Jovi and Lola left out together, both of them wanting to share the animal clinic responsibilities tonight. Jovi is scheduled for surgeries in the morning and I will be going in around noon tomorrow for appointments. Shane is meeting up with the farmers and working out how many loads each day to haul between the many he has signed with.
So there can't be much of a honeymoon, or so I thought. I guess Shane has other ideas and I am excited to see what they are.
Gram and Mom took all four boys with them. Something I know they enjoy but at the same time it feels so empty when the boys are not around.

"Yes, but where are we going?"
"You will see. Something I done extremely early this morning and found the perfect spot." He smirks.
"Do I need to change out of my dress?"
"No, I don't think it will matter and I got this." Shane holds up the large blanket.
He takes my hand and leads us into the woods. My mind goes right back to the first date we had together and how it had ended. Hope swells in me that we are going stargazing, that would be the best to have our wedding night doing like our first date ended.
"What time was you awake this morning to go looking out here?" I ask him.
"Around six that way there was light to be able to see. Plus, gave me time to look around some of the land we now own. I got done and showered before you were ever awake. After that I ran to town because I had a few errands to run, I got the bow ties for the boys."
"I love them in their little bow ties too. I didn't notice you passing us though, I know you were in my car."
"I had to get the long way home due to one of the errands."
I slowly nod.
Shane slows down and lets go of my hand. The sun is already fairly low in the sky and the trees hide most of the light, but there is still enough I can see everything. He lays the blanket out and I look above us to see a large opening than the small area in the woods by the old house.
"I hope this is okay for tonight. It was this or I could have taken you somewhere in the truck." Shane rubs his neck.
"This is perfect, Shane. I am not picky, just as long as we are together. This is like our first date and the truck would have been when we first had made love." I smile and sit on the blanket, kicking the two inch heels off a moment later.
"Maybe we should have at least changed shoes for you." Shane laughs.
"Nah, they didn't hurt." I shrug and open my arms, wanting him to join me on the ground.
My lips find his in a fierce kiss. When Shane nibbles on my lip, I grant him access.
Shane sits me up and slowly undoes the back of my dress. He gathers it down exposing my breasts, as I lift my hips off the ground he pulls it down until it is completely off me.
"Fuck." He moans, when he sees the lace number I have on.
Just to match the silk of the dress, I settled for a white lace pair of panties and bra. Shane is quick to take them off until I lay completely naked under him.
I get to undoing each button and open his shirt. My fingers trail lightly over his scars, until I get up to his shoulders and push it off his arms with him leaned up. My fingers fumble with his pants and I start to get aggravated that the button won't come undone. Shane lets out a deep chuckle, but is quick to remove his pants for me.

Our breathing is haggered, as Shane slowly slips out of me. He lays down on his back and I nuzzle into his side. Looking up to the sky, it is completely dark now as the stars and moon shine bright.

Shane moves a little before placing a box in my hand.

I open it to see charm bracelet with a few charms there. The moon is bright enough I can make out a semi, dog, cat, and fox, then to end it with a heart.
"I love it!" I kiss his lips before he puts it on my wrist and we lay back down.
Shane has my heart completely. I would never trust it to anyone else, like I have with him. Maybe that barrier I formed was to warn others away, because my heart knew Shane was the one before my mind caught up to knowing.
Everytime we are apart Shane is taking my heart with him and when he is back home he gives my heart back to me.
"I love you so much Shane." I whisper and kiss his chest, as I move to straddle him.
"I love you Samantha, more than you will ever know." Shane smiles and kisses my lips.
We go for another round of sweet love making. Neither of us speaking anymore words but letting our love and bodies do the talking.
