Its been 3 days and there's still no sign of anyone or anything. I'm starting to think we're in some kind of Bermuda triangle type shit or I'm going in the wrong direction. I'm getting irritated and frustrated.
I just want to get Nicky home, sort through everything I'll need too and just live my life, with Nicky.
She does help with my frustrations though. She's been letting me drill her whenever I want which is almost every fucking hour. She's so stunningly hot and I can't get enough if her. She's also been making me laugh with her horrible jokes which is good, she's not just a pretty face, she's so God damn smart.
I keep thinking what my friends will think, what my family will think when I bring Nicky back. I've been missing for a decade and then come back with a girl.
"Hey what ya thinking about?" Nicky asks coming up behind me, wrapping her arms around me.
"Just thinking how my friends and family will react when we get back." I say and laugh.
"They'll think I've gone mad from being stranded but I've never been more clearer, never been so certain in my life about you, babygirl. I just know after the shocks worn off they'll absolutely love you." I say and turn around to kiss her.
"I'm excited and nervous to meet them all, I hope they do like me." She says.
"They will, Nicky. Because you mean so much to me." I say and kiss her neck.
"Drew, hey stop. I need a few hours rest before you take me again. I'm a little sore." She laughs.
"I'm sorry babygirl. I can't help myself. I'll leave you, for now." I say and smirk at her.
"It's so weird we haven't seen anything yet, right?" Nicky asks looking out to the water, and bringing me back to my worries about that.
"Yeah, I was thinking that too." I say with a frown.
"Let's stay positive, who knows wha.." Nicky says but stops and squints behind me.
I turn around so fast I'm sure I heard a crack sound in my neck.
"Oh my God, Drew... it..it's land!" Nicky squeals.
"It is, oh thank fuck. I was starting to worry." I say sheepishly.
"You should never doubt yourself Drew. I never did." She says looking right into my eyes while holding either side of my face, smiling.
"I fucking love you." I say. I just comes out, this moment has taken me by surprise. She had total faith in me this entire time and I realised just now when looking at her stunning face, feeling her trust wash over me, that I loved her.
"W..what?" She gasps.
"You heard me, babygirl. I fucking love you." I growl and smash our lips together. She moans into my mouth allowing me access to twirl my tongue with hers.
"Snort, snort."
Gregor comes trotting towards Nicky, the sound pulling us apart.
"I love you too, Drew." Nicky whispers and then smiles.
I kiss her neck before letting go of her so she can go pick Gregor up.
We're not far from land but I have no idea what country this is or how far from people and help we will be from it.
As we get closer we can actually see a port and I steer the ship towards it.
After a few hours Nicky and I are freshly showered and laying in our hotel bed.
Turns out we were on some Indonesian island and the land we saw was Australia. The Embacy contacted our country's Embacy and they organised us getting home tomorrow and put us up in a nice hotel for the night. They've also supplied us with fresh clothes and toiletries and contacted my parents to let them know I'll be coming home.
"I can't believe I'm about to say this but... our bed you made, was so much more comfier." Nicky says.
"I was thinking the same thing." I laugh.
"How are you feeling about tomorrow?" Nicky asks.
I had decided to call my family tomorrow, I just needed some time to get my thoughts together, figure out what to say. They would have been informed by now but were told to wait for my call.
"I'm alright, a little nervous but excited to see everyone again." I say pulling her closer to me in the bed.
"So am I." She says.
I had asked Nicky what she wanted to do, if there was anything she needed to sort out but since her grandmother has passed away and she said she didn't have anyone to let know except her boss. But I said I would handle that, I'll contact him myself later.
Nicky yawns next to me.
"You should get some sleep, babygirl. We've got a big day tomorrow. I love you." I say and kiss her head.
"I love you too, baby." She says.
Once she's asleep I get up carefully not to wake her and go to make a phone call. I'm not sure if he'll have the same number but I dial it anyway.
It rings.....
4 rings and he answers.
"Hello?" Kayne says.
"Hey, Kayne." I say.
He was my best friend, we'd known each other since we were both 10. I had missed him heaps over the last 10 years.
I hear him gasp and then go quiet.
"D..drew?!" He asks.
"Yeah, its me buddy. How have you been?" I ask.
"How..how have I been?! Jesus Christ Drew I thought you were dead, we all did." Kayne says
"I know, I'm alright. I have so much to tell you, half of it you probably won't believe." I say running a hand through my hair.
"What happened, Drew. Where have you been?" Kayne asks.
"That plane I was on got caught in a massive storm, pulled us off course and we crashed on a deserted island." I explain.
"Holy fuck, Drew!" Kayne swears.
"Yeah, what's even more crazier than that is after 10 years a girl washed up on the shore and we're together now." I say.
"You're joking?" He asks with a little laugh.
"Nope, she's fuckig amazing!" I say with a smile.
"I can't fucking believe this, it's crazy! Well, where are you, when can I see you? I wanna hear all about it." He says.
"I'll be back home tomorrow, but I need a few days with my parents first, ok?" I say. Kayne gets quiet for a second.
"Yeah, no of course. Let me know when you settled and I'll fly to you, ok?" He says.
"Sounds like a plan. I've missed you buddy, I really have." I say.
"Bud, you have no idea how much I've missed your ugly mug." He says.
"Well I gotta go, I'll call you soon." I say.
"OK. Talk soon, Drew. Its so good to hear your voice buddy." Kayne says before hanging up.
I go back to the bed and hop in beside Nicky, pulling the blankets over us both and pulling her to me. I fall asleep inhaling her scent and dreaming of our lives together.
