JAYSON'S POV
I hold her hand, and the next thing I feel is her palm landing on her cheek. Ouch! I really deserved that.
"Don't you dare touch me." She says and with those words, she forcefully takes her hands off mine and starts walking away, I don't let her go so easily because I follow her immediately.
She increases her pace, "Cherry, please wait." I say as I walk after her, but she doesn't stop. We get outside and she quickly gets inside her car and closes the car door.
I tap furiously on the locked car windows, hoping she'll open up but she doesn't, shouting above my voice I say, "Cherry, please wait, don't go like this let's settle this now."
I keep tapping the car windows until she finally drives away, walking towards the building dejectedly I sit on the hotel's pavement and ruffle my hair in anger and frustration.
I had the feeling that it was going to be like this if we eventually meet, but I didn't think of the outcome this way.
God! I really want her back.
Standing up, I go back inside the restaurant and sit down on the seat where we sat together. I hear a phone ringing and search my pocket to know if it's mine, but it's not.
I look around and see a phone vibrating on the table, it seems she left her phone as she was in a hurry to get out from my sight.
I check to see the caller and I see the caller ID named as Jeanne, sighing I pick it up and I'm immediately greeted, "Hello buttercup, how is today's work going?"
She asks and I reply, "Sorry please, this is not Cherry, she actually forgot her phone here."
"Oh okay, so who are you?" She asks, "I'm Jayson." I simply say.
"Oh my........ Wait, which of the Jayson?" She asks and I sigh, I have to say it out I'm tired of hiding my identity already, "Jayson Harris." I say finally dropping the bombshell.
"Seriously you, oh do you still exist, even after you left my friend, God!" She exclaims and I can hear her cursing at the other end of the line.
So she also knows about my disappearance, she must be really close to Cherry then, cause I know my Cher' doesn't disclose personal informations easily.
I think she can be of help to me now, " Hello Jeanne, are you still there?" I ask her.
"Yes, I am." She half yells, "Please I need a huge favor from you."

CHERRY'S POV
I fall on my butt when I get to my room, all through the drive home I was in so much tears, I couldn't stop crying, my eyes are now red and bloated, and I must look like a swollen pig.
My head is heavy, my hand is seriously aching me badly, and so is my stomach also.
"Argghh." I scream at the top of my lungs, flinging my pumps away.
"Jayson why, why do you have to do this to me." I shout. Yes! I just want to let out the pain I've held bottled up in for so many years.
I sniff continuously, drawing my knees upwards, I bury my face, I look so pale and weak and I start to feel dizzy, it's as if the world is going round and round in circles and I just pass out.
#Next Morning
I wake up and realize that I slept on the floor all through the night. I sit upright and place my palm on my head, it's pounding seriously.
I recall everything that happened yesterday, and I burst into tears yet again. I don't think I'll ever go back there, back to the hotel, I just don't want to see his face, i just hope me leaving there abruptly might have tipped my workers that something came up and then they would have round up everything.
I stand up weakly from the ground, and go to the bathroom, I brush my teeth, take of my clothes and walk into the cold bathtub, I don't need anything hot today. I stay there for a while remembering everything that happened, closing my eyes I exhale deeply and sigh.

I'm done bathing, I'm currently dressing up I wear black bra and matching black panties, with black under wear shorts, I wear a brown over sized hoodie, it's long length just stopping above my knee caps exposing little parts of my thighs.
I go to my the living room, sit on the comfy couch and switch on the TV, whilst holding the remote control.
I'm supposed to be at the hotel, his hotel, but I'm not actually ready to face him yet or even go there, I'm just bored, tired and angry, I never want to set my eyes on him again, my mind's not even on the television and everything they say feels like drab to me.
Picking the hair comb I brought with me to the living room, I loose my packed bun, divide my scalp into two and start braiding my hair neatly and carefully.
I know I shouldn't be doing this at the moment, I have so many important things to attend to, but I'm provoked to do this, quickly weaving my hair into two, I curl the ends and pin my golden hair pin to it.
Immediately I remember something, Jeanne actually told me to get some things for her, I guess that would keep me busy for now.
Inserting my credit card inside my black purse, resolving to get a bag at the store, I put on my black flip flops, open my door and leave.
