kind of greek god that she needs to update him every minute or she's a celebrity?

I checked on the latest video on TikTok, viewed Tamara Lush book promotion post on Instagram and the trending After Ever Happy movie coming out soon, it lightened up my mood and soon our course lecturer comes into the hall and everyone fell silent while I sleep my phone.
The class ended uneventful and I walked down the bustling hallway heading home. The hallway had posters of latest school activities, clubs and other trending school news, I just glance at them bit by bit as I walked down in silence.
"Hi" someone tapped me softly from behind and I turned.

"Thank goodness the university is close to my estate else I'll have to cut off classes" I walked into the estate and saw Mrs. Margret and Mr. Desmond sitting in their terrace.

"Good evening Mr. Dessy" I greeted them so loud that even Mr. Desmond laughed from where he sat.
"Welcome" they responded while I proceed deeper into my section.
My door was wide open and I remain speechlessly confused.
"Who the fuck opened my room?" I yelled angrily as I hurriedly approach my room and instantly Jennifer rushes out of her apartment.

"Liora" Jennifer called me rather too nice than our first day and I turned to her.
"What happened here?" I asked politely trying not to let my anger get the best of me.
"You left so fast this morning leaving your door open, I couldn't call you back" Jennifer explained.

"What level? I graduated last year" I'm not having this conversation... not with her, why is she getting so clingy with me?
